Πολύ όμορφος και καθαρός χώρος, καλύτερος από τις φωτογραφίες. Βρίσκεται πάνω στην παραλία, σε μια πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή που απέχει περίπου 10 λεπτά από την πόλη του Βόλου με πολύ καλό δρόμο. Ο Μάνος εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει.

Ο κ. Στέργιος ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και ευδιάθετος, πάντα πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει. Το σπίτι ήταν φανταστικό και πεντακάθαρο. Περάσαμε φανταστικά και ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία

The house is for sure more beautiful than shown in pictures. Cleanness is above 5 stars. Supplied with all facilities to make your stay memorable (full kitchen & bath equipment). Central heating well working, fire place too. Outdoor BBQ facilities also. Bed linen & towels soft & clean. Centrally located , nearby (walking distance) to village square ,restaurants, cafes markets, but also with the necessary privacy. Plenty space of parking. Fantastic view upto the Aegean sea. Although we stayed around Epiphany holiday (winter season) and the house and area atmosphere was marvelous Christmas-New year decorated, I believe that house will be fine for summer period as well, since plenty fantastic beaches are around the village (10-15 minutes driving far away). Cost reasonable for the accommodation quality that offers. If you want to feel like your home but in a magnificent place, this is the right place.

Everything was perfect. The flat is absolutely luke the pictures, you have everything needed and also a free car parking. I liked the place really much. For sure, I definitely recommend it.

Tony and Jill responded almost immediately to any questions. Demetri was very welcoming and helped us whenever we needed. We got new towels and a clean around the villa mid week, which was very thoughtful. highly recommend.

Rania and the accomodation is a true hidden gem. Never on Airbnb have we had such a welcoming, friendly and generous hosts, just like we’ve never seen an apartment looking so clean and well taken care of, including the amazing garden. Whenever we needed help, instructions or even food, Rania was always there to assist us with a smile on her face and as she says- it was her pleasure. She even gave us homemade food, fruit&vegetables from her garden and fresh water. However keep in mind the apartment is quite far from the main road so we definitely recommend renting a car or a motorcycle, the path is well accessible for good drivers. The surroundings are very quiet and there is a lot of options if you want to sit in the garden or sunbathe. We do want to recommend Rania’s accommodation to anyone considering it, as it truly was a perfect experience and felt more like visiting our own family in the countryside. It definitely was not our last stay. Thank you Rania!

Είναι ένα από τα ομορφότερα σπίτια που έχουμε μείνει πότε. Τόσο όμορφο που θέλαμε να μείνουμε στο σπίτι και να μην εξερευνήσουμε το νησί :-). Είναι καινούριο, πεντακάθαρο, ευρύχωρο, πανέμορφα διακοσμημένο, εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις, με κλιματιστικό και τηλεόραση σε κάθε δωμάτιο του σπιτιού, με τεράστιο ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ εντός του οικοπέδου, σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία που μπορείς να έχεις πρόσβαση σε όλο το νησί, δίπλα στις Κουκουναριές και κοντά σε πολλά εστιατόρια και υποδομές. Επιπλέον, η Χρυσούλα είναι ένας πολύ ζεστός και καλόκαρδος άνθρωπος που ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και ευγενική. Θα χαρούμε πάρα πολύ να ξαναπάμε και το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα για μια υπέροχη εμπειρία και διαμονή στην Σκιάθο.

Η διαμονή μας αν και για λίγο ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη. Το κατάλυμα είναι πολύ ώραιο και άνετο. Αγάπαμε το Πήλιο οπότε θα σας επισκεφθούμε σύντομα. Τέλος ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός.

As my family and parents-in-law said, this was the best Airbnb we've ever rented. The house is in an amazing location, right in front of the beach, with spectacular views of the gulf. It is a very spacious and luxurious house with all amenities, even suitable for a long stay. Volos is just 15 minutes by car, so we visited the city almost daily for the bars and restaurants, but there were also some great options in the village next to the house (just 5 minutes by car). Finally, Yiannis is a fantastic gentleman—responsive, polite, and very helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and highly recommended.

I felt in love with this place immediately, house so big and spacious. Of you are wake up early you can catch beautiful sunrise. You feel so private, if you want to relax from big city and people this place is exactly what you need. Want it to say big thank you to Alex. He is a dream host. Show us around and point at all interesting places near by, also is nice touch from them local olive oil left for us at the kitchen. Over all 10 out of 10!!!

This charming house is perfectly located. Close to everything. The house is cozy and we didn't miss anything. The host and hostess are very nice and helpful. We had a great time in this house. We highly recommend this house.

Dear future travelers I had the privilege of staying at Yanis' wonderful Airbnb in Makrinitza Village during a massive thunderstorm in Greece, and I couldn't have asked for a better host. Yanis truly went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort during those challenging days. Not only did Yanis provide us with essential supplies like food, water, and gas when we were stranded, but he also made us feel secure in potentially dangerous situation. His warm hospitality and genuine concern for our well-being were truly remarkable. The house itself was a gem. Spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of nine people, it offered breathtaking views of the city of Volos. Even amidst the storm, the scenery was awe-inspiring. I whole heartedly recommend Yanis as a host for your stay in Makrinitza Village. His kindness, generosity, and the quality of his property will make your trip to Greece Unforgettable experience. The house is still the perfect Airbnb for family’s in Volos! It is perfectly located, u have everything you need (and much more) and we really loved it to be there again! It is super clean, your kids will find so much toys to play with and for the rest of the family is also everything you need. We definitely recommend this beautiful house! What can I say.. we’ve just returned home after a truly amazing holiday made even better by Evan and his family in this perfect villa location. Missing it already, he was the perfect host and we will definitely visit his villas again in the future. Don’t bother looking anywhere else, this is the place to go for a special family holiday!

Overall very happy with the stay. The communication was great. The only problem was with the wifi, even when it worked, the connection was rather weak, but Katerina still did her best. The surrounding area has a lot to offer as well

George was exceptionally friendly and highly responsive throughout our stay. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. I would strongly recommend it to others. Its central location just a short 5–10 minute walk to the seaside and close to numerous bars and restaurants made it especially convenient. We had a wonderful time!

Πρόκειται για ένα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο δυάρι με μπαλκόνι με θέα τη θάλασσα, δεύτερου ορόφου δύο βήματα από την παραλία. Το σπίτι δεν είναι πολύ μεγάλο, αλλά είναι επαρκές για ένα ζευγάρι με ένα μωρό ή παιδί. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με τα πάντα. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική για όσους ψάχνουν χαλαρές διακοπές με εύκολη πρόσβαση στη θάλασσα. Προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα.

Το σπίτι ήταν ιδανικό, απολαύσαμε την διαμονή μας. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ φιλικός και πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστούμε. Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά.

Το σπίτι είναι πανέμορφο, προσεγμένο και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, κοντά στο κέντρο του Βόλου. Η Ανθή και η Βάνια είναι εξαιρετικά φιλόξενες και βοηθητικές και προσέχουν τη κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Τέλος, η λίστα με τις προτάσεις για τον Βόλο και τον Πήλιο που μας έδωσαν σε συνδυασμό με την εύκολη πρόσβαση, σε κάνουν να νιώθεις ότι επισκέπτεσαι φίλους.
