Holiday rentals with a patio in Apia

Although there were slight issues when trying to get in. The owner communicated very well throughout my stay and was extremely helpful. was also very clean and a nice room to stay in. Would recommend. However there were lots of stray dogs round this area, this is clearly a wider problem for Samoa.

Nola's place was easy to find and compared to our original booking it was an hours less driving for us from the Ferry. Our booking was a couple of hours and very last minute before arriving to Savaii, but she was always responsive and kept me at peace knowing we had somewhere confirmed to stay. would definitely return to Nola's accommodation in future. Her staff Aitu and grounds keeper were lovely and friendly. loved the location, definitely a place for quiet and relaxing 😌 thank you again Nola 💓

I booked this for my parents who enjoyed every moment of their stay. They've raved about Nola's responsive comms and Aitu's great service, telling anyone and everyone about their stay. And they're already looking at when they can go back but with the whole family this time. They especially loved how peaceful and quiet the evenings were, which was a nice change to the chaos of family they were in Savaii to see. Thank you Nola & Aitu for taking such great care of my parents during their stay. There's a pretty high chance they'll be back soon... and with us and the grandkids too!

We were originally booked into the palm studio but arriving late at night and experiencing no sleep due to the upstairs occupants moving around all night long (the ceiling/floor is paper thin) Holiday homes relocated and upgraded us for free to another of their locations (in Lelata) They were super professional and responsive in the matter and went out of their way to accomodate us. Including picking up our bags and taking them to the new location, Ruta one of the house maids went as far as picking us up from town and bringing us back and taking care of us. I wouldn’t recommend the palm studio if you’re looking for a restful spot(unless you took earplugs then it would likely be fine) it’s about a $12 tala taxi ride into Apia The Lelata accommodation was amazing big house a supermarket right out the front, where it’s easy to catch a taxi too. Would highly recommend the area and dealing with Holiday Homes in general Thanks ☺️ will book again if we return

I spent 5 nights at the Holiday Homes Team's Villa-2 and loved it! The space was very comfortable for myself; everything you'd need is readily available - Kitchenette, Laundry, comfy bed, Netflix and a modern shower & bathroom (seemed quite new). The Villa is conveniently located just a short drive from town but away from the hustle and bustle of Apia - lovely neighbourhood, entrance to the villas is well lit and I felt safe being a solo traveler. The detailed instructions provided made for an easy drive to locate the property and check-in which was appreciated as I had arrived after 7pm. There is also a well stocked corner shop a short walk from the property for any essentials needed. The host is super responsive and promptly answered any queries I had. I would definitely book Villa-2 again

We landed very late in Samoa because our flight was delayed. We ended up getting to Airbnb at probably midnight - Afoa was still up waiting for us. He kindly welcomed us in and showed us around accordingly. The next morning Afoa offered to take my partner and I down to Apia to get our own rental vehicle - getting a rental was quite hard at the time, and we were worried we would have to catch taxis the entire trip. We got one at the snap of a finger. Afoas help was critical in our holiday! Property is up on the Apaula hills. Part of road was getting resealed as we were there. I’d like to give a special mention to ‘Petelo’ who is a property assistant there - every single time he would hear us he would run out and open the gate and close it for us, with a big friendly smile on his face. Afoa and Petelo made us appreciate Samoan culture more. Property is private with good air conditioning. Many thanks to you Afoa, Alexandra, Petelo and co for your hospitality. We will back! Vee went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She provided helpful recommendations for local day trips around the island. Location was in a quiet, safe neighborhood but still close to downtown (we frequented the ice cream shops/ fish market and marketi daily) It was nice having such a modern, comfortable place to relax/sleep after our adventures. AC was a plus, but we really loved the out door bathroom/shower and making fresh lemonade with the lemons from the tree out front. We highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again!!

Denis has a nice house with a huge kitchen and lounge. The house is on a quiet street about 15 min drive from Palolo deep. After a bit of struggle to find the house, he welcomed us personally and we had a great chat with him. We only stayed one night since we were flying back the following day but it was a nice house to stay in.

Madeline’s home was exactly what our group of six needed! The house was spacious, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. The dogs were a lovely bonus as they made us feel safe and added to the cozy atmosphere. Madeline was incredibly responsive and friendly, making the whole experience feel like staying with family. We’d 100% recommend her place and will definitely be booking again!

Great house, great location and great host. Air con in every room was great and house was beautiful, comfortable and great for our large family group. Pool table was a bonus. Immanuel was very responsive and any issues we had, he attended to them straight away. Highly recommend for families and groups and would definitely stay again. Great location and easy access to Apia and shops.

We enjoyed our time in Abby’s house. The house is private. She gave us good recommendations for restaurants (just unfortunate most were closed at Easter). It was an easy drive to Palolo deep and the centre of Apia.

⸻ Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Meredith Residence! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and Agnes was incredibly gracious, especially with our delayed arrival. Her local team was there to warmly welcome us, which made us feel right at home. We were also offered a later checkout, which was a huge help and much appreciated. The property is comfortable, peaceful, and private—perfect for anyone seeking a home-away-from-home while holidaying in Samoa. It’s tucked away in a quiet spot yet still conveniently close to local shops, restaurants, and just a short drive from central Apia. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this place! Beautiful and spacious home, clean and perfect for kids too. Location is great not far from local stores and great security with a automated gate at the front so very safe too. Will definitely go back when we go back to Samoa 😍
