Holiday rentals with beach access in Aklan

If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, this is the perfect place for you. Ms. Abby and Ms. Jane were very responsive to our queries & requests. The place is very homey and spacious. They even have room service cleaning when mam Jane is available! Will definitely book this again for our next Boracay trip.

Five stars for everything. Our one-week stay was perfect for our needs. We felt at home right away and we were able to relax. We had lunch overlooking white beach on Boracay on one of the days but otherwise just took time out. The studio apartment is a good size in a modern building and had everything we needed. The air-conditioning is superb, cooking facilities and utensils are relatively new and the fridge/freezer is new with plenty of room. There is hot water in the shower and with good water pressure (make sure the pump is switched on) which gave us the best shower so far in the Philippines. Ana Rose and her team are great hosts and the on-site convenience store had most items we needed with vegetables available just across the road. We had a rental car and were able to park onsite. The view of garden and palm trees is very pleasant. Being in a small village and on the main road we did find it a little noisy at night especially dogs and local karaoke. Highly recommended.

The property looked just as advertised and was clean and we'll maintained. it's also super close to the beach and not far from the ferry terminal and station 3 is the quiet area of Boracay which me and my partner preferred. I would definitely recommend this location. Myra was very helpful and communicated quickly and even offered to clean the place in the middle of the stay.

Had a great stay in this unit located in a quieter part of Boracay—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The owner was very responsive, and having an onsite maintenance team gave me extra peace of mind. Highly recommend!

The stay was everything looked for in a 6 month stay in Boracay.. the residence was like home for 6 months I am spoiled now and expect every stay to have an ocean view / mt./golf course view every moment of every day it’s really nice to have a private beach at your disposal too. And then there’s Pooka Beach not 5 minutes away where you can get the locals vibe . 10 minuets on an ETrike or the Hop on Hoo off bus. And you’re at the world famous White Beach and D Mall. Chilling for Happy Hour.the host was quite responsive and a wealth of knowledge of the things to do and see. I highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.

The excellent location of the complex is in a quiet, secure location, 5 minutes walk to the beach, you can get to other parts of the island by bus, which stops near the house. The apartment is clean, cozy and has everything for a comfortable stay. A big plus is the availability of 2 electric scooters. Geremias and Maribeth are very nice and friendly hosts, gave advice on the island, and always responded promptly. Thank you for your hospitality.

The host was very efficient and on top of communication and things. At the same time, there was no bombarding with unnecessary messaging and there was respect for privacy. Check in and checkout were a breeze. I also asked if they could fix for me the delivery of a galon of water on a sunday and it was addressed super smoothly. The place itself had absolutely everything one needs for a comfortable stay, the internet works, the views are wonderful and the bed very comfortable. The only thing was the day of checkout the cleaning lady came super early to start cleaning the balcony while I was still waking up. She should have waited until my checkout. I am sure though this has been corrected and, frankly, it is just telling of how much they care about cleanliness in this place! Overall, I'd totally recommend this accommodation and host.

lovely place in a quiet area. very well furnished apartment with good wi-fi. perfect spot if you want to be away from the hussle and bussle, chill out and watch a few movies at night. Apartment is close to the main road with lots of small stores nearby for essentials. You can very easily get a trike (3-5mins) into the centre and beach. (standard fair is 20 peso per person, each way). would gladly stay here again. also Ria was always quick to respond and dealt with anything we asked immediately. Great Hosts. thanks.

Great place to stay for a peaceful vacation. As advertised, Diniwid Beach is just a few minutes walk from the property and Station 1 could be accessed from Diniwid Beach though a lighted pathway. The rooms were properly maintained, spacious, and clean. Basic toiletries and towels are also provided. Units with kitchen have kitchenware and dinnerware available for use. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The host was responsive to queries as well. Wifi is available, and the property is backed-up with a generator. Over-all, a place you can highly recommend.

The place is 2min walk to the beach. We have a great time. Near all the restaurant.

Value for money! The house is fully equipped with everything you need. Super clean amd very spacious! Very accessible to small stores and safe. Wpuld love to be back

Очень милое жильё, красивый сад и бассейн с подсветкой, оборудованная кухня и все необходимое , также есть мангал. Немного шумно из дома напротив, но впечатления не испортило.

Tolle Villa mit wunderschönen Ausblick. Die Haus war sauber und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Der privat Strand vor der Tür ist wirklich toll, genauso wie das Resort nebenan, der day pass lohnt sich auf jedenfalls für einen gemütlichen Strand Tag. Marielou die housekeeperin war super nett und herzlich und hat für uns alles was wir wollten organisiert, danke nochmal. Auch der pick up Service den Peter organisiert hat, war wirklich sehr angenehm und schnell. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke Peter & Marielou!

Great host. the door lock had a problem, so we called and it was fixed literally as soon as was possible. Great, clean, tidy house with excellent support and communication. I highly recommend it.

It's was an ease during check-in, they allowed us to check in early. The place is clean and cozy (decor made it look cozy and like a beach home). Kitchen is equipped with appliances that you will usually need to prep simple meals. It is a few minutes walk to the beachfront however it is a far walk from the main road (means walking through back alleys). May consider to have extra help in pulling the luggages to and from the place (* do note that possibility that you will drag your luggages through the sandy area+ back alleys before you could reach the place. ) -place is at the end of the alley. They were visible ant in the balcony & room plus mozzies flying here and there - so just prep some insect repellent 😬. But overall, we had a good and comfy stay. We freely use the kitchen/lobby to chill out and prep meals. Thank you Cinta Hotel!

1000 characters is not enough to express how much my partner and I enjoyed our stay. The location may not be as convenient as other stays that are near the stations (1,2,3,beachfront), but the comfort, peaceful neighborhood (great for remote work), friendly host, POOL access, has a washer/dryer, and BIDET make up for it. What you see online is even better in person. The place is also accessible via the Hop-On Hop-Off bus, direct stop. Totally worth the price and I will surely rebook if I return to Boracay.

Good location away from crowds. Bulabog beach and white beach are walkable. They also recommended a tour guide.

Unforgettable stay, Highly recommended! The unit was exceptionally clean and tidy, fully equipped with kitchen and laundry appliances so you don't need to spend money on food and you can pack less clothes. Even the little things like a mat were thoughtfully provided . The unit was exceptionally clean, perfect for family of four max of 5. The unit is a home away from home. The view from our balcony was breathtaking; from it you could see the mountains, the beach, and even Alta Vista De Boracay. Also, our host Ms. Denise is very accommodating and kind. She gave us tips and recommended using the HOHO card which helps you travel around Boracay with ease. Overall, Ocean Garden Villa and Boracay New Coast gives you an incredible experience and enhances your stay on the island, and my family and I would definitely return to if given the opportunity. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect, with the beach just a short stroll away – we loved being so close to the water. Our host was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable trip. Their communication was excellent, and they were always ready to offer assistance and recommendations. The property itself was lovely and suited our needs perfectly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to others looking for a beachside getaway with a fantastic host!

My family had a wonderful stay. The place is huge and clean. Exactly as the photos. There’s no gym so the stairs going up is kind of our exercise plus the walking on the beach daily. There’s a nearby store also to buy some necessities. The pool is small but hey we went there for the beach and it’s few mins walk.
