Holiday rentals with beach access in Ano Koufonisi

Very good and quiet place to stay not far from the island centre. Clean and tidy room and the host was very helpful during our stay there. Always on the phone to answer our questions and gave us tips for our trip. We definitely would visit again!!

Highly recommend staying here and Antonis and his sister were great hosts. Our ferry got in quite late and she waited to meet us to check in. The apartment has amazing views and very relaxing on the balcony. It’s on top of a cafe and some restaurants but the noise was still very minimal, it felt very private. Amazing beach and restaurants all within 100m. Would happily stay there again

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön - weißes Haus mit blauen Fenstern und pinken Blumen. Die Lage war perfekt mit unserem Mietwagen (den wir direkt vor der Tür parken konnten) zu erreichen und zwischen einer Vielzahl wunderschöner fußläufig erreichbarer Strände. Aus dem Bett sowie von der Terrasse aus konnte man direkt auf das Meer sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Stella war sehr nett und einfach. Sie hat uns mit einem Tablett voll Essen willkommen geheißen. Es wurde täglich gereinigt und sogar die Handtücher wurden ausgetauscht. Der einzig negative Punkt waren die Mücken. Ein Fliegengitter im Fenster wäre sinnvoll.

We had a fabulous few days here. The view from the balcony over the port is gorgeous. Nektaria the host was exceptional. She checked in on us every day and gave us great suggestions of things to do. There was much appreciated complimentary groceries - eggs, bread, fruit, wine, cheese, jam etc in the apartment when we arrived. There was a complimentary pick up from the ferry on arrival day and free luggage storage on the day of departure which was a great bonus.

This place was just as described, and easy to find. Great location! Everything was walkable especially the port, beach and great restaurants. I originally was only staying Naxos for 4 days but ended up extending my stay for another 3 days. I was so happy Mario’s place was available for the additional day! I fell so in love with Naxos! The airbnb is perfect for one person or a couple. As a solo female traveler I felt safe overall in Naxos, and equally safe in the airbnb/location. Mario was pleasant and provided excellent recommendations for a straight 7 min wake to the port (I island hopped from Naxos), restaurants, beaches, places to etc etc. There was no time that I was in the airbnb and wanted something and it was there, ready for use. In fact, there was so many things thoughtfully placed throughout the places that I didn’t even use (chocolate, wine, coffee, etc). Ill be back in Naxos and will be staying here. Anyone, I know coming to Naxos will too! Highly recommend!

My husband & I stayed at Anna’s Airbnb for 4 x nights, we highly recommend staying at this property. 5 Star Host! The apartment is large and conveniently located just a short walk behind the old town Naxos. Very clean apartment, well stocked with all facilities and amenities for a comfortable stay, including generous snacks. Excellent Air Conditioning in all rooms. Story Cars, excellent car rental just at the end of the street. Beds and sofa are very comfortable, quiet apartment. Anna is an excellent host, really amazing, met us on arrival, told us how to catch taxi from Port to the apartment (very easy, no wait), also arranged a taxi when we were leaving which arrived on time, took us to the airport (also very easy and no wait). Met us on arrival and explained how everything worked, provided a map and suggested which villages, beaches, restaurants and car hire she recommended, all were excellent. Don’t hesitate, book this property. Thank you Ana for your excellent hospitality!

We spent 5 nights at Anna’s apartment and it was amazing. Anna met us at the port and made us feel so welcome. The apartment is perfect for a couple, close to beaches and the old town. It was spotlessly clean and amazingly comfortable. Go to Naxos, stay with Anna, I can’t recommend the apartment highly enough

Absolutely wonderful! The hosts were extremely kind and went well out of their way to accommodate my unexpected needs during my stay. Also they arranged transportation to and from the port and helped me get my bags up the stairs. Just really kind and helpful people. As for the apartment itself, it is well-located, very clean and cozy, and that terrace! It has a magnificent view and is absolutely private. It is the most peaceful place where your can truly relax. Plus it is a great value! I would 100% recommend this place and will recommend it to my friends.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Marianna’s place! The location is perfect and the home is even better in person than in the pictures. We were able to walk from the port and throughout the Chora with ease. Marianna and Vasilis were so lovely and responsive, which just enhanced our stay. I hope to return soon. Naxos is a beautiful island!

Elizabeth was a very kind host. Love all the little extras and it is very obvious she wants her guests to enjoy their time and be happy. Love all the extras like coffee and fruit, etc and it was enjoyable to chat with her a bit. Her place is in a great location that is close to port and tiny streets and very quiet. The patio was a treat - and great place to have a meal and enjoy the sunset. Very clean. Cute decor. Comfortable bed. A whole page of suggestions for meals and activities. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Thank you!

La maison est une pure merveille, récemment restaurée, très bien équipée et décorée et en plein centre du petit village en face de Katapola. Merci à Géraldine pour son accueil chaleureux, son enthousiasme, son investissement et ses bons conseils. Tout était et fut parfait. Je conseille vivement.

We had the best stay at Ioannis home! We were able to drop off our bags a bit early as we explored the town. Upon check in, Ioannis gave us a tour of the home and made himself available for anything we needed throughout our stay. He had left cookies on the table for us which was such a nice hospitable touch. The home was spotless, the roof was just beautiful - the pictures don’t do it justice. The location was also amazing! Everything was extremely walkable and near all the best spots in the Naoussa area. For anyone driving like we did, it’s a very easy drive from the port of Paros and there are local free parking areas as well as valet parking nearby. If you are taking the bus it looked like it left you close as well. Per the other reviews, there is a bit of noise at night from the bars because you are in the heart of it. We didn’t mind it at all but something to keep in mind. Overall, amazing stay! We will stay here again the next time we find ourselves in Paro

We hebben echt heel fijn verblijf gehad bij Ruby of Naxos. De studio’s zijn ruim, mooie eigen buitenruimte, hele vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaresse en heerlijke bedden. Locatie is prettig bij een leuk dorpje!

What a lovely home!! A great place to explore Paros! The home is 10 min walkable to the life of Naoussa filled with shopping and eateries and 10 minutes walkable the other direction to a small lovely beach and walkable to a small grocery around the corner! The home was very quiet and peaceful and beds super comfy! Our wonderful host family met us when we arrived and surprised us with a warm homemade baked cake and wine!! Our hosts were friendly and inviting yet gave us plenty of space to ourselves. She helped us find a rental car which we used for our outings on the island! We love Paros and Love Naoussa and love Sea Blue house! I would definitely choose to stay here again and I highly recommend.

George was the perfect host. The place was accurately described, and we were steps from the beach. The mini market was a minute away, and the owner along with David were very helpful, too. George was responsive and there within 15 minutes when the front door blew shut and locked us out with our key, and phones inside. Such a pleasant man, we would definitely go back and stay at his properties. The people were so kind everywhere we went, and we terribly sorry to leave Naxos and Agios Prokopios especially.

What can I say… beautiful location overlooking the harbour, with a great balcony. Really well described and we felt really looked after. Apollonas is a gorgeous small fishing village well protected from prevailing winds. Good tavernas and even better ones in the mountain villages a short(ish) drive away. And I’d recommend a car… the village is too isolated otherwise. We stayed 11 days but would happily have stayed a month!!

Exceptional unit in peaceful haven on gorgeous island❣️

The place is as described and as seen in the pictures. Extremely close to the beach, walking distance to the center and the port with many shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. If you need to work from there, be mindful that the internet is a bit slow. Maria and her brother were reallt attentive and we greatly enjoyed the apricots from the tree in the balcony! We definitely recommend.

This apt is very central and easily walkable to the port, main streets, parking lots, supermarkets, restaurants, and even two beaches in town. The apt has a great private balcony overlooking everything and we spent some time people watching below and looking out at the ocean. Great location!! Airport is only a 10-15 minute drive.

Anthi is wonderful. My husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon and unfortunately fell very ill, Anthi made it easy to extend our time and made us feel very supported ❤️ the view is incredible and location from the harbour really easy after getting of the ferry. She was ready to meet us on arrival with a cold drink. The sunset from Anthis place is next level, the photos do not do the space justice. We could have done our whole holiday here easily!

we were blown away by Maria's super cute friendly mom who welcomed us and how much extra was provided, our bedding and pillows were great ...best place I have stayed in past 45 years I have travelled to Greece

Artemis and her father were really lovely hosts. The apartment was very beautifully presented and had everything we needed, and she shared great recommendations. And good beaches nearby!

Very lovely place with a beautiful view and in a great central location the only downside was the apartment below at lots of children and was very very loud at all hours of the day and night
