Holiday rentals with beach access in Ancón

It felt like our stay at Kath’s apartment couldn’t have been better if anywhere else. We were 4 of us on a holiday getaway to Panama and the apartment stay at Kath’s suited our needs at the best. The highlights are, 1) it’s prime location in casco viejo. 2) Very spacious apartment / condominium in pristine condition 3) welcoming and proactive host 4) the serene feel we experience while sitting in the balcony. We get to absorb the character of the old town during quiet as well as touristy times. All in all, i wouldn’t think twice to come back and stay at Kathryel’s apartment on my next visit.

Hermoso hospedaje, acogedor, privado y tranquilo. Cuenta con todo lo básico para pasar varios días en Punta Chame. Playa a pocos minutos caminando. Muy buena comunicación con los anfitriones también.

We were there due to job, so didn’t have much time to explore. The place itself is exactly as described; nice gym, small but clean pool on the roof and the view from there were a bonus. There was an easy access to the beach. The appartment was clean, spacious, and had a nice balcony viewing the jungles. The location might be perfect for those who look for nature and solitude. Laura is a great host, always helpful and available. We also were allowed to have quite a late checkout. What one should consider when booking: there’re no shops or grocery stores nearby, and the bars or restaurants are only the ones in the nearby hotel. Everything is easy to reach though with a taxi: quite cheap, easy to get, and it takes ca. 10 min to the grocery store, and 20-30 min to the old town.

Laura did a great job for us, starting from day one, and all the way through our stay. She was quick to respond to any inquiry, always warm and friendly.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, verfügt über sehr moderne Einrichtung und ist auch sehr grosszügig. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause und sie wäre deshalb sicher auch für einen Langzeitaufenthalt geeignet. Sie liegt direkt in der Altstadt und ist daher umgeben von schönen Restaurants und Läden. Das Check-in ist autonom und sehr einfach. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und man hat seitlichen Meerblick. Während meinem Aufenthalt hat das WLAN leider nicht funktioniert. Michelle hat aber zügig reagiert und die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Eine grosse Empfehlung!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb in Panama City! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the stunning view whether it was watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee or enjoying the city lights at night, it truly added something special to the stay. The location was perfect close to great restaurants, shops, and all the nightlife. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure everything went smoothly. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Panama City and would love to stay here again on my next trip!

La casa de Irving es hermosa. Tiene todas las comodidades necesarias. Espacios amplios y cómodos. Pasamos un excelente fin de semana. Celebramos mi cumpleaños en familia y a pesar del ruido, los vecinos muy tolerantes, sin ningún tipo de contratiempo! El anfitrión Rafa muy atento y amable!

Muy bien todo, el lugar , las actividades para hacer. Todo muy bien relación precio/calidad ya que nosotros éramos 8, habían 4 recámaras. Solo un mantenimiento final y quedaría aún mejor de lo que ya es, del resto en serio recomendado si son un grupo grande.

The house was perfect for our boys trip. The bed were good and the pool was a lifesaver. The beach is steps away from the house and the check in and out was easy. Roy was very helpful with all our questions and was super proactive about recommending local eats. We enjoyed our time and will be back with our family’s .

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Burma & Richard were amazing hosts —super responsive, always just a call or message away, and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. From start to finish, they were kind, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. Their fruit deliveries were our favourite! Just a lovely couple all around. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean, and located in a great community—peaceful, safe, and welcoming. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip 3-month trip. We absolutely fell in love with Panamá Pacífico—the green open spaces, quiet streets, and fresh air were a perfect contrast to the busy vibe of Panamá City, which is just a short drive away. It really gave us the best of both worlds. We highly recommended for families looking for a stress-free and memorable stay. We will definitely be back!

This home was beautiful, clean, and quiet. Location was great: easy walk to the beach and to a great hike and to restaurants. The air conditioning kept the bedrooms cool for sleeping, and the living room and porch with the fans were perfect to relax in the morning and evening. Check in and check out times were generous for us which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and helped us find a nice person to take us by boat around the island to get great views and snorkel. Perfect for our family of four and also would have been great for more people.

We loved our stay! The house is so special. We loved the little pool overlooking the ocean. The water stayed very cool and it was so refreshing after hiking to Cerro del Cruz in the morning. We stayed as a group of four adults and found all the beds comfortable. We easily walk from the ferry landing, and we also walked to both beaches. Gricelda was so amazing and kind. Patricia was super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Estaban is a great host. He was available to answer questions and offered to drive us to the airport if we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Mark y Fanny, los dueños del lugar se portaron muy amables. Los recomiendo 100%. Mark da consejos sobre el área y explica todo muy bien. Principalmente para los que quieren hacer Kitesurf. Fanny es muy comunicativa y amigable. Ella nos trato como si estuvieramos en casa. 5 estrellas para ambos y para el apartamento!
