Staying at this homestay was a long-pending plan, and I’m so glad I finally made it happen! I first came across this place in a YouTube video last year and was instantly drawn to its stunning location. Seeing it in person was even better—it’s truly a hidden gem nestled in the heart of nature. The host, Parag, is an incredibly kind and down-to-earth person. I really appreciate the way he has thoughtfully designed the entire space. As soon as you enter through the gate, a long road leads you toward the homestay, just like the houses we used to draw in our childhood. The property is surrounded by an abundance of greenery, with banana, supari, and coconut trees, along with a variety of beautiful flowers. It feels like stepping into a dream home. I visited for my kid’s birthday, and it was absolutely worth it. The place offers serenity, the kind of peaceful atmosphere you’d expect from an ideal getaway. If you’re looking for a place to unwind amidst nature, this is the perfect retreat!

Amazing place with an exceptional host. Wish I could have stayed longer. I would recommend Akshay’s place for a longer stay to just take all the nature in. Need not specify, the food is very tasty.

We stayed at Ketki's farm stay on our way to Raigad. Its beautiful place to stay, surrounded by nice farm. The morning we spend on their farm is one of best experience during this trip. Sunrise was mesmerising. Farm have all types of trees like cashew, apple, mango. Their home garden also have all types of spices and herb plants. Ketki and her husband was really helpful. We were very late for check-in but still they both were responsive and supportive from getting to the location to getting settled. They arranged authentic home made food (Food was really good) and extra bed for fifth member. We felt like staying home at their farm stay.

Had amazing time at Woodnote, surrounded by nature and very peaceful location. Food was prepared by locals and was very tasty too. Owner is very polite and kind person. Would love to visit again. There is no network except BSNL sim and carry one if needed mobile network. WiFi is there so should be fine.

Well we were finding the place for family which is near to beach and this is the place. Villa was exactly the same as shown in pics. Neat and clean. Mr. Ganesh is very responsive and make sure you have comfortable stay. The villa is near to Ganpatipule Temple and Many attractive places. Very peaceful place and decent amenities. Caretaker Mr. Ramane and family are very helpful. They serve Good homely food and that too in ample quantity. Over all I will recommend this place to everyone who are visiting Ratnagiri.

We had an amazing time staying here! It's a very private property which is a little outside Mahabaleshwar town, which makes it very attractive to people who want to get away from the constant bustle of the city for a few days. The rooms were spacious and the host was extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. Would definitely visit again and recommend as a must visit place!

One of the best airbnb places I have been to. I visited this place in month of July, when you can experience rains, cold and beautiful weather round the clock. Design of the stay is unique and truly mesmerising. Caretakers are very friendly and food that they serve is very delicious. Road to the chalet is full for dirty patches and potholes so drive carefully. Parking space is available in the property. Room was clean and well maintained. Overall a highly recommended unique homestay

Situated in the midst of nature, calm and quiet place. Ideal for a relaxed vacation. Spacious place, can easily stay 6 people and can stretch till 8-10 people as well. Has all amenities for a comfortable stay. It is sparkling clean and well maintained. Internet is not available at many places around, so best way is to download offline maps to navigate around nearby tourist places and back. Daily needs need to be ordered in advance, unless they are stocked with the owners, as markets around 15-20 kms away. Food is served fresh, and is delicious. My family just loved it. Chandrakant Kaka, who manges this space is very friendly and helpful. Goes out of the way to help. It's fun chatting with him. This place has a lot of space around to play sports like Gully Cricket, Badminton, Volleyball and the likes. Tourist destinations like Aare Ware Beach, Ganpatipule are around 20-25 Kms away from here - making for a 45 minutes drive from here. And more places like Ratnagiri, Jaigad, are around 2 hours drive from here. You can enjoy the real taste of staying in a Konkan Village and at the same time having all modern day comforts, if you stay here. All of us enjoyed staying here, and will prefer staying here again, whenever we come back to visit Ganpatipule.
