Spacious for family get together!

The host was very responsive, the house was large and clean, had a dining table, and it was great for a group of friends!

Near the train station, spacious room with three big double beds in a room (we used one as we were 2 friends). Getting an extra blanket was no problem. Eric was very friendly and even helped me with the TV. Flexible check-in. Would come again.

I thought the sanitary conditions in the mountains would not be very good, but it was actually cleaner than I expected, and there were disposable towels and bath towels, the room was not too big, but the bathroom, shower, etc. should be fully equipped.The host was very hospitable and gave quite a few tips to hang out.

I highly recommend staying here! We were on a road trip around Taiwan and wanted to stay near Sun Moon Lake. Host is very kind, great at communicating, and gave recommendations for places to watch the sunrise. Breakfast was wonderful and very accommodating to a pork allergy. We only stayed for one night, but looking forward to staying here again (and for a longer period of time) next time we visit Taiwan!

It was a good experience to say that it was simple and not overly equipped to ask for!Check in this time was mainly sunrise, but the weather was bad and it was a bit of a shame to not see it.

I really enjoyed my stay with Clara. Her cooking was superb and very lovingly prepared. I really appreciate the time shared around the fire sharing tea.

Great location and lovely accomodation

Host service is pretty great and attentive to guests needs The environment is clear and the food (breakfast) is pretty awesome, especially the dragon fruit is super tasty. Great environment and amenities to stay in as well!

When first arrived, someone came out warmly to say hello, not at all aloof, then someone would tell the parking lot in detail, and what activities would be in the city, the room part was better than expected, clean and comfortable.

The place was amazing but what really stood out was the host- super friendly and accommodating, offered to take us to the night market in Chiayi and even let us check in early. The house was also really cool, love the retro theme. Overall an excellent stay!

Comfortable living environment, good bed sleep

The place was lovely. Pros: - Extremely unique house, the interior decor was nice and traditional, makes you feel like you're immersed in the local traditional culture. - They had lots of amenities like a free flow beer tap, awesome kitchen, drinks and one of the nicest sea salt watermelon popsicle for frein their fridges. - Area was wide and spacious, the rooms were nicely decorated and bed was comfy. The toilets were huge and clean. - Host was extremely friendly and polite when he received us. - All rooms have their ensuite toilet and there was a common toilet at level 1, which was really convenient. Cons: - The alleyway leading into the house is very narrow so taxi can't really go all the way in, you'd need to alight on the street outside and roll your luggage in. - 1 room didn't have a toilet door (by design), so it was quite cold when bathing. - Soundproofing at level 2 rooms were quite bad (Normal talking can be heard by other rooms) Stay was great, will highly recommend

A warm welcoming by Angel. And she looked so much prettier in person. Angel showed us our accommodation and explain to us how the locals live. As they lived around farming area, there are insects around, there are total of 2 doors, a double door is to prevent the insects from coming in and the other door is more for privacy. Assistance is always available and she will try to find ways to accommodate. And showing us around the place to visit. And, I am also astonished by the way how their family took care of their mini garden. As we selected her place due to the quietness and to be out of city life. This is the best accommodation ever.
