Holiday rentals with a patio in Ajuda, Lisboa

Artur was an incredible host and we loved our stay at his beautiful home! He went above and beyond to provide recommendations, flexible check in and luggage storage options, and a thoughtful welcome gift for our group. Him and his family were proactive and responsive in communicating, which made our stay a breeze. The apartment is comfortable, clean, bright, large, and great for a group (especially with its beautiful patio). The location was convenient and walkable to many of the tourist sites, and accessible via metro and tram as well. I highly recommend Artur’s home for anyone hoping to explore Lisbon!

Eine tolle Wohnung in guter Lage. Wir hatten alles, was man braucht und die Kommunikation, sowie Beschreibung um in die Wohnung zu gelangen waren super. Mit einem kleinen Spaziergang erreicht man die Fähre nach Lissabon und ist für einen günstigen Preis mitten im Leben dieser interessanten Stadt. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es rund ums Haus an der Straße und der Preis ist mit knapp 5€ für einen Tag unschlagbar gut. Alles in allem toll und in jedem Fall empfehlenswert

Excelente alojamiento, muy cómodo, bonito, bien iluminado, limpio, organizado, decorado. Camas y almohadas cómodas, todo maravilloso. Ampliamente recomendado.

Hugo was very easy to get in touch with and helpful for early check in and late check out. The accommodation was very comfortable, the terrace a great addition and location great.

Es un apartamento amplio. Cierto es, que solo lo hemos utilizado para dormir, pero tiene cocina amplia y bien equipada si quieres hacer uso de ella. Lo mejor, es q cada habitación dispone de su cuarto de baño.Transporte de metro cercano para ir al centro de Lisboa. Sin problema. Solo una pequeña sugerencia .. al llegar a Moscavide y poner la dirección… resulta q hay Rua de Moscavide y Avenida de Moscavide y ambas están relativamente cercanas.. nos llevó a confusión inicial…je! No era la rua…salvada la incidencia, todo perfecto!!! Camas muy cómodas y estaba todo limpio.

This flat is so beautifully laid out with plenty of natural light and lovely design! I stayed with my daughter and we felt right at home. Metro and grocery very close, and we enjoyed shopping at the nearby department store. Hugo was exceedingly kind and helped us by letting us store bags for a later flight - we would stay again in a heartbeat.

This was probably one of the best Airbnbs and services I have experienced. Claudia is not only lovely, but has been so kind and helpful. Unfortunately, we had an incident where my son broke something. We were very sorry about this, but they were gracious and kind about it. It's just one of the most peaceful and nicest places to stay. The pool and roof terrace were amazing, especially in the heat of the day. Everything was clean, brand new, and simply so comfortable—we couldn't recommend this place more. We certainly will be back or book it for family and friends visiting Lisbon. The area is more local, traditional and less crowded than the rest of Lisbon. Very accessible and peaceful. Our stay at the apartment was fantastic. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and perfectly located in the heart of old Lisbon. The lively atmosphere in the surrounding streets made the experience even more enjoyable. Access to the apartment was super easy with the code, and communication with the hosts was seamless. Highly recommend!

Our host Sophia was extremely helpful and always responsive. My family had a wonderful time visiting Lisbon. The house was very comfortable for our family of eight. We would highly recommend this bnb for any family visiting Portugal!

Danke Claudia für den tollen Aufenthalt! mega schöne, super saubere Wohnung 👍 gemütlich 😄 4 min zu Fuß zur Fähre nach Belém. mega einfach um Lissabon zu erkunden. nur zu bedenken, dass die Fähre nur jede Stunde einmal fährt. wenn man das weiß, gar kein Problem um ruhig zu wohnen und schnell ob der Großstadt zu sein. danke für alles!!! gerne wieder

The house was beautiful and perfect for a big group. The area is very quiet but has many shops close by and a great local restaurant 2 mins away. Benfica station is literally 3 minutes away. The garden was very nice and big, the bbq was also available which made our stay amazing. The only issue was that the outside lights were not working so we could not enjoy the garden in the evenings. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms were spacious and clean. We were a group of 7 but we were only given 1 key. That made it difficult for us as we had to try stay all together at all times. (We were given another key a few days later) Also the master bedroom has an ensuite toilet. The door doesn’t lock unless forced, this was a bit awkward when going to the toilet in the morning quietly. Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely recommend it. Thank you very much for everything!

Our hosts Helena & Nuno, were lovely, helpful & informative, they came up with places to visit that we wouldn’t have known about, in particular Guincho beach & bar (beautiful) Luna the dog was an added bonus for us as we lost our lab a few months ago. Do take notice of their suggested restaurants as they are the best in that area. Be aware it’s hilly, everything is walking distance (supermarket, restaurants etc) however, Paço do Arcos itself is not visually spectacular but the villa is, what it is, is an ideal staging point to travel to Cascais, Sintra & central Lisbon and a lovely quiet hideaway. Quick tip, use the Bolt app to get around cheaply and use the trains as they are very reasonably priced. We would fully recommend you stay here.

J’ai passé un mois absolument merveilleux dans ce logement à Lisbonne ! L’appartement est spacieux, lumineux, très calme, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et une touche artistique inspirante, sans parler des nombreuses plantes qui lui donnent une atmosphère paisible et vivante. On s’y sent tout de suite bien. Rami et Ayman ont été extrêmement réactifs à chaque fois que j’avais une question, mais ils m’ont surtout partagé une liste impressionnante de trésors cachés à Lisbonne, grâce à laquelle j’ai découvert des lieux incroyables tout au long de mon séjour. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas du Panthéon et du quartier de l’Alfama, parfait pour explorer la ville à pied. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir dès que l’occasion se présentera ! ☀️

Highly recommend this Airbnb! Check in was extremely easy Simone was there to walk us through everything and was very responsive throughout the planning process. The apartment itself was very clean and included a full kitchen as well as a washer. Situated in a quiet corner but only takes 10-15 minutes to travel into the main city.

We loved staying here! Very spacious, clean, and charming comfortable decor. We loved Twiggy and Peanut the friendly outdoor cats (but she will remove upon request). Being able to park for free is a big plus.

This is a prime location for visiting all of Lisbon! The whole process as easy and the apartment is spacious! The hostess also provided a fantastic list of local recommendations.

We had a fantastic one week stay! Luciana has a spacious and well equipped apartment located in a vibrant neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Accessible by public transport, also pretty walkable everywhere if you’re up for walking. Luciana is a fantastic host, friendly, accommodating and made us feel like home. Thank you Luciana! Definitely a great place to stay!

The house is very spacious—perfect for our family of four and easily comfortable for up to three couples. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, quickly answering all our questions and even bringing us extra tissues when we asked. We truly enjoyed our stay here. A highlight was discovering a lovely nearby café with delicious homemade food! We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Lovely, well located apartment. Very comfortable for four people. Host’s communication was efficient , helpful and clear & he let us drop our bags early which was much appreciated. Great place to stay.
