I can’t say anything bad about Mr. Alexander. Super kind gentleman, very helpful and super friendly. Early check in, late check out also no problem, excellent communication. Just truly recommend. House is beutiful, clean and tidy. In the kitchen you have more equitment what you need. Pool cleaned every morning. Warmest regards from us Mr. Alexander! 5/5

beautiful Villa and in very peaceful location. easy access to motorways and equidistant between Paphos and Limassol meaning great location to explore both areas. Elena was very responsive and the Villa was as described, perfect for 4-6 people, spacious and the pool was lovely and well maintained. would definitely visit again and try to book this Villa.

Our family of four with two daughters (nine and seven) had a lovely stay in Charoula's house just outside Zygi. The house was exactly as described and we loved the pool and garden area. Despite being in a group of houses, it felt very secluded by the pool. There was a great balance of sun and shade in the garden, which was important as we had a few hot days in our week. The house was well-equipped: we barbecued a lot - and there was everything we needed for that - and the children appreciated the inflatables for the pool! The location for us was great. We could walk to a beach bar on the way to Zygi, or take a very short drive into Zygi itself, which had lovely tavernas, a small supermarket, and a beach. We were also planning trips to visit family in Nicosia, which was a very easy drive (around 45 minutes, but quick to get to the A1). We also visited a local beach bar called Akakia, which we particularly enjoyed. Charoula was a helpful and very responsive host. Thank you!

lovely home in a idyllic location. Comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space indoors but the star of the show is the outside area. We spent a lot of our holiday relaxing in the pool or on the deck surrounded by the beautiful views and sounds. Would definitely recommend if you want to get away from it all.

Bellissimo soggiorno nella casa tradizionale di Tochni. George ci ha accolto e spiegato come funzionavano i vari ambienti. Sempre presente per chiedere se serviva qualcosa o dare consigli. Molto prezioso. Ambienti puliti, tranquilli e con tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno. Ottimo per una vacanza con la macchina. Tochni è a pochi minuti dall'autostrada e baricentrico rispetto a Larnaka, Limassol e Nicosia. Un posto bello e tranquillo con due ottimi ristoranti. Piccolo market in paese, ipermercato a 5 minuti di macchina

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The property was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located to explore the village and its stunning surroundings. The host was incredibly welcoming, providing excellent hospitality that made our visit extra special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing retreat in this beautiful area!

A superb spacious villa with everything you needed to relax. Beautiful manicured gardens with stunning flora and fauna which you could enjoy all day /night in the outdoor space whilst relaxing in and out of the huge pool. Location was very quiet and Views at the front /side were amazing. Bonus outdoor areas all around from a separate shady seated area to a BBQ area and the car port aswell keeping car cool! An all round highly recommended villa not just for couples but for families too as it had everything.

Perfect for a family break. We had 7 nights and there was plenty to do in the area. All communication was excellent and Andy even recommended a local supermarket that would be open before we arrived. A beautiful house, lovely interior with lots of little touches, candles, board games and a fabulous courtyard which is bigger than it looks on the photos. All bedrooms are clutter free and have their own en-suite. The kitchen is large and has all the basics you need to cook meals etc. There is a large washing machine and new dishwasher with pods provided which is a nice touch. We were warmly welcomed at Tochni Tavern and then a 3 minute walk to the house and then shown around. The village is very quiet and peaceful with a supermarket, a free Astro pitch for eager football players and the local Tavern is a real treat on your door step. A fabulous traditional home in the heart of a beautiful village. The house has great views and the courtyard has a great mixture of sunshine and shade.

our stay was lovely, the hostess gifted us a basket of local treats and wine to celebrate our wedding. The house was very clean and smelt amazing. If we could we would rate 6 stars

George was a very welcoming host and was waiting on the street to guide us to the parking at the rear of the property, then briefly took us through a couple of security aspects etc. On the second day I broke a tooth at lunch and he sent me the address of a dentist who travelled from Paphos to his clinic to treat me on a public holiday. George ensured we had clean bed linen and towels for out second week and was responsive to any queries we had about appliances. The house was brilliantly located for all the facilities in Pissouri Bay and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Highly recommended!

We had the great time. The view is amazing, it’s quiet and peaceful. The location is very good, the area is very beautiful, a lot of wineries and things to visit. The house is really comfortable to live in, it’s nice decorated and has everything you need.

Amazing place and amazing hosts! Location of this house is just superb, outside dining area and balcony view is facing beautiful valley with warm sunsets. Because of the hilly location nesting birds are flying right at eye level and the nearest road is not very busy and can be barely heard. The house itself has everything to spend some days away from city routine, it's not very spacious, but for 2-4 people it's quite alright. We used bbq, internet is good enough to watch a couple of movies, hot water is actually hot :) Unfortunately, hot tub didn't work the time we arrived, there was something broken, but hosts were open and proactive in terms of problem management. The are some shops and restaurants in 5-10 minutes driving, also a lot of hiking routes if you like it. We brought our road bikes on us and explored central part of the island on the wheels. We absolutely enjoyed our stay! A very lovely home in a picturesque part of Cyprus. The views were the highlight of our stay. The house is cozy and felt like home right away . Willy and Gabriela were very helpful and communicative. We loved this place and we will be returning for sure.

Wir haben drei wunderschöne Wochen im Mai in der Villa Nellie verbracht. Das alte Steinhaus hat Atmosphäre, die grosse überdachte Terrasse ist praktisch ein erweiterter Wohnraum, den wir oft genutzt haben. Von hier aus gibt es viele Möglichkeiten, die Vielfalt Zyperns kennenzulernen, wie die umliegenden Bergdörfer und Weingüter, die Ausgrabungen von Kourion, die Städte Paphos und Limassol, die Fischrestaurants an der Küste und vieles mehr. Abends war es immer schön, zur Villa Nellie zurückzukehren. Nicolas ist ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber, sein ❤️ hängt an diesem Haus. Er kam mit Aufmerksamkeiten und vielen Tipps vorbei und, was uns sehr freute: wir durften uns am Zitronenbaum im Vorgarten bedienen😋. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht und die Natur liebt ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

We did a friend’s party during our stay. So the place is perfect for events like that. Our stay was absolutely perfect! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and easy; they were very friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything for a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We had a lovely stay at Susan's place in Kalavasos. The property is located in a lovely village with some very nice restaurants and great walks right from the front door. Plus the fact that the property itself is extremely peaceful and private whilst still being in the centre of the village. We really enjoyed making use of the hot tub and the welcome pack was highly appreciated. Susan was a great host, super responsive and gave some great recommendations, thanks Susan!

Very spacious house fully equipped kitchen and very clean. BBQ fully equipped with extra fourni(cyprus traditional oven) They even equipped with a water refrigerator. I really recommend this place. Friendly Orestis welcome us and showed us the house amenities

Andreas ist ein außergewöhnlich netter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Er hat schon im Vorfeld alles getan das man sich wohlfühlt, hat Obst, Getränke, Kaffee und alles was man so am ersten Tag braucht, bereitgestellt. Das Haus in der wunderschönen Umgebung hat Charme und eine Seele, einfach ein Traum mit dem Balkon und Innenhof und dem Zitronenbaum. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute unserer Ankunft in dem Haus wohlgefühlt, die netten Nachbarn haben uns freundlich empfangen und am zweiten Tag sogar eine Spezialität des Landes zum Essen gebracht. Wir hatten leider nicht die Möglichkeit Andreas persönlich kennenzulernen, was wir aber sehr gerne nachholen würden. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Lella Haus.

This is a really special cottage in beautiful surroundings. We loved having our morning coffee and evening meal out on the veranda, taking in the view and listening to birdsong! It’s well located to get to the Kalidonia and Millomeris waterfall trails on foot, and the Artemis/Atalante trail as well as some lovely vineyards are a short drive. There’s a good restaurant within walking distance in Platres village. I think some of the comments about the decor here miss the point - in a world of samey greige airbnbs, this is a beautiful well used family home, and while decor is traditional, it’s set up with all the mod cons you could need! The driveway up to the property is a very steep and narrow road shared between multiple properties. Unless you have a four wheel drive and/or are comfortable navigating a hill steeper than surrounding mountain roads, I’d recommend parking at the bottom of the hill - Annie will tell you where!

Wow, Villa de la Familia was seriously lovely! We only stayed a couple of nights but really enjoyed the lovingly curated feel of the place. It was a charming change from the other accommodation we had found in Cyprus, emphasizing the historic rather than the modern yet retaining the comfort & luxury. Like the villa, Pano Lefkara itself is a welcome change from much of modern Cyprus. It was rather sleepy at the end of October, but a good place to explore from for a couple of days. Paola & Costas were charming hosts. They met us there on arrival & were easy to communicate with during our stay. They should be very proud of the space they have created at Villa de la Familia!

L’appartement était très bien situé pour les randonnées et la proximité des villages du Troodos. Il n’y a pas de marché dans le village (il s’agit de prévoir et de faire des emplettes à Plâtres), et un seul très bon restaurant, le Louis, avec des bonnes portions et des prix raisonnables. La vue sur le Mont Olympe et la vallée sont superbes surtout en fin de journée. Cela valait le coup pour 4 nuits.

Lovely old world accommodation with museum like fixtures and fittings. As soon as you step through the door it was like stepping back in time. Very homely feel, clean and had everything you need for a quiet, peaceful stay. A bottle of local wine and ice in the freezer was a welcome touch, often overlooked. Aircon was good when required and plenty of hot water when needed. Plenty of space to chill inside and a nice deck area outside with lovely views over the village and down to the sea. Communication from the owner was excellent throughout. Lefkara itself is a beautiful mountain village with plenty of options for dining and drinking just a short stroll away if desired. No parking as it’s a village centre house, however free public parking just a few minutes walk away. Overall an excellent experience and one we were privileged to be able to have, thank you for opening up your home.
