The ideal configuration and the equipment of the space with most amenities, the magnificent view to the sea and the easy access, promise unique moments of relaxation.

Το Iviskos Lux βρίσκεται στον οικισμό της Απολλωνίας. Απέχει 5' από το κέντρο της, ενώ δίπλα ακριβώς υπάρχει δημόσιος και δωρεάν χώρος στάθμευσης. Επιπλέον, η στάση του λεωφορείου απέχει 30 μ. Στην ίδια απόσταση υπάρχουν δυο σούπερ μάρκετ. Το Iviskos Lux αποτελείται από ένα αρκετά ευρύχωρο υπνοδωμάτιο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, σαλόνι και μπάνιο. The house is located in the traditional settlement of Exambela facing the picturesque village of Kastro on the Eastern side of the island.. Relax and enjoy your privacy and solitude at the terraces. The beautiful pool with magic view is shared with Chalakia house 2. The parking is 100metres from the house. The car does not go all the way to the house, to get there you will need to follow a path of 30 meters.

Gaia apartment is a studio for 2 people with king size Duxiana Bed. Its design, both interior and exterior, is based on cycladic architecture, with white and Stone dominating in all its manifestations. This studio has a full equipped kitchen and opens to a furnished terrace with great view.

Mylolithos House

We created a unique & special place with great devotion for those who love and preserve the tradition! In renovating the windmill we tried to preserve a sense of its 157 years of history! Our windmill was built in 1864 and it functioned until 1965.
