Beachfront holiday rentals in Arecibo

We loved the hot tub, comfy beds and location to many different things.

The beach access is really special. So much to explore. It’s not visible from the yard but a very short walk through the back yard leads you to rock formations, tide pools, and a beach to the right. The beach is rough, not for swimming and surfing but great for walking and a quick dip. Near Arecibo — go to Poke Si there. The home is simple and could use some love, but it’s clean and the outdoor space and proximity to the beach made it worth it. There’s a house with some chickens and dogs next door - didn’t bother us, but worth noting.

Casa Elvira is a magical, unforgettable gem. We celebrated a special birthday with 8 guests and also rented Casa Viva across the street—both were perfect. The oceanfront view is absolutely breathtaking, and while the beach just out back is rocky, there are beautiful swimming beaches less than five minutes away. The house is artistic, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable with A/C and fans (we even got chilly in the early mornings!). The kitchen is well-equipped—we cooked all weekend and shared meals around the amazing dining table. Just note the open layout: the twin bedrooms have no walls, and one king room is separated from the kitchen by a bookcase open on top, so sound travels. Still, the space was perfect for our group and felt incredibly special. Everyone was impressed. We’d return in a heartbeat!

The home was in a beautiful location with an incredible view of the ocean. The back patio was a perfect spot to relax. There were plenty of beaches and restaurants short distances from the home. My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay.

Casa impecável , muito confortável, limpa e bonita, camas confortáveis com ar condicionados em todos os cômodos, me senti em casa! A localização é perfeita, fica em frente a praia, com uma onda de qualidade internacional e restaurantes e cafés próximos, bem como uma Marshalls. Mas o melhor foi a atenção do Albert, nosso anfitrião, sempre nos atendendo com ótimas indicações e sugestões, sempre que tínhamos alguma duvida, só chamar o Anfitrião que ele nos respondia rapidamente!Pessoa incrível e atenciosa, pois eu estava com meu marido e meus filhos e ajuda do anfitrião foi maravilhosa , mesmo antes da nossa chegada, sempre foi muito atencioso. Com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar na casa de Albert

Me encantó este casa!! I love this home! It was a little hard to find but looked just like the picture so I recognized it. I also wasn’t sure which unit I had rented, as there are 3 on the property. But hosts responded quickly to help me figure it out and we got in with no problem. The decor is so cute - minimal but someone has a keen eye and put sweet details in all the right places. Comfy beach and bath towels, beds were cozy, and AC worked very well. The property was secluded and had a huge outdoor space. I wish we could have stayed longer to make full use of it - grill, hammocks, game table, volleyball net, pool, and open space to roam. I would highly recommend this home, and would definitely return. Aricibo is a very cute area and central to beach and caves/hiking in Utuado.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Arecibo! The container home was perfect for our family, with an incredible outdoor pool and spacious deck where we spent most of our afternoons relaxing and enjoying the sun. The kids had an absolute blast swimming and playing—there were endless smiles and laughter all week long. The pool table inside was a great bonus and turned into a nightly family competition that we all looked forward to. It really brought everyone together for some fun and laughs after a day in the sun. One thing we especially appreciated was how cool and comfortable the rooms were—after spending time outside, it was so nice to come back to a well-air-conditioned space to unwind and recharge. Each room was clean, cozy, and made for a great night’s sleep. The location couldn’t have been more convenient. We were just minutes from the beach, La Cueva Del Indio and La Poza del Obispo was an absolute highlight—breathtaking water, perfect. WOW so much fun. Recomm

We loved Juan and Sonia's home. Excellent location, wonderful beach view. Spacious, clean condo. Super safe. We traveled with 2 kids and we absolutely loved La Poza del Obispo beach wowwww what a wonderful experience. We will back next summer. Thank you Juan and Sonia for making this time special.

My family had an amazing time at the beach house. We definitely enjoyed this house and its amenities. Host was very attentive and responded quickly. The fact that the island was going through a power outage at the time of our stay and this house was powered with the backup was an A+. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at Joe's. We spent time in the pool, on the look out patio to the ocean and felt safe in his home. His home was recommended by my cousin Carlos Rosario who had just stayed there a couple months ahead of us. There are mutiple small homes on this land and would be great for a large family renunion!

My friend and I were meeting for a self-care, girls weekend -- this stay was perfect. First, the hosts were so nice and helpful, from a tiny bit of gate trouble (taken care of quickly), to a dinner rec and responsiveness during checkout -- overall great experience. Second, The house sits on top of a hill overlooking the ocean, and the wrap around porch (and ocean breeze) is the star. I had my coffee and breakfast, and read out there every day. You can hear the ocean waves all day and the coquis at night... AND the stars! If you live in a city, you'll enjoy that too. We ate out and cooked equally, and the kitchen is equipped with all the pans and utensils you could need. Third, the location is less touristy but you can still get out to the surrounding towns easily. It's also along 681 with bars, a couple good beaches, and natural sights close by -- plenty to do. If I could have stayed longer, I would have. this was heaven for me. I would stay here again and again.

This property is true paradise - the best place on the Island! This was my 2nd time staying at this location and I will definitely be back again. I highly recommend this property and it is suitable for couples or families. The location is directly on the beach, with food and restaurant options nearby.

This Airbnb has been one of our favorites and we would definitely stay again! Extremely clean, great location, very comfortable and easy to feel right at home. Many amenities included like beach towels, laundry detergent, outdoor games, many kitchen supplies, extra bed linens/bath towels, many TV streaming service options, cleaning supplies, etc. Our daughter also enjoyed the hammock, swings and outdoor playhouse. We traveled all along the main road that the house is located on and ate at many of the restaurants. Pura Pesca, Bocata, and Arrecife 681 are some we tried and loved. The location of the house itself doesn’t have immediate easy beach access but a quick drive either way will get you to multiple beach access locations. Perfect Airbnb!

This is the second time we’ve stay at Villa Esperanza and both times it was great. I love the fact that we are only a few minutes from both of my favorite coves ( Obispos and Sardinera)

Our stay at this beautiful local villa (white nest) in Arecibo, Puerto Rico was absolutely perfect! The beach view and access were simply breathtaking—waking up to the sound of the ocean was a dream. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. This place is truly a gem, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, beachfront escape!

The view is breathtaking, loved the accessibility to the water. Such peaceful surroundings.

Even better than expected! The best part is the long private lawn leading up to a beautiful overlook over a deserted beach and the path leading down to it. Not swimmable but great shells. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed.
