We present Quinta do Araçá, your peaceful retreat on the coast of Santa Catarina! We are located in the Araçá neighborhood in Porto Belo-SC, with access to the beach in front of the accommodation, just across the street. We have access to other very good beaches in the neighborhood itself, such as Araçá beach, Prainha where we are located, the famous Caixa Daço beach, and Estaleiro beach with crystal clear waters. Very quiet neighborhood, you can get around on foot, there is a grocery store, bakery, and good restaurants nearby.

Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment facing the sea !!

A beachfront location, with your feet in the sand! Ideal for those who like to enjoy nature, the beach and sea views. The Residential is divided into 4 apartments, and you'll have an apartment with a private entrance, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a barbecue area on the balcony, a kitchen with all the utensils, Wi-Fi, a furnished space, eight security cameras and a monitored alarm. Parking space for one car in a closed garage with a gate. We do not rent for parties. We have 2 kayaks, beach chairs and buoys.

House 50 meters from Araçá Beach.

Located 50 meters from the beach and 30 meters from the road, the house has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and air-conditioning and another single bed with a fan. If necessary, we provide an extra mattress, bathroom, living room, kitchen, laundry, balcony with barbecue. IT DOES NOT HAVE A GARAGE. With a quiet neighborhood, 170 meters from the bakery and 600 meters from the supermarket, the neighborhood has other beaches, such as the famous Caixadaço beach, which has floating bars, and Estaleiro beach.

Chalet with Sea View / Heated Pool

The Chalet with the most beautiful view in BRAZIL! The Chalet has 1 double bed, and 1 sofa bed with capacity for up to 3 people (a couple and up to one child under 12 years old) Everything is equipped and furnished for you, and we also provide bed linens and bath towels (we do not provide pool/beach towels). In addition, we have a wonderful garden for guests, and we also have an incredible outdoor fireplace and a lovely view. Come and enjoy the paradise called Caixa D aço.
