Liliana on hyvin ystävällinen ja avulias emäntä. Yhteydenpito sujui hyvin ja hän oli aina valmis auttamaan. Huoneisto sopii hyvin suurehkolle porukalle, meitä oli seitsemän. Kohde sijaitsee n 150 m päästä rannasta, ei aina uimakelpoinen merenkäynnin takia. Hyvät pyöräily- ja kävelyreitit lähellä, kauppaan melko pitkä kävelymatka. Bussipysäkki suoraan talon edessä. Kaksi kylpyhuonetta, joissa suihkut. Keittiö ei kaikkein käytännöllisin, mutta uuni, mikro, liesi ja keittimet löytyvät. Pyykinpesumahdollisuus löytyy myös. Kohteessa ei ilmastointia.

Hem estat molt bé a l'apartement. La ubicació és genial i l'espai molt agradable.

Vi var en familie på fire barn (6, 12, 14 og 16 år), to foreldre og to besteforeldre. Huset var supert på alle måter, - rent, romslig og smakfullt innredet. Med sine fire soverom og fire bad hadde vi alt vi trengte! Tre balkonger og en uteplass foran kjøkkenet gjorde at dette huset virkelig var noe for seg selv. Paulo gjorde oppholdet enda bedre, og han var svært hjelpsom og hyggelig hele tiden. Da vi ankom huset gav han oss gode tips og han hadde i tillegg ordnet med masse vann, kaffi, øl og epler. Han kom nesten umiddelbart da vi trengte ekstra sengetøy og handklær, og stod til tjeneste når vi trengte det. I nabolaget finner man bakeri, supermarked og restauranter/kafeer innenfor 1 minutts gange, og. Slik er det også med stranden. Togstasjonen er også bare tre minutter unna, men vi tok oftere Uber når vi skulle inn til Porto/flyplassen. Det var uansett enkelt å komme seg rundt, også til nabolandsbyene. Rolig atmosfære og er fint sted å være for å slippe å bo midt i byen.Anbefales!

nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette superbe maison en pleine ville de Porto. nous avons fait toutes les visites à pieds. la propriétaire et son amie nous ont très accueillis. et j'adore les petites attentions vin porto, petits gâteaux et sachets de savon...tout était impeccable

Wir haben uns bei Daniel sehr wohl gefühlt. Daniel ist ein hervorragender und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, er war immer gut erreichbar und hat uns wertvolle Tips per Whats-App gegeben oder unsere Fragen beantwortet. Der kurze Weg zum Strand (ca. 5 min) ist schon allein ein großer Vorteil. Auch zum Bahnhof sind es nur 6 Minuten zu Fuß. Dadurch ist es sehr einfach und umweltfreundlich nach Porto zu kommen, die Zugfahrt ins Zentrum (Bahnhof Sao Bento) dauert ca. 30 min und ist sehr günstig. In der Villa gab es Stadtpläne von Porto. Die Villa ist toll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Räume befinden sich alle oben über der Garage, dazu kommt der Poolbereich. Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind gleich in der Nähe. Die sehr ruhige Lage der Villa in Arcozelo ist auch für Ausflüge ins Landesinnere perfekt. Zur Universitätsstadt Coimbra z. B., oder über den Wanderweg "Passadiços do Paiva" zur Hängebrücke "516 Arouca". Wir danken Daniel und Ana recht herzlich und würden sehr gerne wieder kommen!

Perfect weekend in Porto in this very welcoming villa close to the seaside. I recommend 100% !

We spent a lovely week at Elisa and Andrés beachfront Airbnb. Communication was flawless and we were even welcomed with a complimentary bottle of Portugese wine which was a nice touch. Once checked in, we had a slight issue with the loud noise coming from the pool pump and Elisa responded within minutes, sending her Father around to check it for us. Location-wise, we chose this because it is right on the beach and it really is. You can hear the ocean from inside and see it from the windows. On a clear night the Sunset is sensational. Elisa was super flexible with our check-in and check-out times, offering both an early check-in and later check-out to accommodate our travel plans which we were super thankful for. All in all, a great trip, can highly recommend!

A fantastic and unique space that really shows the incredible potential of buildings in Porto. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great base to visit Porto from. Secure private car parking place within the house compound. Local park is great to walk around Best restaurants require transport to reach (Porto City Center) Massive shopping center nearby with over 200 shops Francisco and Joana are lovely and care about your experience whist staying at their property. This is a family home not just a Airbnb let.

Puhkamiseks ideaalne koht. Maja on pisike, aga kõik vajalik oli olemas. Ilmad olid soojad ja päikeselised, saime basseini nautida kõikide kuumade päevade jooksul. Ookean ja restoranid lähedal. Meil oli imeline puhkus.

First of all....this is a comfortable spacious home. Great amenities, well furnished, great view from the terrace, and in a very peaceful quiet neighborhood. We selected this house because it was not in the center of all the tourist areas. It is about a 15–20-minute taxi/Uber ride to all the Porto attractions. Normally about 6 to 12 euros depending on the time of day. It was perfect. We could spend the days in the heart of Porto and return to this comfortable quiet home. Also, we could walk 5 minutes to the river near the house and enjoy great restaurants and cafes. The host was very easy to deal with, she lives about 2 minutes away and quickly helped with any issues. She also provides a great guide to all the local places. We would highly recommend this place.

Mooie en ruime air bnb. Ruim met voldoende slaapkamers en badkamers. Goed uitgeruste keuken met oven, microwave, afwasmachine en vitrokeramische kookplaat. We waren er in de winter, de elektrische verwarmingstoestellen werkten naar behoren.

this was a wonderful stay for a family easy access to the facility and to the rooms did have two steps in door but it was not difficult despite my mom's disability. kitchen was outfitted with what was needed for traditional Portuguese dishes.

We really enjoyed our stay and couldn't fault the experience. The host was super responsive and Manuela was always helpful, attentive and fast to respond with any enquiry. Her English is perfect so never any problems with communication. We were missing a few items and Manuela was quick to resolve. The location is beautiful. We spent the week learning how to surf and relaxing on the beach. The house is one street back from the beach and you can hear. the waves at night. walk around the corner and watch the sun set every night. couldn't ask for a better location. The shower is awesome if you like high pressure. Beds are comfortable and rooms are dark for those long sleep ins. No negative comments at all.

We have had a fantastic holiday. Segio's spacious 6-person holiday home is fully furnished. Two bathrooms with a toilet are very nice. But the washing machine is also practical because we stayed for over two weeks. There is always a place in the sun or shade in the garden around the house. There is a private parking space at the house, but there are plenty of parking spaces in the street. Sergio is a hospitable host, he is helpful and easily accessible. During our two week stay the house was cleaned and all towels and beds changed. An extra service that we appreciate. The house is located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of the beach. On the dunes and along the beach there are kilometers of walking routes on wooden footpaths. By car you are within 20 minutes in the center of Porto and within an hour in places such as Guimarães, Penafiel or a recommended walking route "Passadiços do Paiva". The station is a 7-minute walk. The train takes you to Porto station Campanhã within 23 minutes. For walkers it is a 1.5 kilometer walk to the center. But you can also transfer to train or metro. During the summer months it can be very hot in Porto. On the coast it is much more pleasant and yet only 20 minutes from the center of Porto. In short, this vacation rental is a must.

Great place to stay, we loved being so close to the beach and all amenities were provided. Host very responsive and helpful!
