The house is located in the heart of mountainous region of Helmos in the village of Peristera, at an altitude of 1100m. Mount Helmos is considered a botanical paradise. A number of activities that can be undertaken in the area like: - Hiking in forests and alpine pastures - Climbing and mountaineering - Skiing and other snow sports at the nearby ski resort of kalavryta - Mountain biking - River trekking - or just explore the picturesque villages with great local cuisine

Πολυτελής ξύλινη κατασκευή με έμφαση στην άνεση, τη χαλάρωση και την ασφάλεια. Το δεντρόσπιτο είναι κατασκευασμένο σε περιφραγμένο οικόπεδο, διαθέτει σίτες σε όλα τα παράθυρα και στα 500 μέτρα βρίσκεται η πυροσβεστική και η αστυνομία. Θα χρειαστείτε αυτοκίνητο για εύκολη πρόσβαση.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Συνδυάζει την ομορφιά, την ηρεμία και την ασφάλεια μιας ιδιωτικής παραλίας χωρίς κίνηση και αυτοκίνητα ενώ παράλληλα οι λάτρεις της νυχτερινής ζωής μπορούν να την απολαύσουν στα γύρω μέρη- στην Ακράτα, στο Δερβένι ή τον Πλάτανο. Ο χώρος μου είναι ιδανικός για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες με παιδιά και παρέες φίλων.
