We loved our stay. The hosts and the caretaker are super accommodating. Everything is clean and pristine. It’s a trike ride away from the main beach but there are 2 small beaches in walking distance . The place is so peaceful and serene. When it's time to go, the caretaker will also call you an e-tryke so you won't have to walk to the main road. We really enjoyed our relaxed and peaceful vaccation.

A month in Philippines with different locations and airbnb's and this was our favourite accommodation. Walk straight to the beach and the more quieter part which we preferred and the balcony views and the breakfast rooftop and the staff was so nice and friendly and accommodating. The location is great for those that wants less touristy but only thing I'd say is that we had to walk further down for a tricycle and the roads aren't developed so would've preferred a transport always ready but overall beautiful place to stay and so spacious and the bathroom is amazing, filtered water was there and serene accommodation.

Wir haben 3 Nächte hier verbracht und waren super zufrieden. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand und bietet quasi einen privaten Strandzugang mit schönen Sitzgelegenheiten und einem sauberen Strandabschnitt direkt vor der Tür. Bjørn war selbst nicht anwesend, kommunizierte aber stets mit uns und machte es einfach, einzuchecken und sich zurechtzufinden. Es gab gratis Trinkwasser und die Unterkunft war sauber. Die Dusche hatte leider Schwierigkeiten beim Ablaufen des Wassers, was uns aber nicht wirklich störte. Die Gegend ist ruhig und man kann hier wirklich sehr gut abschalten. Für den Preis bekommt man auf jeden Fall ein tolles Erlebnis auf einer ruhigen und schönen Insel.

这是非常非常完美的一次体验，我爱这里的一切。虽然只有两个卧室，但是客厅有一张宽敞的双人床以供使用。房东非常友善，竭尽所能为我们提供便利。距离白沙滩步行三分钟，厨房用具比我家里还全。真的太完美了，我和家人舍不得离开这里，如果再有机会来长滩岛，我还会再住到这里。 感恩遇到这里的一切，谢谢

Place was quiet, great for people looking for an intimate spot to spend their vacation in.

1. Ms. Mary was very accommodating and easy to talk to. She made sure that everything was prepared and fixed for us, including our transfers from the airport to her unit, and back. She also responds fast to queries. 2. Her unit was awesome! What you see is what you get. It is complete with everything you’ll need. Towels, tissues, kitchen tools, washing machine, and even extra beds and blankets. Truly suitable for those who desire to rent long term. 3. Location is about 10 minutes away from the main stations but there’s a free shuttle that can take you to the CityMall from 10am to 6pm, every 2 hours. Walking distance (10 minutes) to Newcoast’s own beach and the famous keyhole. There’s also a biking rental, go kart activities, and a bunch of food stalls near. Oceanway also has their own swimming pool and playground. My family and I enjoyed our stay! We’ll surely come back and make Ms. Mary’s place our go-to accommodation when going to Boracay! lovely place in a quiet area. very well furnished apartment with good wi-fi. perfect spot if you want to be away from the hussle and bussle, chill out and watch a few movies at night. Apartment is close to the main road with lots of small stores nearby for essentials. You can very easily get a trike (3-5mins) into the centre and beach. (standard fair is 20 peso per person, each way). would gladly stay here again. also Ria was always quick to respond and dealt with anything we asked immediately. Great Hosts. thanks.

I stayed for 3 nights at the Villa with a friend so we only use the 2 master ensuite bedrooms. The place Is located on the hills of Boracay, which is great if you are looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful. The jacuzzi is on the roof and offer a lovely view on the south east part of the island. You can use a tuk tuk to travel back into the different stations or rent a scooter (which we did) Overall it was a great experience and Samuel was a great host.

We had a perfect stay at Jeena and Jason’s place! Jason was on hand at check-in to show us around the property, and we were delighted to find cold water and coffee provided. The house was spotless and beautifully designed, featuring a stunning open-plan living room upstairs with plenty of space to relax and unwind. We loved the kitchen area, which was perfect for cooking, and felt completely at ease surrounded by the ‘jungle’ vibe—a blend of local style with high-end kitchen appliances and bathrooms with high-pressure (warm!) showers. The location is an ideal balance between remoteness and accessibility: it’s just a 10-minute walk to Dinwid Beach, yet totally peaceful enough to avoid noise from neighbours or roads. The garden area was a highlight, beautiful greenery offering a serene spot to enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommend!

We spent one month at Simon’s and his nice family. His house is really nice with everything needed at a few steps from a beautiful beach. Simon rents motorcycles so you can ride around this authentic island. There is also a restaurant at 5 minutes on foot He is reactive and helpful I highly recommend this place. We will come back. Simon loue des motos pour pouvoir visiter cette île authentique avec un peuple souriant et accueillant Il y a un restaurant à 5 minutes à pied Il est réactif et vous aidera dans toutes vos démarches. Je recommande vivement cet endroit Nous y retournerons.

we stayed in the house for about 2 weeks and everything was fine. Close to the beach, restaurants, downtown, etc. There is also a fantastic garden. The only thing is that some neighbors are really loud with music and roosters, otherwise a fantastic accommodation!

My family had a great time staying at your home. Ate Fermie did an outstanding task of helping us since we were first-time visitors to Boracay. Offering us with suggestions and guidance on the locations and best things to do on the island. We really enjoyed a very memorable holiday. I highly recommend your place.

Need AC in the living room for sure because there is none, only in the bedrooms and it gets really really hot during the day even if you open all of the windows and doors! And if you decide to cook something or even a light breakfast and the place is like an oven inside! Also had to wait 30 mins extra when checked in because the room wasn’t cleaned up and prepared and there was no guest before us in it, the jacuzzi in the master bedroom don’t work, sometimes there is lack of water pressure and hard to shower! Wooden roof over the balcony is broken and it simply needs a light repair which is a easy fix! The kitchen absorbing fan above the stove needs some heavy cleaning and degreasing, dirty and smells! Overall not a bad place but needs a little more attention to detail and maintenance! The Co-host is great if you need help and info!

Annie is responsive to all the inquiries we may have. She even allows us to do early check-in. Ate Beng, the caretaker is so accomodating. She will recommend contacts for activities too. The place is great and clean. The receptionists are friendly as well. 💯

Our stay here was great! The place is clean and tidy and has all the utilities you need for a comfortable stay, the location is great as it’s right in between the 2 main beaches making both walking distance. Would highly recommended staying here if you don’t want to be in a resort but still want to be walking distance to beaches and shops. Communication was also great with the owner, super helpful and very responsive.

Один из лучших вариантов на острове. Находится в тихом месте, на третьей станции. Есть большая веранда. Хозяин Ред очень отзывчивый и гостеприимный человек. Стафф всегда рядом и готов помочь. Рекомендую 🙂

We had a great time in Boracay at Alta Vista. They have a shuttle to D'mall every hour which made it super easy to get out to white beach whenever we wanted. The hotel was very helpful arranging special rides as well.

The place was clean, spacious enough for our family (me, my husband, a yaya, and our 9yo, 2yo, and infant) The checkin process was easy enough. We had a little trouble with the internet connection but it was resolved by the 2nd day. The living room airconditioning unit doesn't really blow out cold air but we weren't uncomfortable because the one in the bedroom worked and there was an electric fan. Thank you Arnold and ate Jelly.

We had a great time on June's place. Highly recommended to families looking for a pleasant and peaceful vacation in Boracay. Newcoast is awesome.
