Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Apennine Mountains

This was one of the best Air BnBs we have stayed in. Light and airy, spacious, super clean, and the building had great character. We were able to walk to the Collesseum and there was a metro just around the corner. Andrea was super friendly, responsive and made some great dining recommendations (we tried several of them - Trattoria Monti was a stand out!). There is a small toaster oven which was good for reheating leftover pizza and foccacia. Note there is no microwave. Washer/dryer was great for doing our clothes before moving to our next destination. Highly recommended- thank you Andrea and Luciana.

This is easily one of the nicest and my favourite Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The building is overlooking the park with a spectacular view. It was incredibly walkable and felt very safe. The unit…absolutely stunning. You feel like you’re in a luxury hotel. Giovanni was so helpful and proactive to ensure I was having the best experience. 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful place and Rosa was very helpful and responsive!

The place was very great. The room was decorated with many luxurious stuff, made us feel like we are staying at a 5-star hotel. They were also many snacks and food in the kitchen for free. Elena was also very kind and helpful during the whole stay. Location wise it is a bit far from some tourist attractions in Tuscany, but if you have a car you will not have a huge problem. And finally I suggest you spare some time of yours in the morning to enjoy the view of the house.

Lovely apartment with all amenities one needed Luigi was a great host and provided information as needed and met us at apartment and helped with luggage There are a few stairs to navigate so this was helpful Very hot in Naples which meant we could not use the beautiful outside balcony until after dark It is also worth mentioning that it is on the flight path for airport and planes start overhead around 0600 Minimal restaurants around so a fair walk to dinner

Such a fun place to stay with an incredible rooftop terrace. The surrounding area is very local and there are a lot of hidden gem bar and restaurants. Dan was a fantastic host, super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here if you want a peaceful and local experience!

Amazing apartment with a great host

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

This Airbnb was, without a doubt, the best my wife & I have ever stayed at. The house was spotless, cozy, & perfectly located with breathtaking views of Tuscany—but what truly made it unforgettable was Riccardo & his amazing family. From the moment we arrived, Riccardo went above & beyond to make us feel at home. When our rental car plans fell through, he stepped in without hesitation, becoming our personal driver. He took us grocery shopping, showed us around Chianti, & even drove us to Florence twice. Riccardo was always responsive, kind, & genuinely cared about our experience. We didn’t just find a beautiful place to stay—we found warmth, hospitality, & a real connection that made us feel like family. This stay was worth every dollar & more. A true home away from home. If we ever return to Tuscany, it will definitely be with Riccardo.

Amazing villa, don’t hesitate to book it! It is a luxury property with lots of modern features, in the perfect location, peaceful and quiet with stunning countryside views but only 20 mins walk to Florence city. Karin the host is very helpful and friendly and she has thought of everything to make it a special stay for guests. 100% recommend and would love to visit again!

The main thing is Nada' s attention to every communication you sent, she responds the same day. Anything you asks for within reason, you get from Nada. It was a new experience for us in Tuscany but her property is combiniently located within 40 minutes to an hour and 30 from all the Tuscany turistic places.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. The quiet surroundings were perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of Florence. And it's still easily accessible by tram. Giacomo was a wonderful host and was always available. We truly enjoyed every day there.

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful Airbnb which was thoughtfully restored to reflect the history of the area. You won’t want to leave. We explored Certaldo Alto and Montefioralle- both amazing sites. The pool area was perfection and we couldn’t get enough of the landscape! Couldn’t stayed a week!!!

We loved staying in Montalcino at Lisa's place. Lisa was a fantastic host and responded quickly. She gave us her picks for restaurants, wine tastings, etc, which were excellent choices. The Airbnb was ideally situated right off the main square. It has a yard, which we enjoyed, and a very functional kitchen with everything we needed. The king-size bed was very comfortable and had high-quality linens. This is a hilltop city, so keep this in mind for anyone unable to walk up steeper inclines throughout the city. We enjoyed the exercise and the stunning views. We stayed for a week and I could have easily stayed longer as we got to know the restaurants, stores and the area. Montalcino is a charming place to spend your time. It was a good location from which to take day trips. There is so much to do in the general area. We highly recommend you stay here; it was the highlight of our trip, and we felt like we were in good hands. Thank you, Lisa!

Monica was an incredible host. She allowed us to store our luggage prior to check in so we could spend time exploring Florence. She also gave us many great recommendations. The Airbnb itself was in a perfect location. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. The apartment was clean and filled with all the amenities we could ask for. Monica was responsive and was nice enough to check in with us throughout our to see if there was anything we needed. We were sad to leave. Very central to restaurants and main attractions. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The rooftop balcony added the perfect Italian flair to late night evenings! We highly recommend staying here when in Rome.

This was without a doubt one of the best AirBnBs I have stayed in. Not just a place to stay, but a piece of Florentine history. Palazzo Caccini hosted the Emperor of Byzantium in 1439, and the wedding of Francesco de Medici in 1565. Frescoes on the bedroom ceiling were painted by Bernardino Poccetti in the late 16th century. Where else do you get that?? Gian Lorenzo was an excellent, resounding host. One small point - the bedroom is close to the main road so there is a bit of noise. This was fine for me, but if you’re a light sleeper maybe bring ear plugs. Overall, a wonderful stay!

What a fantastic property. Simona was great in offering recommendations in the area. The property itself is very modern and clean and in a great location to walk to many restaurants and the sites to see in Florence. Would definitely like to go back again. Recommend staying here.

From the location, the views, the well appointed kitchen, the mini split, the fun decor and engaging book collection, the cleanliness, etc. Simona was an ideal host: communicative and helpful. We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Colosseum and very close to both metro and bus stops, which made getting around Rome super easy. From the moment you enter the building, you can see how beautiful and well-maintained everything is. There’s also a lift, which was very helpful for us since we had large suitcases. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was just as described. The host was amazing—very responsive and answered all our questions quickly, which made our stay even smoother. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome!

This location is all about the porches. We loved sitting outside and watching the Steps.
