Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Anguillara Sabazia

Laura is such a special host. This was my second time staying here, and she definitely made me feel at home. Due to her hospitality, this is my favorite place to stay. Laura is very kind and responsive. She is so helpful with all of her recommendations and accommodations. This Airbnb is very quiet and quaint (picture perfect). You do not even feel like you’re in such a busy city like Rome. I cannot recommend this place enough 🥰

My friend and I are so glad we stayed here. We got into FCO at 9pm and this was the perfect place to stay close by. The place was in great condition and Lucilla was so helpful. Her mum checked us in and was so lovely, she made our arrival so much more special. Would highly recommend this to anyone flying into FCO. Easy to find, great dinner at Cielo nearby and a lovely walk.

ciao Ragazzi siamo venuti dagli USA per la festa della mia Cittadinanza.ho portato con me amici e famiglia. ho vissuto a circa 15 minuti dalla casa nel passato quindi per me é stato come tornare a casa. Stavo cercando qualcosa di unico, un posto che si raccontasse da sola , un posto tranquillo, un posto con verde e zona da condividere come una partita di calcio ecc. i spazi sono usati benissimo, tutti comfort. Solo 35min da FCO int, e circa 25min ai parioli. c'é il trenino a 10 min circa che vi porta a piazzale flaminio , cosi non vi stressate per parcheggio ecc. c'é un ottima fraschetta locale a 6 minuti di auto, altre scelte a circa 10 min, ed un grande supermercato a 9minuti. attenzione alla strada per arrivarci di notte, 2/3min ci sono alcuni rialzi dovute alle radici dei alberi. Silvio simpaticissimo, tanto carino ma tanto riservato (il giusto, non invadente) consiglio questo posto magico, a famiglie amici e coppie, che hanno voglia di rilassarsi e divertirsi (cn rispetto)a presto

Casa incantevole in un posto tranquillo e silenzioso circondato dalla natura, con una meravigliosa vista sul lago. Host sempre disponibile. Ideale per bambini e cani. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Great place to stay in Fiumucino! On a quiet back street but minutes from all river front restaurants. Hosts are very responsive and were great to work with when our flights changed. Hosts have reasonable airport transpertation avalable. The space is small but we'll arranged and squeaky clean. A nice bakery closeby was great for warm breakfast pastries. We stumbled accross town of Fiumucino last year when train strike caused us to travel a day earlier. Much nicer to stay in this closeby town instead of airport hotel!

Massimiliano and his father Maurizio are, above all, wonderful people—welcoming and pleasant. They are always available to help in any situation. They provided us with excellent instructions on what to do and where to go. If we revisit Rome, we will definitely stay with them again. I highly recommend them to all future guests. 😍🤩

Sehr persönliche und freundliche Übergabe mit Tipps und Anregungen. Die Lage war großartig alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Wenn wir nach Rom kommen hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen

I traveled with my family, and this was the perfect place for us to rest, and enjoy the city, short walk to downtown, and very close to a bus stop if you wanted to get anywhere in Rome, quiet neighborhood but still very close to a supermarket, bar, bakery and everything you needed

This apartment is amazing. Much more spacious than we expected based on the photos and the private terrace outside in the center of the courtyard area easily doubled the space. The experience outdid our expectations. There are a LOT of stairs to access the unit from either entry, and the area is quite hilly, so if you have mobility concerns, this would not be a good match. The building was generally quiet and the AC kept us comfortable during a particularly hot summer visit. The kitchen has tons of amenities if you are planning to cook from home, but there are lots of restaurants nearby. It was very nice having access to 2 bathrooms with shower options. We loved our time in Trastevere!

Lucia was lovely to deal with and the apartment was beautifully renovated and had an old world charm. Walkable to many restaurants and the colosseum. A great spot

Great location. Near metro and spanish steps. Short walk to Trevi. Great apartment! Very clean. Love the layout. Balcony is very peaceful at night. Tastefully decorated. The ONLY downside is that there is no elevator. This is stated in the description so it was not a surprise.

Comme mentionné dans d’autres commentaires, cet appartement est tout simplement merveilleux ! Tout prêt du Vatican, mais aussi à 5 min de marche du métro Ottaviano, vous pouvez vous rendre presque partout à Rome! À l’accueil, Gabriele a pris le temps de bien nous expliquer, fait le tour du proprio avec nous et répondre à nos questions, excellente communication! En terminant, que dire de la terrasse! WoW, juste wow! Peu d’appartement offre ce genre de « bonus » et c’est réellement ce que fait la différence ici, car cela permet de relaxer et aussi de profiter de la vie sur Rome et la basilique Saint-Pierre. De mémorables vacances! Si vous songez à louer cet appartement, N’hésitez pas !

Viaggio da anni e ho avuto modo di soggiornare in tantissimi hotel e Airbnb in tutto il mondo… ma posso dire, senza alcun dubbio, che questo alloggio è stato uno dei migliori in assoluto. Fin dal primo momento, il check-in è stato impeccabile: ci è stato spiegato tutto nel dettaglio, sia sull’alloggio che su cosa fare a Roma. L’host è stato estremamente disponibile e cordiale, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. L’appartamento? Semplicemente perfetto. Curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, con ogni comfort immaginabile. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato cibo, vino, acqua, birra… e poi una macchina del caffè fantastica, kit di benvenuto con salviettine struccanti, lamette, vanity bag… davvero tutto ciò che si possa desiderare, e anche di più! Il letto era enorme e comodissimo, l’ambiente pulitissimo e arredato con gusto. Davvero, meriterebbe 6 stelle su 5. Potrei continuare a scrivere per ore, perché è stato tutto perfetto.

This is a beautiful apartment in an incredibly central location - literally around the corner from Piazza di Spagna. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony in the morning and in the evening, and enjoy being in the heart of Rome. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Plus, super comfy bed !

Esperienza molto positiva: l'appartamento è davvero bello e completo di ogni accessorio e comfort per un soggiorno anche prolungato. Unico nostro errore è l'aver deciso di cenare fuori casa, quando sul terrazzo avremmo potuto godere di una bellissima vista del tramonto sul mare. Assolutamente consigliato anche per la gentilezza e la disponibilità degli host. Super :)

Paola’s place was truly great! Great location, beautiful flat, close to all of the sites that you want to see in Rome! Many great restaurants and cafe’s nearby with easy access to the train and metro for longer hauls. As a host, Paola was incredibly responsive from the second we booked. She was helpful with recommendation and extremely flexible when we arrived early and asked to check in at 1pm. We would recommend to our friends and family!

The apartment is wonderfully located - lovely area and well within walking distance of the main sights. The terrace is delightful - especially for early morning coffee and late afternoon sundowners!

Marina was an amazing host! This was a buckle list trip and not only was her space peaceful and felt like my own little apartment in Italy, she help ease my nerves on not knowing where we were going and she help answer all my questions. If you stay here, you will be very happy with your choice.

The directions were VERY detailed and clear which I was very grateful for. Communication with the host was quick and easy as well. The apartment was very beautiful and just as described. I was just one person staying so very spacious :) The ceilings are quite low (which they do state) so it wouldn’t be very comfortable for ppl over 5’9. And just a heads up, if you plan on having heavy/large luggage the lift is small and you’ll still need to carry luggage up 1 flight of stairs. I loved the spaciousness, full kitchen, private rooftop, and walking distance to the sites. I had no complaints and do highly recommend. Would absolutely stay again :)

This place is awesome. It’s so much bigger than the pictures convey. It’s obviously right by the Colosseum, but bus lines to anywhere you’d need to get are right outside your door too. Also don’t miss the Basilica of San Clemente that’s a block away. It was better and emptier than most of the typical tourist spots we went to. Stefano was very responsive and helpful. The rooftop is incredible and everything was so comfortable (including beds and A/C).

Fantastic find, quiet, relaxing and beautifully furnished penthouse apartment with private secluded roof terrace in the centre of Rome, 10/10 for us! I can’t express how much of a hidden gem this place is. I absolutely loved staying here and it’s so well thought out. It’s in such a great location. It’s a quiet neighborhood and i felt so safe. If i could stay longer, this would be the place. The hosts were so tentative and very welcoming. I also reserved a pickup to the airport and it made me feel so much better. I appreciate everything so much.!!! Grazie a Mille!

Francesca picked us up from the train station and took us to the apartment which was pretty special. She helped us settle in and provided a great itinerary and ideas for our stay. The apartment was cosy and the deck was so amazing that we ate in two of the nights we were there. Definitely recommend her place. Great transport links very very close. Both metro and bus
