Leiligheten må rengjøres av gjest.Sengetøy legges på, og tas av etter bruk.500 kr i gebyr for ikke å bruke sengetøy. Rengjøringshjelp kan bestilles senest dagen før du reiser. 500 kr Garasjeloft stuen er stengt mellom 1 oktober til 1 juni. Kan leies på forespørsel utenom denne tiden. 100 kr pr døgn ekstra i leien.

Leiligheten er 47 kvm og ligger sørvendt, ingen bebyggelse mot sør. Nærhet til turløype med lys. Meget rolig strøk. Man ser tydelig nordlys fra huset i klar vær. På nordsiden ligger Andenes sentrum i gangavstand ca 20min. Fem minutter tar det at gå til nærmeste matbutikk. Hvalsafari turer ut fra Andenes havn, to avganger per dag. Vi tillater husdyr da vi selv har to snille Samojedhunder i oppe i andre etage, hundene er selvsagt ikke i nærheten av leiligheten.
