Beachfront holiday rentals in Andros

Όλα ήταν άψογα, όπως ακριβώς έδειχνε η καταχώρηση. Τοποθεσία φανταστική, με γύρω χώρο στάθμευσης. Το δωμάτιο καινούργιο, ζεστό νερό άφθονο, με κουζίνα μίνι μπαρ, και τηλεόραση με Netflix κλπ. Το μόνο μείον ήταν ότι ακούγεται η βρύση από το δίπλα δωμάτιο και η ηχομόνωση όχι τόσο καλή. Ο Οικοδεσπότης πολύ ευγενικός και γενικά όλα υπέροχα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!

This place is a “you have to see it to believe it” location. Never have I ever felt more at home in the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen. The villa has such an incredible blend of rustic with modern amenities. I hope I am lucky to return back to this place one day.

Σε κεντρικό σημείο στο Μπατσί, το σπίτι είναι απολύτως λειτουργικό και -κυρίως- είναι σπίτι και όχι δωμάτιο. Έχει ατμόσφαιρα και feeling σπιτιού. Ήταν η καλύτερή μας διαμονή και πηγαίνουμε στην Άνδρο τουλάχιστον 10 χρόνια τώρα.

L'appartamento è minimale ma comprensivo di tutto quanto necessario. La vista dal balconcino ma soprattutto dal soppalco letto è una delle cose che mi mancherà di più del viaggio, stupenda. La posizione è fantastica, nel centro storico ma tranquilla, e la spiaggia è facile da raggiungere. L'unico neo è il poco spazio per la doccia, le dimensioni del bagno non consentono altre soluzioni. Ideale per chi ha necessità di relax. La proprietaria è stata veramente gentile ed è venuta incontro a una richiesta sul check out che mi ha dato la possibilità di godermi la spiaggia fino all'ultimo. Una vacanza bellissima.

I stayed for a month while working remotely and can warmly recommend the flat with sea vier from the balcony, strong WLAN, its equipment (detergent and laundry tabs etc.) and surroundings (I traveled without car). Elpidoforos is an amazing host. He is super friendly and always helped me out with advice and great recommendations to visit. Thank you! 😊

Maison très fonctionnelle au coeur de Chora avec un jardin / terrasse très agréable. Communication excellente avec Athina et son père!

This place was so nice to stay! It was beautiful, quiet, and the balcony had an amazing view. Anastasia was an amazing host and left us wine, snacks, and baked bread! The area is very walkable with lots of great restaurants and fun vibes at night. There is beach access only a few minutes away from the studio. Amazing!

Theofilos was very kind and responsive. The house is in a good location at the centre of Batsi and was very clean. However, there was some noise at the night because of the clubs nearby. Although it is highly recommended!

An amazing stay for our group of 6! The views were beautiful and the space was extremely comfortable. It was walking distance to all the restaurants in Batsi and the supermarket as well. Spyros was very kind and took great care of us—we will definitely rebook if we are lucky enough to visit Andros again in the future!

Ενα ομορφο σπιτι με πανεμορφη θέα. Λιγο μακρυα απο τα κεντρικα σημεια κινησης αλλα στις διακοπες δε σε ενδιαφερει και τοσο αυτο. Καποια μικροπροβληματακια γρηγορα διορθωθηκαν με τη βοηθεια της Χριστινας. Περασαμε ομορφα και θα ξαναπροτιμουσαμε το σπιτι αν ξαναπηγαιναμε στην Ανδρο. Σας ευχαριστουμε!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this villa was something special. The architecture is stunning—modern yet warm, with every detail carefully considered. Expansive glass doors blur the line between indoors and out.The centerpiece, though, is undeniably the infinity pool. It offers an uninterrupted view of the ocean. Amazing sunset. Nice outdoor furniture. The interior design complements the setting perfectly: minimalist yet luxurious and an earthy palette. The bedrooms have own bathrooms and most of them also doors to the garden. Ideal for anyone seeking peace, beauty, and a bit of architectural inspiration. Location-wise, it's equally exceptional. A short walk brings you to a beautiful beach (5 min). In the other direction you find lively fishing village, home to about 20 traditional tavernas. Great thanks also to Sonia (taking care of the house) for all good recommendations and for helping us with rening motorbikes.

La casa es totalmente nueva tal y como se ve en las fotos, cómoda y la limpieza es diaria. Las Vistas son increíbles y la zona de la piscina súper tranquila y relajante. Los anfitriones son los encantadores padres de Vasilis súper amables y detallistas, cada día te dejan bizcochos y dulces para el desayuno o algún picoteo cocinado por la señora Irene, la hospitalidad griega en estado puro!

The villa is very comfortable, well maintained and stocked, stylishly decorated and very clean. Its positioning and view above the sea makes it a stunning location and idyllic for a relaxing, and peaceful holiday. The pool is a good size and beautiful, with lots of seats and loungers, and shade if wanted. Although it’s shared, we had it to ourselves most days. The nearest beaches are lovely and there are local restaurants, a mini supermarket and good bakery too. You do need a car, both for the steep incline to the villa and to access the many lovely beaches around the island. Andros is a beautiful choice of Greek island for those wanting peace and tranquility. The wind kept the heat feeling manageable. Lia and her husband were both very welcoming and friendly and made an extra effort for us to check in a bit early which was helpful. They were on hand with advice whenever needed.thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Μόνο καλά λόγια έχω! Η οικοδεσπότης ήταν φιλική, εξυπηρετική και πάντα διαθέσιμη. Την περιοχή τη γνώριζα κι από πριν, καθώς δεν είναι η πρώτη φορά που πηγαίνω, αλλά πρώτη φορά στο συγκεκριμμένο κατάλυμα και έμεινα απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος. Μπράβο!

Wir waren verbrachten zwei Wochen mit unserer Familie auf Andros und wohnten die gesamte Zeit in Keiras Haus. Keiras Haus war die beste AirBnB Unterkunft die wir je gemietet haben. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind genauso wie auf den Bildern. Man ist ganz ungestört und sehr privat und hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Zum Strand ist es nur eine ganz kurze Autofahrt (3 Minuten). Man kann auch Laufen, aber mit kleinen Kindern war uns der Berg zum Haus etwas zu viel. Der Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und es gibt sehr tolle Restaurants. Andros ist sehr entspannt. Es gibt keine großen Hotels und die meisten Touristen kommen vom griechischen Festland. Keira ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und war immer schnell zu erreichen. Zu unserer Ankunft hatte sie schon ein paar Sachen für uns in den Kühlschrank getan und sie hat sogar ein paar Mal selbstgebackene Sachen bei uns vorbeigebracht. We stayed for one night in Katerina’s place and it was ideal for this, as well for a longer stay. Excellent mattress, bed and bathroom linen, large living room with plenty of natural light, sea view balconies, and fully air conditioned. Ideally situated as there is public parking available and you can then walk around Chora. Katerina was also friendly and responsive, making things easy. The self checkin is also helpful. Only note the small number of staircase steps you have to walk to get to the apartment; not an issue for me, but might be for some others. If you don’t have a mobility difficulty, this shouldn’t scare you though. Highly recommended

We werden zeer goed ontvangen! Een warm onthaal. We kregen ook goede tips mee. Prachtig zicht. Hele leuke ligging, heel proper en gezellige plek en onze gastvrouwen waren uiterst vriendelijk. Een aanrader!

Such a special stay! We spent the weekend here and honestly, it was amazing. The place was super cozy and beautifully put together — every little detail felt thoughtfully designed. The mix of modern simplicity and Cycladic interior design gave it such a unique vibe, and everything was spotless. The view from the room was just stunning (both at the sunset and sunrise) — we caught ourselves just sitting and staring out at it more than once. What made our stay even more special was the hospitality. Both our hostess was incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful. They made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Would 100% recommend this place and would love to come back.

Vicky ist eine super nette, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie versucht alles, damit man sich wohl fühlt. Benötigt man was von ihr, dann bekommt sehr schnell eine Antwort und Empfehlung für Unternehmungen. Würde sofort wieder hin.

We loved our stay in the historic mansion! The location was amazing and the space is lovely to spend time in. The beach across the bay from the house was great with kids and it was wonderful to be a staircase away from all the shops and restaurants of the Main Street. Alexandros was very helpful and knowledgeable - we highly recommend his place if you are ever headed to Chora.

Casa ben fornita in un complesso di villette a 10 minuti dalla Chora, con accesso veloce agli scogli della baia sottostante. Syneti offre poco come villaggio, ma la casa si offre molto per cene nel patio sia a pranzo sul davanti che a cena sul retro. Cucina molto accessoriata, BBQ nel giardino. Host molto collaborativo nonostante il checkin e checkout in autonomia, apprezzata molto la lista dei locali dell'isola. Consigliatissima per chi cerca pace e tranquillità. La spiaggia di Syneti non ci ha entusiasmato per via delle plastiche presenti in acqua, ma potrebbe essere dipeso da correnti della settimana in cui siamo stati noi, più pulita la zona degli scogli sotto la casa. Base perfetta per le spiagge di Pidima e Achla (entrambe a tre quarti d'ora dalla casa), quest'ultima decisamente la nostra preferita col trekking dal monastero, anche il trekking alla cascata di Gerolimni da non perdere.

Ich kann mich den vielen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Wir hatten ein paar wundervolle Tage bei Iliana. Besonders hat uns der nur 2 minütige Weg zum Kolona Beach gefallen. Der Stand ist super sauber und schön ruhig mit nur 10 Sonnenschirmen. Wenn wir Hunger bekamen (oder mal auf Toilette mussten 😄)bin ich kurz in die Wohnung gegangen und habe etwas zu essen gemacht. Die Wohnung liegt auch sehr ruhig, obwohl sie an einer Straße liegt. Aber es fahren nur wenige Autos. Nachts kann man ungestört schlafen und hört absolut nichts. Abends war es schön auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, noch ganz leise die Musik von der Beach Bar oder aus den Restaurants zu hören und den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Für mich war das Highlight die Außendusche! Man kann sie nicht einsehen, also ungestört unter freiem Himmel duschen. Rundum ein perfekter Urlaub!

The location is ideal, walking distance to everything you need. Batsi is a lovely town with a laid-back vibe, perfect for relaxing and exploring the beauty of Andros. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great stay in Andros. We're definitely coming back!
