The apartment is very beautiful and quiet with a beautiful view. Commerce and bus nearby. Downtown 30 mins walk otherwise bus number 8 station 5 mins away. Samir is very responsive.

Well located and well-equipped apartment on the heights of Hydra, above the path to sidi Yahia. Peace and quiet. Secure residence. Lots of good pastries nearby.

Excellent stay in this apartment in Algiers! The accommodation is clean, functional and ideally located 20 minutes from the airport. The neighborhood is lively, with everything nearby: convenience store, restaurants open late and tram to get around easily. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable short stay. The water tank ensures you never run out of water, which is very valuable. Special mention to Omar, who is extremely kind and responsive, always available when needed. We stayed in Nazim's apartment from May 25 to 30, 2025 and do not regret it. Very clean, bright, spacious apartment, with all the amenities, we did not miss anything, the apartment is very well located, in front of the Chapuis beach on the Corniche, a magnificent view of the beach from the large balcony, and the splendid sunrise. Very secure residence with 2 pleasant caretakers, guarded parking day and night where I was able to park the rental car, everything is in accordance with the listing. Nazim is pleasant and responds immediately to messages which made my stay pleasant. I have booked apartments on Annaba several times and Nazim's is the best, I found my home away from home on Annaba. Really a very nice stay in this apartment which is just amazing the location, the cleanliness, the decor, the facilities, beautiful view of the sea, the little touches that do the most ( coffee, drinks, snacks, shower gel, clean towel etc.) everything is together. I recommend it 1000%. Nabil is very responsive and really friendly thank you very much I will be back. And the last word is for Khalid I thank him he is really kind, he is very helpful, attentive and responsive. Thank you both for doing everything to make me a beautiful stay.

We have had a warm welcome. The bungalow is very clean, which allowed us to relax. The kitchen is well equipped with a nice coffee machine. It is secure and the surroundings are well kept by the gardener. Fantastic veranda with a hamac and great views on the sea. Communication with the owners was easy and they always checked that we had everything we needed. Thanks

We had a lovely stay in Oran. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The residence is secure and well located, with very convenient underground parking. Communication with Wail was seamless and responsive. I would recommend this place to other guests!

Great stay! The host was very welcoming and available. The apartment is large, very clean, modern and perfectly equipped — we didn't miss anything. Everything is new and well located. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would do it without hesitation. I highly recommend it!

What I can say about Lamia’s place, the apartment was amazing you have all you need to relax and enjoy the holiday, the swimming pool was amazing with all the green staff around and the good thing is open 24/h so any time you want you can swim, the beach is 2 min by walk and you can have one of the best sea view from the lovely balcony, the staff in the reception are very friendly and ready to help anytime specially Joe he was very kind helpful and professional and he keep asking if I need anything thanks to them , I didn’t have the chance to meet Madame Lamia next time maybe 😊 I will recommended to all my friends and Family and anyone who want to have a relaxing holiday See you soon 🤞🤞

Mr. Makhlouf is an excellent host, welcome, clarification and exacerbation of the information provided. Everything was as advertised and the photos were published. Mr. Makhlouf provided us with all the necessary information related to the accommodation but not also orientations to visit the tourist places around the residence ( beautiful residence). I would highly recommend. Go with your eyes closed and confident. Thank you again , we will be happy to repeat the experience, if the opportunity arises.

Aziz and his wife, thank you for hosting us. Thanks also to your staff. We had a nice stay. Concerned about your comfort, they are both welcoming and very warm. 3-day stay, swimming, nearby beach and the pool is a real plus. There is suitable catering on site. We came back at 2 p.m. from swimming and we were able to eat, you can even book. Excellent mint tea and smem, at breakfast or for a snack, in short at any time it is really nice. Next step the apartment with terrace with sea view :-)

The host Islam was very helpful and friendly. The apartment and surroundings are 10/10 and are particularly suitable for families or people who want to have their peace and quiet. The apartment offers a lot of space for 6 adults. The very large terrace is unique and beautiful. We will be happy to come back here with our small family
