The house is located on an open area with midnight sun all summer. The house has a garden and porch, and a short way to great mountain hikes in a lovely hiking terrain. It is located about 1h south of Andøy and 1 1/2 h north of Lofoten. The whole house is on a level that both makes the stay safe and provides good accessibility. The fishing village Bleik in Vesterålen is a small village with about 500 inhabitants. An amazing white sand beach frames the village towards the clean ocean. Fuglefjellet Bleiksøya is just outside. Thousands of puffins and a large colony of sea eagles are nesting here. Take your big family with you or bring friends to this great place where there's a big tumbling spot. Unique beach, golf course, majestic mountains, fine fishing waters, friendly people, shop and cafe. Sea fishing, Puffin and eagle safaris.

Gåsøya 4 is our cabin which is idyllically situated at the water's edge on Gåsøya in the middle of Bleiksvatnet. It sleeps 4 guests. Two minutes drive from the parking lot up to the famous mountain top Måtind. The cabin has running water and electricity, hallway, two bedrooms, toilet room with shower, living room and kitchen. The lean-to is right on the waterfront. The boat house located between the gap and the cabin is equipped with benches and tables and is well suited as a living room.

The space is certainly "cozy* sized but that is communicated in the listing and not a surprise at all. The upstairs neighborhood is not disruptive in the least. Right next to a grocery store and easy to walk to restaurants and the water front. Comfortable bed, very useful kitchen, good TV, good use of the smaller space. I would definitely consider staying here again with no second thoughts.

The location was great, it was very peaceful and beautiful and the beach was nearby. Unfortunately the weather was rainy when we visited. The house itself was very cozy, miniature and had a vintage style. There were a lot of sheep nearby which was fun. The stairs to the second floor was quite low so mind your head 😀 All the necessities were there and the beds were comfortable. A big bonus for us was the electric car charger. We hiked nearby to Måtind and the views there were spectacular.

Nice accommodation with everything you need. We were here for a month and everything was fine. The accommodation was clean, the location is very quiet. Internet worked without a problem (I worked remote, online meetings was no problem). There are several shops and a gas station nearby. There is beautiful nature in the area. Host (Kai) was friendly and quickly responded to my questions.
