Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This cozy little place has recently been updated (washroom, bedroom floor, and kitchen). The main room has 1.5HP split-type A/C. The kitchen is equipped with brand new fridge/freezer, stove, and kitchen utensils. The home is nestled in lush greenery on an almost hectare lot, with mango and other fruit-bearing trees; secured and gated at the main entrance of the lot. It has a Wi-Fi and ample parking spaces.

My family was very happy and enjoyed their stay in the place. Definitely will consider next trip. The property was big and very clean with all basic necessities was available to used. Very secure and quite place and very close to all amenities in the city. Host is very responsive and helpful. Thank you very much for a lovely experience for my family. Marites was an amazing, helpful host, very friendly and likeable. The caretakers that live next door will prepare local Filipino food in the evenings if you wish and it is amazing. The house is located in a beautiful location, a bit of a hike, but worth it for the where it is. .Locals are very friendly, I have made some really good friends and will be visiting them again, hopefully with a better grasp of Cebuano though. The property is very clean and comfortable, with a variety of cooking appliances including gas which is handy during the occasional power outages. There is the handy use of a Honda scooter, which I loved seeing the sites on and you can get to Baybay City in around 10 minutes at a leisurely speed, but be aware if you haven't driven in an Asian country BE CAREFUL, traffic regulations are totally different.

If you happen to visit Ormoc and need a place to visit for short or even long period, this is the place to be. They have strong AC and wifi perfect for remote workers like me. Monika and staff also retrieved the money I accidentally left underneath the bed. They were kind enough to send it via gcash since I already left and was on the road. Shows how honest people in Ormoc are!

Gwen's place was really serene. It's peaceful---I can only hear the birds chirping and the waves hitting the cliff. The morning sunrise was also superb on her place. I'd definitely go back for a longer stay next time. Oh Gwen and her staff were also the most accomodating hosts so far. Arranged a tour for me, made sure I was doing fine in my stay. 😊

Nice place to stay, it felt like home. Also Mam steph is proactive host and made sure we enjoy our stay. Place is surprisingly peaceful and walkable distance to McDo, Jollibee and Robinsons.
