This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

At "Villa Pepita Mallorca", you'll have private use of the tennis court and the 5mx10m saltwater swimming pool which is heated approx mid-April to end-Oct. A BBQ is also available (please buy briquettes) as is a professional pizza oven. The house is ideal for a group of three friends or a couple with perhaps one child. We have absolutely enjoyed every moment of staying here. It gave us a tranquil experience of Mallorca with very quick access to Palma and many of the beaches. Alaro is a walkable distance. The area is absolutely incredible for cycling and running. Toni and Maria have been so accommodating and lovely - their property is beautifully decorated and equipped for long term stays.

Stayed here twice before - it's that good. Lovely owner, always a cake and oranges waiting for us. Good communication from Holidu. Short walk from Alaro town. Haven't used the pool as we are always early season cycling - but even has a separate room by the pool to lock all the bikes away. Beautiful garden too. Can't recommend this place highly enough for an Alaro stay.

We saw the charm of the place through the pictures but were surprised to find it even much better than our dream expectations. Very quiet and peaceful. Nestled in a beautiful valley with picturesque landscape. Generous very well designed rooms. We fell in love with the place and especially with the warm welcome and must remark Fosca the lovely dog that accompanied us through our stay;), Thank you!

We had a fabulous stay at Maria’s. The apartment was perfect for us as a couple. We loved the pool, there were lots of chairs and loungers plus clean towels everyday. The shared spaces were lovely and it was nice to chat with other guests. Thank you so much, we really hope to return.
