Benedetta and her husband were truly wonderful hosts — kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Their proactive communication and genuine hospitality made everything feel effortless and so much fun. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. We can’t wait to visit them again on our next trip!

The apartment was walking distance from the train station, which made getting around easy and affordable. Grocery store and small restaurant close by. Host was responsive when there was an issue.

El lugar es bastante recomendable para estar en familia con todas las comodidades y muy limpia. Una casa muy central cerca de todos los lugares turísticos de la ciudad. Olga muy amable y atenta.

Beautiful apartment with the best views of the water! Even better than the pictures! I can't say enough great things about the apartment and the town of Vernazza. Our host's brother was amazing! He met us at the train station and helped carry our bags up the steps to the apartment. He gave us a map of the area and helpful suggestions. I would stay here again!

Wunderschönes besonderes Haus aus dem 16. Jahrhundert mit wunderschönem Garten. Ein Muss für jeden der hier vorbei kommt und zur Ruhe kommen möchte. Auto ist aber Voraussetzung. Es locken viele Sehenswürdigkeiten die mit dem Auto gut erreichbar sind. Um Umbrien zu entdecken ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great place to stay. The apartment is spacious, light and well equipped. Unfortunately the reason for our stay was to be near the hospital, but the apartment is also walking distance from the Colosseum and other sights in central Rome. Fabrizio, Roberto and Dana were extremely kind to us which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nous revenons d’un séjour d’une semaine à la Villa Garden. Le logement est très propre et joliment décoré. Il est entièrement équipé et la vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. Le jacuzzi sur le toit a vraiment était parfait pour les fins de journées et la vue fabuleuse. La région est parfaite pour les visites et toutes les commodités sont à proximité. Merci à Ante et à sa maman pour son accueil. Nous reviendrons :)

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house and apartment were exactly as described – beautiful and well-maintained, and the location was just as great. The host was very responsive, and communication was clear and helpful whenever we had questions. The breakfast was exceptional, with a fantastic selection of local food and freshly prepared eggs, coffee, and more – truly a highlight of our mornings. The furniture, cleanliness, and the garden/terraces were all excellent, and the surrounding area added to the overall experience. The only downside we encountered was with the bathroom – the shower is level with the rest of the bathroom and is only separated by a curtain, which leads to water splashing everywhere if you’re not careful. Additionally, if the curtain blocks the drain, the water level can rise significantly, and due to the slope of the floor, water can spill out of the bathroom into the apartment. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and given the high price, we believe...

Beautiful apartment. Even the photos don't do it justice. A beautiful stone sweeping staircase leads up to it and then the apartment itself has beautiful frescoes on the ceiling and faded frescoes on the walls and has high ceilings and tall windows. It overlooks the church if San Felice and the Pitti Palace is just at the top of the road. It is perfectly situated and all the main sites are within a short walk. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Clean towels and spare toilet rolls etc can be picked up from the basement. There are luggage lockers if needed in the entrance hall. I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful place and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Numa responded to my queries immediately (like when I stupidly couldn't work out how to open the windows!)

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sie war äusserst grosszügig, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. We had a great time from the first moment. The accommodation is very nice and clean, the garden is beautiful and offers a lot of possibilities. It is a quiet, peaceful area, but everything is within walking distance. I heartily recommend it to everyone, everything was perfect!

Had a lovely stay with Rental 12 in Olbia. Apartment was immaculate and very modern. Perfect location, we found parking in the free parking lot every night and it was just a short walk (<5 mins) from there to the apartment. Perfect location in Olbia, very near to all the bars, restaurants, and shops but also very quiet at night with no street noise. Floriana and Kristina provided very helpful instructions, in advanced, for every stage and even better local recommendations. When I had a question they replied within minutes (even late at night!). We loved our time in Olbia and look forward to staying with Rental 12 again!

We could not have asked for a more perfect “home away from home” during our time in Florence, and would most definitely choose to stay here again if we are lucky enough to return. Every detail was perfection—the location (walking distance to every thing we wanted to see, do, and buy, including a grocery market); the view of the Duomo from the courtyard and primary bedroom (hearing the church bells chime was magical); the beautifully renovated and smart use of space; the luxurious and thoughtful amenities (including linens); and the helpful and delightful office/reception staff. We loved having our morning coffee at our table in the courtyard gazing over the rooftops at the Duomo and loved returning to the apartment for respite at the end of each day. It’s a safe little oasis away from all the city’s crowds and noise.
