Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dem Haus von Electra und ihrer Mutter verbracht. Der Empfang sowie der Kontakt insgesamt war sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und lösungsorientiert. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist grandios. Unfertige Gebäude in der Nähe haben uns dabei gar nicht gestört. Der Naturstrand bietet lauschige Plätzchen und viel Ruhe für die Erholung. Die Schlafräume scheinen frisch renoviert zu sein und sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, so dass man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an euch beide.

Casa situata in una posizione ottima. Anche se vicina alla strada, molto tranquilla. Giardino con ulivi e aranci bellissimo. Balcone vista mare ottimo per il relax. Nikolas disponibile e molto gentile. Casa come da foto e descrizione. Ottima settimana di riposo!

Everything was great. Peaceful place, there is a village nearby for supermarkets, restaurants etc. Responsive host, always helped when we had questions.

Kostas seyahat başlamadan önce iletişim kurdu ve dost canlısı olarak yaklaştı, erken giriş imkanı sundu, villa köy’ün biraz dışında olduğu için kendisi gelip aldı, villa yeterince büyüktü, manzarası güzeldi, camlarda sineklik vardı, akşamları serin olduğu için klima ihtiyacı olmadı. sıcak su yetersiz kaldığı zamanlarda Kostas in önerisi ile elektrikli isiticiya dönüştürdük.Plajlara uzaklığı 15-20 dk mesafedeydi

The apartment is clean, fully equipped with x2 air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher etc with indoor parking and is in very good location close to the beach/ main walkway of Pefkochori by the seaside with lots of shops, restaurants, bars, funfair games in 5 min walking distance. Crazyland waterpark, Glarokavos and Chrousso beautiful sandy beaches with clear water and not overcrowded are just 5 -7 min by drive. 0lga is a great host, was very helpful, kind and responded immediately to every enquiry. We had a lovely family vacation. Thank you Olga.

We stayed at the villa for a whole month. We are a family with toddlers. We only went to the beach after 4pm when the sun is not strong, so we spent a lot of time at the houses porch. It was perfect for the kids to play while adults were enjoying the magnificent view. The house is very clean and organized. Hosts are very professional and friendly. Expect to encounter insects and the sound of wild animals, since you are surrounded by nature. The beach is very nice, it’s about 10 minutes walking or 3 minutes driving. The only downside is heat at night. There’s no AC, we were all sweating and sometimes not able to sleep, especially when the temperature was over 30°C. Overall, I highly recommend this house!

Der Besuch bei Elena und Christos hat sich sehr gelohnt. Das Apartment ist in perfekter Lage um zum Strand zu Fuß zu kommen und Halkediki zu erkunden. Christos war ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Wir wurden zum Check-in von ihm empfangen, obwohl wir sehr spät erst ankamen. Der kühlschrank war gefüllt, sodass wir uns erst mal keine Gedanken um das Frühstück machen mussten. Wir wurden jeden Tag mit frischen Handtüchern versorgt und das Apartment wurde regelmäßig gereinigt.

We had a wonderful stay. We stayed for 8 nights and I could have stayed longer. Waking up and having breakfast on the front porch with such a beautiful view was great. The beach and the water were spectacular, and pretty much all to ourselves, so we felt no need to visit other beaches. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts Ioannis and Gianna are such nice people, they greeted us with a freshly baked tiropita and a whole bunch of fruits. They provided clear instructions and were available for anything we needed. There were lawn chairs and umbrellas for the beach for our use, and right next door is a small beach bar that I would get my daily Greek frappe from. I would definitely come back here.

Ioannis was a great host. He gave us a warm welcome and gave us a brief but informative tour of the place. He even made us breakfast in the morning. The cottage is located in a quiet and beautiful area. The place is cozy and well stocked. Would highly recommend this place!

This place is just amazing. Dimitris, Krissa and their family are very nice and kind people. They always helped with everything. We have been there with our 1 year old son, and we enjoyed every minute or our stay. The appartment is not big, but it is fully furnished and at the end it is exactly what a new family or a couple need for relaxing and enjoy one of the most beautiful and peaceful spot in Sithonia. We loved our having breakfast, lunch and dinner outside in the garden, looking at the sea. Actually, we just loved everything.

We stayed for one week in june. Good location, next tho the beach, a good pastry shop, many market and a easy walking distance for all the town’s services. The flat was super clean, very warm shower, confy beds, everything in good condictions. We enjoyed a lot to stay in this apartment and surely would come back again next time. Wir verbrachten mitte bis Ende September2024 einen herrlichen Urlaub in Argiris Unterkunft. Mit Wetterglück noch spätsommerlich🏖️☀️☀️ Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer und ist über eine Treppe direkt mit dem Strand verbunden. Bei ruhigem Meer können mit dem 2er Kajak die nahgelegenen Buchten erkundet werden 😃. Es ist ein zentraler Ausgangspunkt um die Chalkidiki Region zu erkunden. Sehr saubere, eifach eingerichtete Appartements abseits vom Massentourismus. Ca. 15 min. Von Nikiti entfernt.

Maci war ein super Gastgeber. Die Anlage ist super gepflegt und der Garten sehr schön gestaltet. Das macht Maci alles selber. Die Lage ist top. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt

We had an excellent stay in the area for a wedding. The host was very responsive with recommendations and her parents were generous enough to give us a ride to our wedding and even picked us up after! The hospitality shown to us was incredible with food and water for us on arrival and great help navigating the surrounding area to find the best spots to do our desired activities. They went above and beyond anything we could have expected from an Air BnB host!

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

This was not as expected at all, the listing describes and luxury private villa. It was basic and very uncomfortable, not luxury! It was not private as the garden was shared and the host walked around all day, so not private! It was not a villa but part of villa with neighbouring guests extremely close and visible. The access to our accommodation was through the bedroom, which had No air conditioning. The photographs were different to the reality.

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are cozy and comfortable, which worked well for our family. Piękny dom z cudownym basenem i ładnie zagospodarowanym ogrodem. Idealne miejsce na spędzenie wakacji. Dom był czysty i dobrze wyposażony, w Greckim klimacie. Łazienki małe i dosyć niewygodne, reszta okej. Blisko do sklepów i restauracji jak i na plażę. Pokoje przechodnie, nie było pełnej prywatności ale dla rodzin czy bliskich znajomych było ok.

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!
