Located in the rural inland setting of the Pla de Mallorca, and far from any tourist center. The house and patio have been carefully restored to recreate the original architecture, and provide an ideal location from which to explore rural Mallorca. On the ground floor there is a large sitting room with wood-burning stove; and separate dining room and kitchen. Upstairs there is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a dressing room. The main bathroom with shower and toilet is on the same floor.

Our beautiful small finca on the edge of the village of Algaida is located on a plot of almost 2000 m². In addition to fig trees, agave and palm trees, there are also orange, apricot and plum trees, ear cacti with prickly pears and an almond tree is also a must! The pool with sun deck measures 6m x 4m. Arrive to this charming countryside "Casita", a small peaceful house connected to nature. The Casita is located on the lands of a farm with a separate mainhouse. However due to the angles, the Casita is located very private from the main house. No neighbours and absolute tranquility. Perfect for a short stay to reset and reload. There is a swimming pool between the houses (shared) that can be enjoyed to the fullest when coming back from a day exploring.

You can relax, enjoy togetherness, sun yourself and read in peace, or fan out in all directions to explore the island. Palma and the nearest sea access are approx. 30 minutes away by car. But you will actually not want to leave NIU at all, because it is so cozy.

In the peaceful countryside not far from Palma, the family-friendly rural home Sa Torreta is situated in the typical Mallorcan town of Algaida and impresses guests with its generous pool area. Built with rustic wooden roof beams, the spacious holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining table, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
