Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Arden-Arcade

Desiree went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. Traveling with an infant is never easy and she truly went over the top for us. Pack and play was set up when we arrived and there were snacks, play mat, and new toy for him. She was so easy to communicate with throughout the whole weekend and so thoughtful.

It was really awesome stay at Slav’s place! My parents are here for the graduation and they loved it as well.

Andrei’s place was great! The hot tub was a great touch and the beds were super comfortable. Our daughter really enjoyed the kids playground out back! Would recommend staying here to anyone!

Ginger and her husband are lovely people and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is truly enjoyable. The house is so well appointed with everything that you need and more! It’s absolutely beautifully decorated and the pool and hot tub are amazing. There’s plenty of space in the yard to play games and have a great time. Our family truly enjoyed our stay, and we hope one day we might be able to return.

The place was very enjoyable, comfortable, I slept great on that mattress. It was quiet and peaceful, we really enjoyed the game room, the patio (lovely view of local birds and squirrels lol). Michael and Adriana were very responsive and tried to help with every hiccup we encountered. I think the cleaning team missed some details on one of the bathrooms, but nothing major. Everything else was clean and a calming space. We are grateful to have had enjoyed their house.

Gosh where do I start? This was by far my favorite place we have stayed so far. The home was beautiful, cozy, and the accommodations were perfect. We barely left the home (just for food and groceries) and spent almost all of our time outdoors by the river making memories with our littles. Our dog got to hang out with us as well. We loved the fact that the deck can be gated and closed and this relieved a lot of stress as far as having to constantly watch our dog. The atmosphere is relaxing, the home is clean, and has everything you need. Outside, there are multiple sitting areas and direct access to the water. During hot peak hours, we took dips in the river with the kids and during cooler temps in the evenings, we relaxed in the hot tub. We are planning on making this a yearly tradition. The host was very kind and responsive and just friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

This back unit of the duplex gave my family & I the peace and quiet we needed! Off the bat, Alicia the host was welcoming, friendly and excellent in answering my concerns about the house being a duplex with occupants in the next unit. I was worried about noise level. In truth, we didn’t hear or see anyone from arrival to departure. Large screen tv made movie night fun, as well as game night with provided board games. Check out chores was only to load dishwasher, collect used towels and take out trash. The steep driveway, the neighbors and being close to the road weren’t an issue for us. The pool and jacuzzi put us on chill & relax mode upon arrival.

We had a lovely stay! The house was very comfortable and perfect for our group. The hosts were super responsive and made everything easy. We especially loved the backyard with the string lights — such a great space to relax in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again!

Would overall give a 4.5. House is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, not far from downtown. Showers are good and beds are comfy. Taking down half star because it's a bit sparsely furnished: it has beds for 12, but dining table for 8, living room for 8, outside deck with seating for 6... Even our group of 9 required someone to be always be carrying 1 of the 2 bar stools if we wanted to sit together (made for an uncomfortable meal...). Not sure how 12 would eat there. Other than that, all was great, the host was flexible, the kitchen well equipped and everything was super clean.

With no hotel options near here, this was a perfect alternative. Walkable to restaurants, quick drive to a few local spots and full access to Lifetime Fitness. We will return for sure.

Steve is a great host, he lives onsite and was very accommodating. He responded immediately the couple times we needed something. It’s clear he takes a lot of pride in his home and wants to share it with others. Would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of a home with a view, plenty of space, and a beautiful pool. Highly recommend.

The place was very nice and big. Mariah was very helpful. Nice quiet getaway with my family. Everyone had a great time in the pool. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the city. Also this place is right across from the Sacramento River which would be a great place to go fishing.

Jason was hands-down one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of booking with. From start to finish, his communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful. He made sure every detail was covered, which made our stay completely stress-free. The highlight of the property? The amazing pool—it was pristine, relaxing, and allowed for a lot of flexibility in how we spent our time. Whether it was an early morning dip or a late-night swim, the atmosphere was always peaceful and enjoyable. Jason went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and welcome. We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and comfortable, perfect for the long weekend with family. The kids loved the pool and trampoline. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, even thanksgiving dinner. Nice neighborhood, great park within walking distance. Multiple grocery stores, restaraunts, movie theater and other family entertainment nearby. The location felt peaceful but also near many conveniences.
