Large Basement Studio near public transport (metro, bus), Downtown (20 m),olympic stadium, parks, shopping center. The kitchen and bathroom are in separate rooms. The apartment is perfect for solo travelers, couples or business. Parking is always available on the street and also there is always a parking spot in front of the house The apartment in the basement level. It is very well equipped for long stays (tv, wifi, washing machine, etc) the garden is accesible in spring, summer and fall

Private suite with a king size bed

A two rooms private apartment with a king size bed. Strong wifi, smart tv, towels, clean sheets, refrigerator, portable induction cooktop (really efficient from Ikea), two heating plates, microwave, mini oven, pots and pan. There is also a sink beside the bed that might not appear on some pictures. Also access to a laundry and dryer machine in another room that you share with us, as we live in the same building. The actual bed is the one you see in the lasts pictures, still a king size.

When I arrived, I wasn't sure if the environment was safe (neighboring apartment boarded up, other houses not very well maintained). After a short exchange with Debbie, I was reassured. It is indeed a family place and very quiet and safe. There is a beautiful park less than 5 minutes' walk away where I used to go for my daily jog in the forest. Easy street parking As Debbie has just rented the accommodation, I suggest bringing oil, spices, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, etc. I didn't see a coffee machine. It would also be nice to have furniture on one of the 2 terraces to enjoy the outdoors. There's no air conditioning. Debbie told me that it would be installed on June 7. Otherwise, providing fans would be appreciated during hot weather. In short, I spent 5 nights for work and I enjoyed my stay. Debbie is very responsive and friendly.

I had a great stay at Jean-Christophe's place! The house is located in Mont Royal local neighbourhood with bike and pedestrian friendly streets. Lots of restaurants , bars, bakeries and independent shops to choose from. Easy access to the house. Friendly and accomodating hosts. I would consider staying again next time I'm in Montreal.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Louis's place in Montreal! The property is perfect for tourists, clean, comfortable, and located in a great spot to explore the city.
