Holiday rentals in Agios Leon

We hebben een fantastische week gehad op Zakynthos. Deze mooie ruime villa, centraal gelegen op het eiland is een prima locatie om het hele eiland te verkennen. Genieten van de rust en privacy bij het zwembad en uitrusten in de ruime kamers met nette badkamers. In de keuken is er genoeg om goede maaltijden te kunnen bereiden. Echt een aanrader!

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in der Unterkunft. Man kann zwar zu Fuß nicht viel erreichen aber mit dem Auto ist man schnell bei verschiedenen Highlights. Wir hatten danach eine zweite Unterkunft an der Ostküste und konnten danach die Ruhe an der Westküste noch mehr wertschätzen. Nur ein Balkon Richtung Meer fehlt zum absoluten Glück. Dora war eine sehr hilfsbereite und liebe Gastgeberin.

We very much enjoyed our stay here! The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They met us in Agios Leon to take us to the villa and were helpful with places to go and recommendations for beaches and tavernas. The villa was extremely clean and beautifully presented and had everything we needed,. The location was peaceful and away from the main tourist area but close enough to tavernas, petrol station, bakery and mini markets. There was a very affectionate ginger and white kitten that we called 'Marmaduke' who kept us company out on the terrace. He was the highlight of our stay here and we hope other people and the owners will continue to feed and look after him 🙏 If you don't want noise and hustle of busier places, you won't be disappointed staying here! Great location within easy reach of everything with a hire car.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Man hat so viel Privatsphäre, nur Natur und das Meer. Wir haben uns so gut erholt und den Ausblick aufs Meer von der Terasse und selbst vom Bett aus sehr genossen. Man schläft ein und wacht auf mit dem Rauschen der Wellen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. In ein paar Minuten kann man mit dem Auto einige Tavernen/Restaurants erreichen. Der eigene Zugang zum Meer ist perfekt und das Wasser herrlich klar. Es war ein super entspannter Aufenthalt. Der Besitzer ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Lisa und Antonio sind tolle Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist fantastisch. Alles ist vorhanden, es fehlt wirklich nichts.Die Küche ist großartig ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die große Terrasse hat viele gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten und bequeme Liegen mit 2 stabilen Sonnenschirmen. Man hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und jeden Abend einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang. Es ist sehr einsam und ruhig, genau was wir wollten. Auto wird benötigt. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub an einem perfekten Ort.

Séjour parfait! Maison très agréable avec une jolie terrasse. La femme de ménage Cristina est adorable, elle nous a accueilli et un soir nous a même offert son vin et ses fromages maisons! Vraiment adorable. L’hôte m’a également donné beaucoup d’adresses et de recommandations à visiter dans la région. La communication était super facile. La seule petite remarque est en effet la route qui est assez bruyante et l’absence d’air conditionné dans les chambres du haut ce qui rend les nuits d’étés un peu chaudes… mais sinon je le recommande vivement ! Un super endroit pour se sentir un moment grec 🥰

The location was perfect, offering a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere that allowed us to unwind completely. We were delighted to find that it was just a short trip away from beautiful beaches, fabulous restaurants, and exciting local attractions (minutes by car) . Our children, aged five and nine, had an absolute ball! They especially loved feeding the animals, which added an extra layer of magic to our stay. The WindMill House is truly a hidden gem. The combination of its idyllic country setting, the exceptional hospitality of our host make it an unbeatable choice for anyone seeking good value and a relaxed, authentic stay.
