The Domaine de Minodier is an 18th century mill on a private property of almost 4 hectares of countryside bordered by the Ay River. Our cottage, rated 3*, completely renovated, welcomes you for a "disconnected" stay in the heart of nature. With family or friends, Swimming pool or river, Hiking or relaxation... the choice is yours!!! Many tourist sites to visit are also nearby (Peaugres Safari, steam train, Cité du Chocolat, museums in Annonay, hot air balloons, etc.)

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. I have 2 small children so everything is suitable for children (baby bed, high chairs, bathtubs, games, changing table...). Please note that this is my home so there are all our belongings. I will of course free up some shelves for storing your belongings. There is a large 2000 m2 garden with a shed and play area for children. It's very quiet. Towels and sheets are provided with a supplement of 20 euros.
