Beachfront holiday rentals in Anse Mitan

Our stay went wonderfully well! The view from our terrace was superb, and the beach was just a few steps from our accommodation. We also appreciated all the little extras made available to us: cooler bag, beach towels, mask and snorkel, inflatable mattress with pump — all of which proved to be very practical during the week. The bakery close by was a real plus: we went there almost every morning for our croissants, chocolates and fresh sandwiches. A memorable stay, thank you again!

Me and my partner had an amazing stay! Isabel is very responsive and gave us great recommendations. The apartment is ideal, amazing view, quiet and very well equipped! Our arrival is easy and the residence is beautiful.

This place was just like the photos. Beautiful quiet location overlooking the ocean with a short trail to the water. Evan met us when we arrived and gave us good recommendations for food and activities. There is even a double sit on top kayak to kayak a short distance to an island. The hammock was wonderful too!

I had a great stay in Sylvie and José's villa basement. José welcomed me, and was very flexible with me! The accommodation itself was superb: very well decorated, well located, with exclusive access to a terrace, an outdoor hammock and of course the pool with sea view! I enjoyed my stay!

A great charm of this typical Creole hut accommodation. The place is quiet and safe, a superb beach 2 m away on foot. Agnès and Claude are charming and attentive hosts who take care of their guests. In short, a true paradise with hummingbirds and lush vegetation!

We spent 3 most relaxing days at Hélène's, the accommodation was as described, a pretty wooden chalet in which you immediately feel good, surrounded by nature, the many birds including the famous hummingbirds. The place was very clean and with everything you need. Hélène is a lovely, attentive host who welcomes you as if you had always been there. It's a very lively place with neighbors, family, Hélène's friends and at the same time very quiet. It feels like home! Fresh coconut delivery upon arrival that we were able to taste right away. Thank you again Hélène for your kindness, this is a place that we will be sure to redo if we return to Martinique.

A very nice stay at David's. Everything was compliant and the view was just beautiful! A little noisy on weekends due to comic book events, but calm comes back around 10pm, otherwise it's peaceful.

Best Airbnb rented to date! This villa is absolutely splendid and the views are breathtaking. Anse d'Arlet is super quiet, and well located for visiting the other villages and beaches around. We loved snorkeling with turtles and fish, the fresh fish market, the beautiful Diamant beach, but most of all, we always looked forward to returning to the villa to enjoy the pool and the view… thank you for a great stay!!

A PERFECT stay. Very high quality hosts; super welcoming and present as needed to help us organize our trip. Very good time spent together and especially an idyllic decor. Big + for the salt pool, very pleasant; the view and the vegetation of the garden, exotic; as well as an ideal location to make the most beautiful coves of our stay. I recommend 110% away.

Sabine and Bertrand made us feel very welcome. They have always been there for the slightest need. Their dogs are adorable and the little sheep too. The accommodation was very atypical (with its living room and outdoor kitchen, but well protected from the rain) and very comfortable. The pool was a real pleasure in the evening after the long days of walks/beaches. We did not have any sargassum smell (although there was a lot of it on all the beaches of Vauclin). The setting and accommodation are exceptional. The only downside to note is the access road, which is long (2.5 km) and very damaged. With the little picanto we rented, the underbody was regularly hit...

Our stay at Villa NALA was wonderful - beautiful surroundings, peaceful, and relaxing. The house had everything we needed on hand, and was a great place to explore the island from, not too far from anywhere. The pool was a huge plus and it was nice to have such easy access to the water, some local restaurants, and some nice hiking nearby. Highly recommend a stay here!

We had a lovely stay! Amélie was very helpful on several points before our arrival and at the very beginning, which we really appreciated. She gave us a ti punch on arrival which was delicious. The proximity to the beach that is on foot and the pool was certainly a plus.

Beautiful stay at Olivia's! Good welcome, clear instructions, and we appreciated that the host answered our questions well and quickly. The place was great, with the intimate terrace. We enjoyed the pool area very much. Also, restaurants on the beach 5 min walk are to try, as well as the pizzeria and bakery! Very good location to easily visit several tourist sites. Thank you!

Lovely place in a lovely area and a great view.

I had a perfect week in this apartment! Everything was together to make the most of my vacation. The instructions before my arrival were clear and detailed. I didn't even need to contact my hosts: 100% self check-in. Each room was perfectly clean and smelled good (this is important to me). A nice topped basket was waiting for me, with what breakfast and even a few welcome gifts… and frankly, who doesn't like gifts?! Special mention for the cool water bottles in the fridge: with the heat, it was more than appreciated. The bathroom was clean, well-equipped, and modern. The bed is ultra comfortable. The kitchenette has everything you need for a holiday without taking your head. The checkout instructions were just as clear and well explained, which allowed me to leave the premises clean and secure without stress. Thanks again for the great welcome!

We had a great time at David's place. The apartment is very well equipped, and very quiet. The big plus is the walking access to the beach of Grande Anse d'Arlet which is just magical. We highly recommend and will return if the opportunity arises

This location was very convenient for exploring Martinique. The hosts were warm and welcoming. Beaches, restaurants and tours were within easy walking distance. There were other beaches and distilleries within easy driving distance. We chose this location because of the view of the marina and enjoyed watching the boats coming and going. We recommend this listing to anyone who is looking for a relaxed and comfortable visit to Martinique.

A very big thank you to Véronique and Phillipe for their welcome as we rarely see and these moments of sharing and conviviality! Warm, smiling, very responsive... everything was perfect, the whole experience offered, the setting is adorable, very quiet, "feet in the water". A big 10/10, highly recommend!

We just ended our stay with family (2 adults, 2 children) for 10 days at Johanna's and everything was perfect. Waking up every morning with the sea view couldn't have been better. The kitchen is very functional and super well equipped, the impeccable bedding is very comfortable. Johanna is totally available and super welcoming. I recommend it without a second thought, if we have to come back we will be happy to come back to your place.

Perfect place with a magnificent view. Great for a stay in the south of the island. The hammock on this beautiful terrace was very nice… my favorite place!! The little animals in the bird garden, lizard, and cat made me happy. A great experience! Host very responsive to our requests and questions! Finally, the very complete welcome booklet was appreciated! Thanks
