Our stay at Neverbeen accommodations in Sigiriya was exceptional! Nimmi, our host, went above and beyond to make our research trip comfortable and memorable. The accommodation was cozy and well-equipped, providing us with everything we needed after a long day of exploring. The breakfast served was delicious and felt like a true taste of Sri Lankan hospitality. We truly appreciated the opportunity to experience Airbnb in such a unique way and are grateful to Neverbeen for facilitating this. This place is amazing . The hosts are wonderful people with an amazing heart . The host son picked me up from the airport and showed me his village and I had the best experience . This was a perfect lodge and base for our safari to Wilpattu National Park. Kamal and Thushara were excellent hosts and helped organize a private safari for me and my wife at a fair price. The driver was excellent and got us to all the best spots and we had incredible luck. We had close encounters with basically every species in the park including a big bull elephant, a leopard, and two separate sloth bears! The lodge itself was a very relaxing space with a nice soaking pool over looking rice fields which offered excellent bird watching. We even had a toucan on the balcony the last morning! Manju and the other staff were amazing as well and his wife’s food that she prepared for us was excellent. Some of the best Sri Lankan cuisine we had on the trip. If you are looking for privacy and comfort for your Sri Lankan safari Life of Leisure and Wilpattu National Park is a perfect choice.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem einzigartigen Airbnb! Die Lage ist perfekt für alle, die Ruhe und Natur genießen möchten. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die exzellente Küche – jedes Gericht war ein echtes Highlight. Der Poolbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein, und währenddessen kann man die umliegende Tierwelt beobachten, was ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis ist. Das Haus ist offen gestaltet und liegt sehr abgeschieden, was für uns den Charme des Ortes ausgemacht hat. Allerdings könnte dies für manche Gäste ungewohnt sein. Wer aber die Kombination aus Erholung, Natur und exzellentem Essen sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Had a lovely 2 nights at Yohann’s place. The house and grounds are beautiful in a very secluded area but easily accessible by car on well maintained tarmac. Chamara and Sampath were on site to help us check in and show us around the accommodation. They also provided a lovely bbq dinner on our arrival with excellent subsequent meals made completely according to our preferences. Would love to stay again and I’d highly recommend Yohann’s place.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic. Everything—from the warm welcome by the team, to the delicious food, to the stunning view over the lake—was just perfect. Kumar took excellent care of us, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Superbe emplacement avec une très belle villa et une superbe piscine. Selvie et Selva ont été des hôtes chaleureux et plus que serviable. Je recommande vivement. Le seul petit point noir est la route pour y accéder. Comptez 20 minutes de Habarana mais on s’y fait très vite. Merci Paul pour cette belle villa.

This place is in a very peaceful and calm location next to a lake and rice fields. Anthoniyo is a very nice guy. We arrived after dark, and he picked us up from the main road. We were greeted with a nice cup of Ceylon tea. The room was very clean, and all amenities were provided. And the AC worked great! He took the time to tell us about the interesting places to visit and the Sri Lankan culture. Laundry service is also provided. If you're planning to visit Dambulla, this is the place to stay!

Die Villa ist ein sehr guter Ort um sich wohl zu fühlen, das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, Wenn man einen Fahrer braucht oder etwas von einem Laden braucht, kann man sie einfach fragen. Hier und da waren ein paar Spinnenweben, das hat mich aber nicht gestört.
