Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

I truly appreciated all about this place. - Dimitrios is a great host - welcoming and caring - always fast to respond and help. His place felt like home within just few days - easily accessible and withl all needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the proximity of the little church, lovely outdoor space and the interesting neighbourhood. Dimitrios helped me a lot - kindly organising the mule transport and also a boat trip. I definitely recommend Dimitrios' place to all and I will be back soon! Thank you.

Είχαμε μια πολύ όμορφη διαμονή, το σπίτι έχει πανέμορφο κήπο και ωραίο μπαλκόνι με θέα στο βουνό. το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού είναι ακόμα πιο ωραίο και άνετο από ότι στις φωτογραφίες και ήταν όλα πεντακάθαρα. Η περιοχή είναι πολύ ήσυχη και ενδείκνυται για χαλάρωση και ξεκουραση. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη φιλοξενία

Great host excellent communication very clean apartment. Just next door to lovely coffee shop and close to great restaurants.

This is a unique place with a lot of history. The kitchen cute and spacious. The porch is the best part of the house. We saw sunrise and sunset. Beautiful. I love the view from the bedroom. The hospitality made our stay easy and fun. Panos helped us get drivers and gave us directions and restaurant reviews.

Ioannis’ apartment was the perfect place for our stay on Hydra. The apartment is very well located just off one of the main streets up from the harbour. It was spotless and well equipped, with everything we could possibly need during our stay including basic cooking essentials and even a few toiletries. It has AC and fans to keep you cool, and has a little courtyard to sit out in with a beautiful lemon tree (and a talkative cat). What really made the stay special was Ioannis’ hospitality. He met us at the harbour with Penelope the donkey, who carried our bags up to the house. He showed us the best supermarket and ATMs to use on the island and talked us through how everything worked in the house. He smiled and waved when we saw him around town during the week, and then met us on the last day to carry our bags back down, even bringing a little present with him for us to use. The whole experience was fantastic, and we’ll be recommending the house to our family and friends!

Nikos and Georgia were so nice and they stayed up late waiting for us to get in. Which I was most grateful for as the location wasnt as easy to find. I lived that they were proactive and shared that others have had trouble in the past and gave me the step by step instructions on how to locate their beautiful home. Although it felt pretty remote, navigating to the city center was pretty easy. I loved the welcome basket and the complete tour of the home. I truly appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, especially having been in the city center the whole day. It was literally a breath of fresh air. I would LOVE to stay there again if they would have us.

La maison était parfaite. Nous avons passé un séjour en famille, à 14 + un bébé, et nous nous sommes régalés. Le logement était propre, confortable et apaisant. Super séjour à Perdika. Seul petit bémol, l’absence de climatisation dans la chambre du sous-sol. Nous remercions Ioulia pour son accueil et sa disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour !

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

This days we stayed at Nektaria’s place were magical… The place is beautiful, had everything you need, clean, well decorated… it felt unreal to be honest! Nektaria gave us really good tips, she is a fantastic host! We had 3 small kids with us that had the time of their life in the swimming pool and beach. It felt very private and comfortable, exactly what we needed. I hope to come back as soon as possible, as this is by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed. Thank you Nektaria, for everything.

Wir haben die Zeit in der Unterkunft rundum genossen! Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist einfach traumhaft – wirklich kaum zu übertreffen. Hier kann man perfekt dem Alltag entfliehen. Besonders schön war, dass wir die einzigen Gäste waren und den tollen Pool ganz für uns alleine hatten – pure Erholung! Panos hat uns einen wunderbaren Strand empfohlen, der mit schattigen Plätzen, wenigen Leuten und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre absolut überzeugt hat. Panos war durchweg hilfsbereit, hat schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet und uns mit vielen tollen Tipps versorgt. Es war einfach nur erholsam – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Wij hebben een super verblijf gehad met 4 volwassenen, 2 hondjes en een baby. Het huis (en tuin en zwembad) is mega goed onderhouden en super schoon. Antonis stuurde van te voren gezellige spraakberichten met duidelijke instructies en zijn moeder ontving ons ruim voor de inchecktijd (dit was geen probleem). Als er iets was konden we het hele verblijf bij ze terecht en we zijn zelfs nog een keer verrast met heerlijke verse broodjes. We zijn 1 dagje naar Athene geweest, wat goed te doen was met een auto. Verder is er (in het laagseizoen) niet heel veel te beleven in de omgeving, maar aangezien het huis zo fijn is hoeft dat ook helemaal niet. Top verblijf!

This was really a little bit of paradise by the sea! The views were fantastic, the whole place tranquil, perfect for some rest and relaxation. There is such a wonderful housekeeper who went out of her way to make sure we were happy, yet not intrusive. Eleni was also always communicating efficiently and effectively through Airbnb. We were slightly out of season, so the swimming pool was not in use, but that was no problem as the sea is right there and beautifully clear and warm in October! The water jetty was perfect for us to catch a taxi over to Spetses for dinner, what an experience!

We had a wonderful few days stay, fantastic area super central easy to walk to fabulous restaurants and bars and our hosts were great with our flexible check in due to a late flight! Beautiful views well kitted out stay comfy beds and breathtaking views… what else do you need in this fabulous city ❤️

Απίστευτο σπίτι με μοναδικό design σε εκπληκτική τοποθεσία!Τακτοποιημένο και καθαρό με απεριόριστη θέα στην θάλασσα.Η πισίνα υπέροχη και καθαρή! Η οικοδέσποινα πολύ ευγενική και κατατοπιστική!Μας ενημέρωσαν για τα μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια της περιοχής αν και ήταν τόσο όμορφο το σπίτι και η πισίνα που προτιμήσαμε να κάτσουμε μέσα και να πάμε να πάρουμε φαγητό απέξω . Βέβαια υπήρχε και μεγάλη κουζίνα που μπορείς να μαγειρέψεις. Το κάθε δωμάτιο είχε δικό του μπάνιο που είναι πολύ βολικό και air condition. Από τα στορια στα δωμάτια μπαίνει κάποιο φως αλλά εμάς δεν μας ενόχλησε καθόλου. Το καλύτερο όμως ήταν η κυρία που μας υποδέχτηκε με απίστευτη ευγένεια και χαμόγελο!! Μας έδειξε όλο το σπίτι και μας είχε σερβιρισμένο κρύο τσάι και φρούτα Όπως καταλαβαίνετε είναι μικρής σημασίας ότι υπάρχει ένα μικρό κομμάτι του σπιτιού που βρίσκεται υπό κατασκευή γιατί δεν επηρέασε καθόλου την διαμονή μας Ευχαριστούμε που κάνατε υπεροχη την διαμονή και τις διακοπές μας!!!

Our stay at Sunny White House was perfect! Nansy, was a lovely host, always available, helpful and kind. There were many thoughtful elements in the house for us guests to feel at home and find everything one would need. Looking forwards to coming back!

Άνετο σπιτι , δροσερό, με όλες τις ανέσεις που απαιτούνται. Ήσυχη γειτονιά και άνετο parking στη πίσω μεριά του σπιτιού. Πολύ κοντά στη αγορά και στη θάλασσα. Η οικοδεσπότης πολύ κατατοπιστική.

What an amazing place to stay!! It is incredible, clean and with a stunning view!! Everything was amazing, the communication with Eleanna was easy and her parents are very friendly and ready to help anytime. It’s walkable and very close to the centre (10minutes walking) and I definitely recommend it and will be back for sure!!

A spacious, quiet and convenient apartment walkable to everything Athens has to offer. Peter was kind, helpful and always responsive. His instructions and information were as clear as I have ever known. He even helped us find a taxi for our onward journey - nothing was too much trouble. There are some reviews which criticise the area, but we beg to differ. OK, it’s what you might expect in the middle of a big city, but set right by the National Theatre we felt safe, secure and relaxed at all times. The apartment was big, and has a terrific view. It was really well equipped and spotlessly clean. Thanks Peter - we’ll be back!

It is heaven on earth. Looks even better than the photos. We were shocked from how beautiful the place and its surroundings are. Inside and out everything is well thought of, you’ll want for nothing. It’s a perfect place for kids, comfy beds, a tree house and the sea a few steps away. A large supermarket, only 5 minutes drive from the house. The sunken city a 5 minutes walk, or 5 minutes of paddling on a SUP (2 Sups and paddles are provided). We got lucky and even got a chance to see a HUGE sea turtle while snorkeling there! Lots of taverns you can reach by foot, and lots of peace and serenity. Maria is super friendly and professional, I dare to say, it’s one of the best Airbnb experiences we had till now. We will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful home that has absolutely a wonderful environment with a serene surrounding. Being an artist’s home - everything including the furnishing was beautiful to look at and be in that space. The bedding and the towels were exceptional. Our host gave us very important information as to where to dine and made our stay perfect.

This penthouse is a true gem in the heart of Athens. In addition to the incredible view - it is a bright, beautifully designed space with a minimalist aesthetic, it has three spacious bedrooms, modern bathrooms, all the amenities one would need/want and a very generous private terrace with a Jacuzzi. Everything was spotless, fresh and clean - in fact, so well maintained it felt like we were the first ones to stay there. The Team at Livin, Haidi, were incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our stay (and truly essential making it feel like home as we were traveling with a two year old). Finally, The location couldn’t be better, easily walkable to numerous attractions or public transport. We can not wait to come back, thank you so much! Ευχαριστώ!! *There is a neighboring rooftop bar that can create some ambient noise, we didn't find it a problem, and our two year old slept through it easily, but worth mentioning for those who need a truly quiet environment.
