Great stay, very attentive and helpful host, the house is very spacious and with great rooms, we like it very much and we will definitely be back.

The space is extremely cozy — I felt at home from the first moment. The location is also excellent, with quiet and pleasant surroundings. Communication with the host was light, fast and very efficient, always with cordiality and attention. A very positive experience, I would certainly come back!

The house served us perfectly. Large house, very comfortable, as in the photos. Milce welcomed us with open arms, a coffee, and gave us tips and was always ready to help us. Milce deserves all the credit as an excellent host!

We love it! Mr. Marcos is a super host, solicitous, kind, friendly. The house is a cutie, we didn't enjoy the pool because it was very cold, but we made good use of the spaces in the house. The house is very faithful to the one depicted in the photos. The building is old but is very well kept and some areas have been renovated. Fresh linen & Towels. We were perfectly served. Host responded quickly and provided all the necessary support.

The house is quite large. The internal aesthetics of old houses, but it didn't bother me, it gave me a nostalgia for grandma's house. We had some difficulty with the pets because the side accesses could not be opened, but nothing that hindered the experience. The region is very rugged, so almost all the land is uphill/downhill, which makes the house not very accessible, with stairs for access and a steep slope at the entrance, for us it made no difference, but it can be difficult for those with reduced mobility. The view from the house is wonderful, overlooking the mountains and facing the church, which is beautifully lit up at night. The house's utilities are very good, from towels and blankets to a reducer and children's bathtub, with the plus of toys in the wardrobe, I only missed the top sheet on the beds. For those who have children, it is very good! However, as one of the leaves of the entrance door is broken, I had to keep an eye on the child and pets going out to the entrance stairs.

The teacara was the first in São João that we really felt we could spend several days without problems. well-equipped kitchen, several tvs, various places to relax and enjoy. The windows have a screen for insect protection. The pool was impeccable, we were told that they use ozone, an expensive treatment but leaves the water transparent, wonderful to swim. Points worth commenting on: there are dogs but they don't bother. There are other animals also such as chickens and fish, a homemade will feed them twice a day. You will be responsible for taking the trash from the brass in the trash can that is at a distance that has to be traveled by car, this may mainly bother the risk of the bag sticking and leaking into the trunk.

We took our dog and he had a lot of fun in the yard. The house has all the utensils, we didn't miss anything! Leonardo is very attentive and helpful, he gave us tips about the region. Everything is very clean, organized and tasteful, one of those places that you feel sorry to leave because it is like a hug. The house is in a very quiet area, surrounded by greenery, with beautiful gardens and many birds. Perfect place to rest and disconnect, especially if you like books and movies. Márcia was flexible with the check-in, answered all questions very quickly and was very kind with some welcome "treats", not to mention the delicious avocados she gave us, from her backyard. Super recommend!!!
