We were very well assisted on the premises of the house and in the recommended places, if we had any questions we were answered immediately. I will definitely come back and recommend it with my eyes closed!

The house is really very beautiful and cozy. Everything is very clean and organized. House well equipped with appliances. The details that the photo cannot capture: it is a house made with love for a family to live in, which at some point began to share this feeling with other families. We really liked the house, super well taken care of, everything very clean and sanitized, a super complete house with everything you might need. We only stayed 2 nights and it was well worth it. Easy access and location, a very quiet street, we went by car so to get to the center was fast, on average about 10 minutes, for those who are not by car it would be a little distant. We couldn't use the pool because it was cold, but we used the bathtub, which was very good. The house is large and super organized, it has several appliances and kitchen utensils, the entire interior and exterior of the house is very beautiful, Lúcia helped us by cell phone when we arrived and when we left, it was super worth it, we would have liked to have stayed more days.

I was in the house with my family and the stay was perfect, from the reception to our departure. Marcos is very helpful, responds quickly to messages and is very polite. The house is beautiful, well decorated, equipped, clean and simply in the best location of Serra Negra. Whoever wants to stop the car in front of the house should just wait for the night to park, when the movement of the city reduces a little. We will certainly return, the experience was wonderful!

Our stay was simply amazing! The house is extremely new, cozy, very well maintained and with impeccable cleanliness. The comfort surprised us and we had a wonderful experience during the four days we stayed. The host was extremely attentive and available throughout the stay — he even lent us a hair dryer when we needed it. A special touch was the decoration he prepared for my husband's birthday, a gesture that made all the difference and made the moment even more special. The location also perfectly suited what we were looking for: close to the event we were attending, making our travels much easier. The highlight, without a doubt, was the gourmet area with a jacuzzi and projector - a sensational idea! It was our favorite spot throughout the trip.

There were some "updates" to the space in relation to the photos in the listing. The place has everything you need: comfort and practicality. The view is beautiful! Every detail in the place seems to have been carefully planned. Clean, organized, objective house. Additional detail: the breakfast... worthy of any 5-star hotel. Everything fresh and very tasty. There are no reservations, the place is perfect!

The place was exactly the peace we were looking for. Calm, in the middle of nature, reserved, safe, with all the new structure and utensils, wonderful view of the sunset. I saw many complaints about the dirt road, but we saw no problem, since to be in the middle of nature and in a private place, the expected is the dirt road, it did not bother me, we just do not know how it would be in case of rain. Kind, polite and helpful hosts who responded promptly as soon as we sent a message. Every penny spent was worth it, we will definitely return

Wonderful place, I loved every moment!!! Jessica was attentive and responded quickly. The place is very beautiful, and I found it private, as much as possible. I recommend: Take everything, including the basics, they even charge for drinking water, there was no thermos, I recommend taking everything as a guarantee, including salt, oil, sugar, take water, take an extra blanket, there are few for those who are cold. It was worth every penny, and I will definitely return.
