The apartment is located in a very green area and, from its location, we enjoyed a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The area is very quiet and is perfect for those who, like us, love contact with nature. The apartment is very clean and tidy, stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We received a very pleasant welcome that added the famous icing on the cake to make our stay simply perfect!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sergio’s house in San Potito! The property was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and charming, with beautiful surroundings. Sergio was an outstanding host—extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel completely at home. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting San Potito. Luca is a very precise, helpful and friendly person. With the snow outside we found the home warm and welcoming, and the place very nice. Everything went very well.

Lovely spot - quiet, air conditioning worked really well, nice balconies on three sides, very clean, really well stocked, and generous hosts.

Everything was very nice and very faithful to the description made , Massimo was always available while Grandma Ilde welcomed us as a loving mother welcomed her children after a long trip, immediately available to cook something for us, she covered us with attention, offered us a dessert made by her very good and we immediately felt at home. Lovely and quiet place, even our dog had a lot of fun. highly recommend it.

The Baita nel Bosco is simply enchanting. Located in the upper part of the village in a secluded position, surrounded on 3 sides by the woods and overlooking the valley from which you can admire the sunset, enjoy the silence and spot the fireflies when it gets dark! The town of Caramanico is less than a 10-minute walk away and is therefore very convenient even if you want to reach the center of the town. The location is strategic for visiting almost every corner of that paradise called Majella and, right outside the house, there is the Orfento valley, one of the most extraordinary reserves in the area. Marcella was an exceptional host: friendly, helpful, kind, full of care and attention and lavish with advice on places to visit and things to do (in the house you will find many brochures, magazines and maps useful for the purpose). The house is very comfortable, cozy, the cleanliness really impeccable in every room. We couldn't have chosen better. It was a wonderful holiday, thank you Marcella!!

We spent one night in Luigi’s apartment and we had a very comfortable stay. The house is located in a wonderful place, with a lovely view from the terrace in front of it. It was incredibly quiet so we had a very restful sleep. The landscapes around the house are well worth a visit! Highly recommended!!

"Three fairy-tale days" Warm and cozy apartment, wood creates a lot of atmosphere. Spacious and comfortable rooms. The owner Lucilla was available to meet our every request. All amplified by the fact that it is just a few minutes from the ski fields. Highly recommended!!!

Efisio's accommodation is equipped with everything you need for your stay, spacious and clean. The garden is very large and well-kept, our dog was able to enjoy the large space freely. From the house, you can hear the stream flowing. Great place to get away from the chaos of the city. We met Efisio and his parents, who were very kind and welcoming people. Efisio was an always available host, always responding quickly to messages, he met us half way for all our needs, he provided us with very useful information about the surroundings to visit, flexible with check-in and check-out times. For the self check-in, thanks to the precise indications provided by Efisio in advance, we had no problems. I recommend Efisio's accommodation to everyone! We hope to have the chance to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. It looks even better than in the photos! Super peaceful & communication with the hosts was a deem. A little trouble with electricity but hey - it‘s rural Italy :) would definitely book again!

The Host Alessandro was immediately available to respond to our requests and provide useful information for the stay. He even made us find a local confectionery specialty (Bocconotti) as a welcome. The apartment was clean and well furnished with all comforts. Alessandro also honored us with a can of oil he produced. Simply put, it made us feel at home in our home. Excellent experience!!!! Highly recommended !!!!!

Very nice house with great pool. The hosts are very friendly and can give good advices for the area. The cave of falvaterra is amazing and many other places can be visited from there.

Vittorio's place was amazing. The area is even more beautiful than in the pictures, and it really does feel away from it all. The house was very comfortable—Vittorio thought of everything in equipping the house, way beyond the listed amenities. Also, he took care to clean the pool every single morning, and did that super early: we were waking up pretty early ourselves, and we still never saw him do it. As a host, Vittorio was an active communicator and went out of his way to make sure our stay was easy and comfortable. For example, he personally guided us to the house from town, which was not necessary (we found it pretty easy to get around Agnone) but still very helpful. Also, for our kids, this place was a real winner. They didn't want to leave! They had a pool to themselves, got to visit horses everyday, watched fireflies at night, and just had a fun time outside. It was wonderful!
