Nice studio since the bedroom is separated from the kitchen by a wall. great place close to two restaurants and the Carretera al Sur groceries outlets. large parking space, felt very safe. The place is clean and eveything works. Geraldine is friendly and helpful. strongly recommended.

The place was just as described! Really close to the city center. Felt safe and the communication with Salvador was great.

Needed a place to stay close to work and it didn’t disappoint. The place was super clean and artsy with everything that is needed for an easy and trouble free stay. Also loved the self check in ! My girl friend and I loved this place to escape, unwind, and enjoy quality time with each other in a place that had everything we needed. Go for a swim in the lagoon or pool with the company of two beautiful dogs. The property care takers took very good care of us and access to the property was simple.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful oasis! The space is incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and unwind. The beds were so comfortable—we all slept like a dream! One of our favorite spots was the gorgeous hammock, perfect for lounging and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. Our host was so accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. A special shoutout to Karin, the housekeeper, who did such a fantastic job keeping everything spotless and welcoming. If you’re looking for a relaxing, comfortable getaway, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Mi estadía fue excelente. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, muy ordenado y con todo lo necesario para estar cómodos. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue perfecta desde el primer momento, siempre atento y claro con las indicaciones. Great home, all amenities are included and they were very responsive to any need( my man Julio and his team) Property is in a gated community with peaceful and comfortable secure living. They definitely covered all the small details, appliances and items you don’t even realize how important it is to have. I recommend this place for anyone, just be mindful of treating it like it your own home. They show great details in how home is set up and how important is to satisfy the guest, so take care of things for the next guest using it. That will be me again! Lol . By the way , main avenue Carretera Masaya had everything restaurants supermarkets and local Nicaraguan food stores selling legit Nica food. Thank me later.

I might not have the right words to rate this place but here I come : very quiet, clean, private, close to the airport, close to one of the municipal hospital in case of an emergency, you can feel like you are home away from home, clean property the host it’s very communicative I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family members back home and the price make it even better 😇🙏🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Es un lugar cómodo, tal cual fue descrito. Muy privado. Adecuado para personas del interior del país que deben estar en el aeropuerto a primera hora de la madrugada. Amplio estacionamiento. Carolina la encargada de casa una persona súper amable y servicial.

Listing is precisely as indicated in description/photos at time of my stay. Clean, good security measures and appliances in working condition. Air conditioning works very well and there is even warm water. Host was kind and diligently helped to make my last minute evening reservation faster, even despite me feeling impatient due to it being the final few hours of visiting my girlfriend and me wanting to accomplish some things with her before taking my flight at 2am. It was easy for my girlfriend to go back and spend the remainder of the night there after I left because there is a remote control key (and / or code) that opens and closes the property entrance gate in addition to keys to your own particular apartment studio room. I saw that there is also a washer and dryer available for use. This place is walking distance to many restaurants and stores, close to some malls, and only about 11 or 13 minutes from the airport. It is also located on the same road as the airport.

Es un lugar muy amplio, iluminado, limpio y organizado. El sector es muy tranquilo, con restaurant, tiendas, farmacias y supermercados cerca. Me sentí muy cómodo en todo momento, estuvieron pendientes de mí, me dieron recomendaciones y ayuda, muy útiles. Mi experiencia fue excelente, extremadamente recomendable que hospeden acá.

Me encantó mi estancia en Kodu Apartments. El lugar es limpio, moderno, bien equipado, y las instalaciones como la piscina y el gimnasio están en excelente estado. La ubicación es conveniente y segura, con fácil acceso a todo. Además, las instalaciones están en perfecto estado. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí.

nous avons passé qu'un court séjour dans cet établissement faute de place mais tout s'est bien passé. nous avons été très bien accueilli. l'appartement est spacieux et confortable. la cuisine est bien équipée . Le jardin est agréable et la résidence bien sécurisée.

Todo bien con el lugar, únicamente recomiendo verificar la ubicación en la app, ya que me mandó a 5 kms de la ubicación real del lugar.
