We had a great weekend in Seiches-sur-le-Loir in this beautiful home. It is spacious, very well decorated, perfectly equipped and ideal for a stay with others — there were 10 of us and everyone felt comfortable. The garden is perfectly maintained, and the view from the sunset terrace is simply splendid. A real moment of serenity. A big thank you to Matthieu and Nathalie, attentive and warm hosts. We'll be happy to go back!

Beautiful house furnished with taste and everything you need to spend a good vacation. Small shops and excellent bakery nearby (you can walk there). Beautiful base to discover the region by bike. Guingette on the banks of the Loire just a few kilometers away.

Denis's place is a little paradise. Impeccable house. All rooms decorated with care, very good bedding in both bedrooms. All the toiletries are at our disposal, as well as in the kitchen. Everything is designed to make our stay go perfectly. And the garden is beautiful. Between the pond and its fish, the small waterfall and the birds is an enchantment. A relax, a good book and the charm works.Denis is a perfect host. He welcomed me very warmly. He is very responsive to requests while remaining discreet. I recommend it without any restraint. We just spent three weeks this summer at Audrey's place. On every point, I just put as many stars as I can! Impeccable house, well appointed, extremely comfortable, nice decoration, all the kitchen utensils available, two bicycles also available, easy to park, etc. The location is perfect, three steps from the Loire and one of the most pleasant places on the river. Nearby, on the square, you find a pastry bakery, a small Auchan (very good), a PMU Librairie and across the street a pharmacy. No car needed for groceries. The nautical club for kayaking and paddle boarding is also within walking distance along the Loire. Walking along the river was one of our main occupations, in addition to cycling with all-round walks. Angers is easily reachable by a quiet and shaded path. I don't forget Audrey who goes out of her way at the slightest problem to resolve. Thanks to her.

very pleasant stay, the house is well arranged, we were looking for a place to meet with friends, it was up to our expectations. the indoor pool is a real plus, the terrace is large and friendly, many attentions from the owner, bottle of water in the rooms, bottle of Saumur and small welcome cake. What to say? A splendid, modern and ultra comfortable home! We spent a perfect week with the family, enjoying everything: hot pool, large terrace and garden with views of the Loire, spacious and perfectly equipped kitchen, air-conditioned rooms with impeccable bedding, not to mention the plancha and the very comfortable living room with its huge screen, ideal for watching the Olympics. Communication with Sonia and Samuel was seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. Thank you!

Our two families had a wonderful week at this beautiful house near Anger. We were blown away on arrival as the photos so not capture just how much space there is. The house is very well equipped and the pool and garden are beautiful. As we drove away, my daughter asked if we could come back again next year!! Thank you Sonia for being an excellent host. very friendly host. wonderfully quiet and lots of playground at the house. A bit of dusty at the windows and corners. All in all, had a wonderful vacation.

We had a lovely stay. With our friends we were able to enjoy the calm and charm of this house. The accommodation is clean and the bedding is very comfortable. The pool is nice even if it's not heated. We were well received and the communication was good.
