Holiday rentals with a patio in Amarynthos

Our stay at Spyros place was great. Such a cosy and pretty home, with a really nice and private yard. We loved the area, and used it for exploring local restaurants and nice vintage shops, it was also easy access to the metro, as well as walking distance to the center (approximately 30 min) , and just next by Acropolis and Socrates prison. I would for sure recommend this place for anyone who appreciate tranquility for their stay, and easy access to more lively areas. Spyros was very responsive and helpful, and provided very flexible check-in/check-out possibilities. We would not hesitate to book it another time :)

We loved this place! From the beginning to the end, Leo was very easy to contact and gave us great suggestions and tips within the area and the city. The balcony is wonderful, great for hanging out in the daytime (with a lot of shady area). We loved discovering all the thoughtful decorations and elements within the flat - it is a really cared for space. It was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. We loved spending time in this peaceful neighbourhood of the city that has very fast connection into the buzzing centre of Athens. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come again!

We loved this location - it was exactly what we wanted, and perfect for the two of us. Monastiraki is a great location - a base for exploring the history of Athens, the busy flea market, plenty of restaurants. Things to bear in mind: this is on the seventh floor at the top of a building, and the lift goes to the sixth floor, but the view is worth the extra stairs; it’s a busy neighbourhood, with lots of night life, so expect to hear some music from the adjacent attic bar, although this really didn’t bother us (shut the windows!). The host was very responsive and exceptionally helpful - we appreciated the guides to neighbourhoods, eating places, etc. All in all we loved the location, the lay-out of the premises, the character of the apartment. We would definitely try to stay here again if available.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

The flat was excellent and the location was close to the public transport, shops and pharmacies. There is a church 50 yards away and expect church bells to ring sometimes.

Beautiful apartment had everything we needed. Host was fantastic and very friendly replying to us within minutes of messages. Perfect location. Amazing traditional no set menu taverna at end of Street, coffee shops, supermarkets, wool shop and do much on doorstep. Beach at other end of road and main front 10 mins flat walk. 100% recommend and would absolutely come back. Thank you we had a lovely few days in eretria and evia.

Quiet neighborhood. Great restaurants within walking distance. Acropolis was an 11 min walk. Apartment was very clean, decorated nicely. Bed was very comfortable. Great host.

Beautiful and spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. I really recommend it unreservedly. Fully equipped and the hostess was very kind, she allowed us to leave at any time we wanted the next day and we appreciated it very much.

We had an amazing stay enjoying the beautiful roof terrace, local market, restaurants and harbour beach. Panayotis and his family was very kind and helpful, we would love to come back.

If you are ever lucky enough to book this beautiful home I would really recommend it ! If we didn’t have to return our car rental we would’ve asked to stay longer than 2 nights. The place is so beautiful and one can tell that it is well taken care of and loved. Our host had many recommendations, speaks English Greek and German and is very welcoming. It was peaceful and beautiful and just perfect for our short holiday. Thx for everything David !

We really enjoyed our stay at Iasonas's place. The location was ideal for being walking distance to local shops and restaurants as well as to the metro or a slightly longer (but very easy) walk to the main sights of Athens. The accommodation itself is as lovely as the pictures suggest, in a beautiful old building with modern touches and amenities. The highlight for my friends and I was the rooftop terrace! Iasonas was incredibly helpful and communicative. I would highly recommend!

Really the best house in Athens. Anyone who has a problem with the noise of Athens and can't sleep should come here. You don't hear anything. Such a quiet house in such a chaotic city. I slept and rested. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were spotless and fragrant. The house is spotless, modern, has everything you need inside and the meter is very close. The hostess is very good, helpful and responds immediately to messages. When I come to Athens, I will only book this house.🥰

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. It was much larger than expected and I wish we could have stayed longer. The private courtyard and outdoor dining area provided a great sanctuary from the busy city at the end of a long day. The furnishings and decor were very nice, new and well designed, we were extremely comfortable. The location was great with everything the old city in walking distance but also just outside the super busy tourist area, felt more like a local neighborhood with lots of younger residents and businesses. Our favorite part was the restaurant run by the owners a few blocks away. It was FANTASTIC and possibly our best meal in Greece, already trying to recreate the baby potatoes.

Apartment is as shown in the pictures, very clean and with attention to detail, lighting options is nice, the view is open space towards the sea, all comforts available.

Michael is very friendly and responsive to any queries we had, and the view at his place is amazing.

We had a wonderful stay here. Stelios provided really good recommendations and the view of the acropolis is amazing here - especially at night. The outdoor space is what makes it so special! :)

An amazing stay! The host made us feel so welcomed and so at home. The sweetest people ever. The place was beautiful and had modern and up to date technology. One of the nicest places we have stayed in. It was only a 10 minute walk to the metro and the host offered to drive us to the metro for free. If we return to Athens, we will definitely be staying here again! 10/10 experience.
