Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Arenella, Naples

Foi a nossa primeira vez num apartamento deste tipo e excedeu as expectativas. Apartamento espaçoso, limpo, muito bem equipado com tudo o necessário, incluindo loiças, chaleira, torradeira, secador de cabelo, ferro e tábua de engomar, máquina de lavar roupa, fogão e forno, armários espaçosos, enfim, tudo o necessário para uma estadia confortável. Na verdade, nem tirámos total partido de tudo o que o apartamento oferecia. A localização também é boa, num bairro residencial sossegado mas muito próximo de transportes públicos, em particular, do Metro Medaglie d'Oro, que fica a cinco minutos. Recomendo absolutamente.

Dan si è dimostrato sempre molto disponibile. L’appartamento è estremamente pulito, curato e organizzato come nelle foto. Ci vediamo al prossimo viaggio previsto a Pozzuoli.

We stayed at Carla’s for 5 nights and couldn’t have had a better time. Carla was a warm and generous host and the accommodation was very safe, secure and spotless. It is not true that nobody gets 5 stars as our experience certainly merits the highest possible rating.

Logement décoré avec soin et avec plein de petits détails utiles pour le confort. L'emplacement est idéal en plein coeur du quartier historique, tout en étant paisible donnant sur une cour intérieure avec une petite terrasse bien appréciable.

Jimmy was super helpful throughout our stay, and the place is much larger in person than it looks online. Just keep in mind there’s no kitchen (there’s a mini fridge) but that worked fine for our needs. The internet here is perfect for working, and even for super high internet demands it was incredible. Ethernet available too!

Ich habe im Apartament zehn Tage verbracht (alleinreisende Frau). Dies war eine wunderbare Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, hell, blitzsauber, sehr ruhig und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Von der wirklich großen Terrasse hat man drei verschiedene tolle Panoramablicke. Das Appartament befindet sich mitten in Vomero, wenige Minuten von der Metrostazion entfernt. Mehrere Restaurants und Bars sowie Supermarket sind in der unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist einwandfrei abgelaufen. Check-in und -out können selbständig erledigt werden. Ich kann dieses Appartament ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen und würde selber sehr gern bei meinem nächsten Neapelaufenthalt hier bleiben.

Great value and a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless, modern, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It’s located in a safe area, with tons of great restaurants just around the corner. The metro station is very close by, which made getting around Naples super easy and convenient. Overall, the flat was comfortable, well-maintained, and absolutely worth the price. Highly recommend it!

This apartment is on one of the side streets next to what is essentially a very busy pedestrian shopping/high Street in the historic center of Naples. It is on the 10th floor, but the building has two elevators to get you up there if you don’t fancy taking the stairs! It is a very spacious four bedroom, two bathroom apartment with plenty of space to spread out. We particularly appreciated the laundry facilities (including washer and dryer), full set of soft towels for each of us, and ample cutlery and crockery in the kitchen. Each bedroom had its own TV which our kids loved. Each room has its own air conditioning unit, which was also excellent. The location of the apartment is such that you can go shopping and strolling on the high Street, walk down to the waterside promenade, or very easily reach the metro station. All in all I would highly recommend this location, and this spacious and well laid-out apartment.

Sehr gute Lage. Für Neapel Zentrum sehr ruhig. Sehr nahe zur U-Bahn. Viele und gute Restaurants. Supermarkt in der Nähe. Kurzer Weg zum Castel Elmo mit überragendem Blick über die Stadt.

Большое спасибо, всё было отлично. Рядом расположены шумные улицы с ресторанами, магазинами и барами, но окна дома выходят на тихую. Есть внутренний двор у дома, который закрывается. Хозяйка очень отзывчивая, быстро отвечает. Желаем успехов и будем рекомендовать:)

The apartment is very nice, with a great rooftop terrace, and very well located close to the centro storico. We had a fantastic stay there!

La nostra esperienza a Napoli è stata fantastica! L'appartamento ci è piaciuto moltissimo: era spazioso, ben arredato e situato in una posizione centrale, perfetta per esplorare la città. Un punto forte è stata sicuramente la cucina, ampia e ben attrezzata – ideale per preparare pasti in tutta comodità.

Giuseppe était très rapide à nos questions et nous a suggéré des endroits à visiter ainsi que de bons restaurants. L’appartement était propre et assez grand. La climatisation dans la chambre et le salon a été très appréciée dans les journées chaudes. Toutes les commodités incluses étaient un plus pour nous. L’appartement est située dans un quartier plus bruyant, mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé.

Très beau logement au cœur d’un quartier calme de Naples, avec notamment une belle terrasse rooftop qui offre une vue sur toute la ville. L’appartement est situé à 2 pas du métro, et proche des commerces. Pour finir, le logement était spacieux et dans un état impeccable, conforme aux photos. Je recommande vivement !

Myself and my partner had a fantastic time again in Naples. Antonios apartment was perfect for us, 15 minutes walk from train station, 40 to the boats /marina that is F you are fit able. Mate take longer if your not, plenty taxis at reasonable price. Hosts are very nice. Apartment was perfect. Many thanks

First time to Naples and this was the perfect place for everything I wanted to do. Was able to walk everywhere and felt like I was part of the neighborhood in this beautiful apartment. Katia was extremely accommodating and always available to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend this spot to any solo travelers or partners.

Abbiamo trovato la casa esattamente come era stata descritta, con tutte le comodità, molto bella la veranda, ottima la colazione, la posizione anche se un po' distante dal centro è comunque ben servita sia da negozi che dal pulman. Inoltre da Vico si possono raggiungere molte destinazioni sia via mare sia con la circumvesuviana in modo molto semplice.

Host impeccabile, appartamento enorme pulito e dotato di ogni comfort compreso uno spazio esterno ben gestito .Soggiorno consigliatissimo sia per l'accoglienza dei proprietari per la posizione e per le comodità dell'alloggio

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The house itself was charming, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing vacation. We especially loved the location, so peaceful, scenic, and with stunning views that we could enjoy every single day. It was the perfect place to unwind and create lasting memories. A special thank you to the amazing owner for the thoughtful touch of fresh croissants each morning, such a sweet and generous gesture that made our mornings even more special. We felt very welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended!!! We would love to come back!

Rebecca was amazing! We had a special celebration for a friend and asked her to get us a cake and she made it happen last minute! She also arranged for a private chef dinner one of the nights and it was absolutely delicious and perfect! The property was beyond gorgeous! So lush and green with views of the water as well! We would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a serene setting!

Giovanni was very responsive, accommodating and helpful in getting to the place. Agreed with other reviews that there are many steps, but it was well worth the beautiful view and we loved how relaxing and open the space was. Lovely accommodations. The stairs are a trek which isn’t a problem if you’re in reasonable shape - just keep in mind if u don’t do stairs well. We didn’t have a problem. Also, since we last came to amalfi driving rules have changed and there are restrictions now. We had to take a vehicle because of our larger party and we didn’t find the driving terrible, but we weren’t quite in the busy season. Giovanni suggested a parking garage, but we easily found paid street parking daily close by that was cheaper. Just do your research on street parking and driving restrictions for the time of your stay before you go vs. getting around by public transportation - restrictions are tightest during the busy season of summer.

Loved the place! Amazing view of the water and town below. We were able to watch fireworks from the pool all the way across the coast in Napoli. Very private. Would strongly recommend using the shuttle service on the way back up the hill. It was easy getting into Sorrento going down, about 15min. Coming back it is VERY steep so the shuttle on the way up was a huge help. Beautiful garden around the house. Loved it!

Everything was great, a good location. Calm and quiet but close enough to everything.

The unit offers breathtaking panoramic views. Simona & Alessio are great! We drove in from Rome and they saved a car space for us and helped us with our luggage. They are great communicators. Provided all the extras to make the stay comfortable. They provided Champaign on check in, vegetable's at our door and a cute bottle of lemon cello upon our last day. BE AWARE: In the description it says 200 steps. If you are from the US and other areas its better described as stairs, not steps. The stairs are 200 to the bus stop and another 50 to the two restaurants. And then a steep 200 or 250 back up to the unit. I would say on a given day we did between 1000 and 1500 stairs to and from the unit. I only put this in because there is a difference in steps and stairs and if you have knee or physical issues this may not be the unit for you.
