Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Beautiful apartment 95m2 downtown with garden

Apartment (95m2) on the lower floor with lovely city garden. Located right in the center and yet quiet. The adjacent Brasserie Willemientje serves breakfast, lunch and you can have a drink with snacks Shops, restaurants, museums and the cozy "Oude Markt" with the many terraces are within walking distance. Nice place on the edge of the forest and near the village!

Fijne plek aan de rand van de Sallandse Heuvelrug in het het gezellige dorp Hellendoorn! Achter in de tuin staat ons gastenverblijf met prive tuin, woonkamer, pantry-keukentje, badkamer/toilet, slaapkamer met 2-p bed en slaapzolder met 2 enkele bedden boven de keuken. Het centrum is op loopafstand. Maar we wonen ook heerlijk vrij, direct aan het bos en het Pieterpad. April 2025 volledig gerenoveerd! Permanent verblijf kunnen wij helaas niet toestaan.

A detached stone cottage with a private garden and views of Achterhoek's scenic landscape. Because of the many windows, the living room is very bright and spacious. There is also a wood-burning stove allowing you to warm up by the stove on cold evenings and of course in the sauna. Our horses walk in the meadow in front of the garden, our chickens also run loose through the garden.

(North) The boats can be rented from the neighbors and the beautiful bridges can be found only a 6-minute walk away. Without hordes of tourists. (They are in Giethoorn Zuid = 45 minutes walk) Unfortunately not suitable for infants/children from 0 to 8.
