Farmhouse of 30 square meters right by the water in beautiful Stöcksjö. The guest has the whole house at their disposal. The house houses integrated kitchen, hall and living room overlooking the lake. In the house there is also 1 bedroom and 1 WC. Wifi is available. On the farm there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter there are ski tracks on the lake and an ice guard for winter swimming . An idyll only about 10 minutes drive from Umeå.

The house further consists of a nice living room with TV and super fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to extra bed is available in the form of a nice sleeping mattress to put on the floor. Toilet with shower that also houses a combined washer and dryer. Comfortable full beds 80x200 cm and an extra bed box spring mattress 80x200 cm, with mattress topper.

This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Has a slightly private location and is close to a stream so you can hear the hill's noise. Located behind the farm's barn building. Dogs and cats are also welcome in this cottage. Also has its own outhouse. Guests have access to a service area located in the barn. There is a large, complete kitchen and bathroom. It is a shared common space with the other cottage. The loft cottage.
