The apartment is remarkably located: 100 m from a central tram station that serves the whole city, 3 stations from the train station, 10 min walk from a very large outdoor parking lot (Larochefoucauld), trendy Biltoki halls very pleasant for meals at the end of the street, a Franco-African in front, Place Ralliement 10 min walk or 1 tram station, etc. New apartment in building in total renovation in June 2025. Cecilia will give you the instructions to get the most out of it. High-end services (e.g. coffee bean machine). Functional, decorated with taste. Comfortable bed. Bright, airy spaces.

The accommodation is very, very nice. Modern and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood is very quiet. The balcony allowed us to enjoy the sweetness of the evenings. Christophe is very nice and responsive. We had a very good stay and I highly recommend this accommodation. Parking is a big advantage because it is not so easy to park. Thank you Christophe for your hospitality and the little touches.

Great location and lovely apartment. The lift made it very convenient to enter and leave with baggage. The instructions for the key box were a little confusing because the code in the PDF message did not match the code in the photo. When I tried the code in the photo, that worked and I was able to open the box. It would have been helpful to have laundry soap provided. Although there were no instructions provided about care of the plants, I did water the indoor plant because it was very dry.

Veronique was very welcoming when she met us at check in. She lives in the main house so is available if needed. The property is pretty unique and well laid out over 3 floors. Comfortable bed and great shower. We didn’t do any cooking as there were great restaurant options in the village and also a very good boulangerie. We enjoyed the private terrace overlooking vineyards. Very peaceful. Angers is only 20 minutes away by car and is a nice (small) city to visit. We also visited Samour and Chinon. We had a very enjoyable 4 days in this lovely part of the Loire.
