Very pleasant stay. The apartment is comfortable and functional, in a quiet and charming pedestrian street, in the city center of La Ferté-Bernard. Very good bedding. All shops as well as the recreation area are within walking distance. Easy parking nearby. Communication with Christine was very simple and responsive. We highly recommend it!

Very clean, hosts were extremely responsive and clear with instructions on how to access property. Local area felt a little deprived but I had no issues as was just using the apartment as a night stopover en route back to UK from Occitane area of France. I would happily stay there again if travelling a similar route.

We stayed at Christine's apart to break up our journey to the Dordogne and we're so impressed that we had to book the apartment for the return journey, again we had a lovely stay and Christine was again so lovely, I would recommend anyone travelling to or through Le Mans to stay here.

What an amazing place. Hosts are great. Very clean great location. The restaurant they recommend was perfect. The hosts were easy to contact. It’s an ideal location. I only wish we had a longer stay. I highly recommend this accommodation. I would definitely go back.

It is the second time we stayed at this magical cottage. The location of the house - being close to so many amazing restaurants and markets, and its seclusion - being nestled among empty hillsides, makes it truly unique and special. The charming decor and homey-ness is unparalleled - already cannot wait to come back again!

We had a pleasant stay at Kelyan's, the house is well designed with the living rooms + the master suite upstairs offering the view of the lake and on the garden level 2 bedrooms with bathroom and laundry room accessible from a 2nd entrance. Note a public charging station for electric vehicles 50 m from the house. Kelyan is a particularly responsive host.

We had a great weekend of family climbing in your beautiful house. The setting is peaceful, bucolic, and rejuvenating. Lots of activities for children are available: soccer cages, scooters, carriers, foosball, ping-pong, billiards, etc. both the little ones and the older ones had a great time. And the older ones loved fishing in the pond. The house has large volumes, it is very beautiful, well renovated, very well equipped, tastefully decorated, ideal for reunions with family or friends. In short, a flawless one. Everything was perfect. We will keep many good memories of this wonderful weekend and will return with great pleasure.

Olivier's house is nestled in the bucolic and soothing setting of the Perche. The elegant and neat decoration testifies to a refined taste. The exchange with our host was smooth and warm, and the arrival and departure times were very flexible. We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful house nestled in the heart of Perche. The place is a true haven of peace: absolute calm, soothing view of the garden, and an atmosphere conducive to rest and disconnection. The house itself is decorated with great taste and everything is designed to make you feel good and access to the pretty flower garden is a real positive point. Hong and Eric were very welcoming and gave us valuable advice on things to do and visit in the area. A rejuvenating stay in a beautiful setting, which we can only warmly recommend.
