Holiday rentals with beach access in Apennine Mountains

We LOVED our stay here! Set right in the marina, you can view the sea and people watch all day long from the balcony, which even has a covering if it’s raining or too sunny. Hope to be back one day!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive to any questions. He gave us a heads up with a taxi strike happening on the day of our arrival to prepare us. He gave us specific instructions on how to get to his place from the airport utilizing the Allibus. He was flexible with our check-in/check-out. He also had snacks for us upon arrival. We stayed in 3 separate Airbnbs on our trip and we got the best sleep here. The place was beautiful and great location. His home had such character and matched the pictures. You felt the historical charm yet the bathrooms had a modern feel with large walk-in showers with great water pressure. The seaside was right at the corner with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores all within just a minute or two walking distance. This was our favorite stop of our trip. Francesco’s place was lovely, beautiful views. It is about a 15 min walk to Amalfi and roads are very hilly, something to keep in mind. There is a bar/restaurant about 5 min walk away with delicious food and drink and amazing views. Francesco place is spacious and clean with amenities

My wife and I had an amazing stay here and would definitely book it again. The hosts, Rosanna and Salvatore, were wonderful. They were very friendly and responsive. They met us near the train station upon our arrival and showed us the beautiful looking home as well as recommendations for the area during our stay. The home itself was very clean and looked so cool. The best part was having a giant private terrace overlooking the water. Amazing views! Wish we stayed here longer.

Andreas place in Amalfi was the perfect place to stay for 4 nights on our trip. It was in a private area and easy to access. The highlight for us was definitely the private terraces that this property boasts that you can overlook the Amalfi coast on one side and the Amalfi town square and cathedral on the other. Andrea's place definitely had some quirks but for us it just added to the authentic Amalfi experience. His hospitality was second to none and provided us with many local recommendations as well as transportation needs. It was very accessible being close to any bus and ferry operations. The place was clean upon arrival and had all necessary facilities. Totally recomend to anyone wanting to stay in Amalfi.

Genova è stata un’autentica scoperta e Boccadasse un borgo meraviglioso, vivace e dinamico. La casa di Luisella è perfettamente corrispondente alle foto, molto pulita e ben strutturata. Non manca nulla. I doppi infissi bloccano completamente il rumore serale. La vista è davvero incantevole, ti senti a casa!! Luisella è un host molto disponibile ed estremamente gentile. Casa Caldeiro was the perfect stay and exceeded our already high expectations! The view is incredible—photos truly don’t do it justice—and the location might be the best in all of Positano. You’re just minutes from everything you’ll need, yet the apartment feels completely peaceful and removed from the bustle as soon as you step through the gates. The walk down to the apartment is also stunning. Grady was a fantastic host, offering trustworthy recommendations and making check-in and check-out incredibly easy. I highly recommend taking his referrals for porters and taxis—they made our entire stay completely stress-free. We would, without hesitation, stay here again. The value is unmatched, and we’ll gladly refer any friends visiting Positano in the future.

The views are absolutely breathtaking and the house is wonderful. You really need to take into account the hundreds of steps to and from the house, but other than that it's just wonderful!

Great location right in the middle of all the action in a cute small popular town. we loved having the balcony to enjoy the view during the stay. The beach right in front of the house does get crowded during the day and night. We didn't mind it at all and enjoyed it but something to consider if you are traveling in the high season and want more privacy.

Saverio is een hele vriendelijke gastheer, die je ook van harte begroet bij aankomst. De woning is schoon en van faciliteiten voorzien. Het uitzicht adembenemend en in de omgeving is van alles te zien en mooie plaatsen zijn binnen een uur rijden te bereiken. Saverio heeft ook een restaurant aan het meer van Trasimeno waar je heerlijk kunt eten. Kortom een fantastische plek om tot rust te komen.

A Dream Stay at Cherubini – A Hidden Gem with Breathtaking Views Our stay at Cherubini was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning panoramic view—a perfect blend of shimmering blue water, the charming rooftops of the town, and the majestic mountains rising in the distance. It felt like stepping into a painting. The property itself was impeccably maintained, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly peaceful. Every morning, we sipped coffee while watching the sunlight dance across the water, and in the evenings, the twinkling lights of the town below created a postcard-perfect backdrop. Cherubini is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience. If you’re looking for serenity, beauty, and a true sense of place, this is where you’ll find it. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning our return. Also a huge thank you to Francisco for portering our three luggage bags to the house. So helpful.

Tout s’est très bien passé, Lola nous a accueilli et accompagné, le contact est très bien passé. Le village est magnifique et l’emplacement de l’appartement au bord de l’eau très reposant. La petite terrasse surplombant la mer était très agréable. Nous espérons revenir très prochainement.

Fantastic, friendly host that was very helpful throughout our stay and communication was excellent through the whole process. The accommodation was as described and had all the amenities for a very comfortable and relaxed stay. The location is great; we had a late arrival but only had a handful of meters to walk where we were warmly greated by the hosts family member; fabulous restaurants, beaches, transport options all within minutes of the accommodation. Would highly recommend staying here and visiting the island of Ischia!

A stunning place, in a stunning location. Exactly as the pictures with a view that isn’t done justice in the listing. Not least what felt like a private beach at the foot of the steps to and from the house! We had a wonderful time and were well looked after by the hosts. Be it needing transport or just information, they always responded quickly.

Se nota que realmente se preocupa por el bienestar de sus huéspedes. El apartamento estaba impecablemente limpio, con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y relajante. La ubicación era ideal: en una zona tranquila pero cerca de todo lo importante, con fácil acceso a transporte, tiendas y restaurantes. La cama era comodísima, la cocina estaba bien equipada, y cada rincón del lugar estaba decorado con mucho gusto. Además, Margherita tuvo detalles encantadores con nosotros que hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer día. Definitivamente recomendamos este alojamiento y sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos con Margherita. ¡Gracias por todo!

Was such an amazing visit. The place is beautiful and was definitely the highlight of our trip. The host Giovanni was very kind to pick us up from the train station and gave us great recommendations. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and would love the opportunity to come back some day!

Great stay in Salerno! The hosts were very communicative and made check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The apartment itself was modern, stylish, and felt quite luxurious. It’s in a convenient location—close to the beach, port, airport, and with great transport links nearby. However, even with the location, the apartment was still private and not too much noise pollution around. Plenty of amenities within walking distance, and the hosts even helped arrange our transfer to the airport. Would happily stay here again!

This was a wonderful stay! It was my first time ever visiting Praiano and this was the perfect place for my trip! Antonio was always very responsive and helpful, I asked him for local recommendations and he helped me right away. i’ve never met another host that was as nice and helpful as Antonio was! He made sure we had the perfect stay outside of just having a lovely airbnb to stay in. The place was so spacious, clean, and pretty! I loved sitting out in the balcony enjoying the views of the ocean. I felt very safe, lots of walkable restaurants/stores, and not a far walk to the main beach. We were greeted during check in and they even came to say goodbye during check out. Overall I highly recommend this place! I will definitely be staying here next time I come to Praiano/Positano.

Very beautiful and comfortable place to stay the pictures are exactly the same as showing, a lot of restaurants and places to go. A little bit far from the city for public transportation. Love this place sorry we just stay for one night. Definitely going back.
