Amazing stay, the listing was just like the pictures. The place was very clean and updated. Had lots of amenities, including a washer. Loved the rooftop so much! The neighborhood was also very walkable, and the view of the Acropolis was unbeatable. At first, we couldn't find the correct door and Vassilios came out to help us. He was a great host and let us check in early because our flight had landed a few hours before check-in. Would 100% recommend this place.

Very nice apartment and close to city center. The view was fantastic. Check in was a breeze and host provided great instructions for apartment. Overall just a very positive experience and wish we could have stayed longer.

Dourgouti, Neos Kosmos är ett enkelt område men trivsamt! Verkligen att bo i det riktiga Aten, långt från hotellets turistvärld. Förvånansvärt lugnt och tyst för att vara ett så stort område och centralt. Skönt. Supermarket ett par kvarter bort, ca 7-10 min gångväg till metron. Lägenheten var jättemysig, har verkligen llt man behöver. Jag njöt mycket av den lilla balkongen på nionde våningen med morgonsol på morgonen och fin måne över bergen kvällstid. Ilias var en toppenvärd! Svart snabbt på meddelande, tydliga instruktioner. Fanns till hands under vistelsen med lokala tips. Vill du uppleva Aten på riktigt - bo hos Ilias! :)

Truly the best view in Athens. I had such an incredible week at Xeni’s flat, it’s in a great neighbourhood, and it has such charm. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and I wish I never had to leave! I fell in love with Athens. I never got to meet Xeni due to timing of my delayed flight but she was extremely understanding and had her friend meet me late at night. Much appreciated!

This apartment and location were wonderful. The apartment was well described and the location was ideally close to attractions, metro, wonderful restaurants and shopping. The street is quiet and great for relaxing after a busy day of fun. The balcony was beautiful and so fun to sit outside. The hosts were super kind and helpful. We arrived ahead of check-in and they were so accommodating. They met us at the apartment and were unbelievably kind in that they picked up some fresh baked pastries and made us coffee. They responded quickly to our questions and were especially helpful in recommendations and even helped us with some of our needed transportation arrangements. We would return again and again to stay in this location without hesitation. I can recommend these hosts and location without any reservation.

Apartment was very spacious with 3 full bathrooms. We were very comfortable, he left us with some kitchen basics and snacks. It was also very close to the major neighborhoods with so many restaurants and bars. 20 minute walk to Acropolis. Beware the steps to the apartment.

The apartment looks like it in the pictures, clean and easy to use all the amenities. The terrace is great to work and to relax. I have no issues during my visit, the place is close to museums, bus stops and train station, you can go everywhere from there. In addition, there are many groceries and food takeaways close, which is really convenient. María is a great host, I have some delay in the airport and she gave me all the facilities to check in the apartment.

Το σπίτι είναι καθαρό και πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειάζεται. Η κύρια Γωγώ ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

This was a great stay for the price! A nice walk into the city center, (15 min) but the restaurants around the corner are way better than in the city center and better prices for the quality! Very local restaurants! I only wish the WiFi had been better, was very spotty

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Apostolis Appartement. Es befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Restaurants und Geschäften sind in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Apostolis ist ein ausgesprochen hilfsbereiter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der jederzeit erreichbar ist. Ich werde bestimmt wiederkommen.

It was an excellent location up the hill near to airport and train station. The home was clean and well maintained. Totally worth the price and a great host. Gave lots of guidance as we were traveling first time to Greece.

Παρα πολυ καλο δωμάτιο, πολυ καθαρό παντου,κοντά στο νοσοκομείο που χρειαζομουν.Πολυ επικοινωνιακη η οικοδεσποινα και πάντα διαθεσιμη τις φορες που τη θελαμε.Η τιμη του δωματίου πολυ καλη.Σιγουρα αν χρειαστεί να παμε σε αυτην την περιοχή θα παμε ξανά. Ήσυχα γειτονιά με πολλα παιδιά!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Thanos Haus und dem tollen Garten verbracht! Der Ausblick ist grandios. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen

Kostantino was extremely helpful! He helped us everytime we asked to, fast and friendly. The place was homey, and the location is perfect! There is a bus station, metro station, tram station and grocery stores.

Great spot walking distance to the Acropolis. Host gave us a great recommendation for dinner too!

Die Unterkunft ist etwas abseits der Hotspots für Touristen aber wunderbar gelegen, wenn man sich die Stadt erlaufen möchte. Auch ÖPNV ist einfach zu erreichen. Yaser ist gut erreichbar und immer hilfreich gewesen.

Nice quiet stay to start our holiday off in athens - would reccomend for anyone looking for a good spot that is close to the centre

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was super charming, spacious, and had such a cozy vibe. The balcony was a highlight, perfect for relaxing in the evening sun and watching beautiful sunsets. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

It was lovely to spend time in Dimitri’s apartment. We were sailing from Alimos Marina and stayed for a few days before. The location was great, tucked away on a quiet street just minutes from the marina with some nice breakfast cafes, restaurants and bars close by. We also walked to Bolivar which is a great beach club where the beach was gorgeous, the food amazing and the spiced margaritas well worth a try 🤣 From our first communication Dimitri was so helpful and accommodating and was there to welcome us to the apartment. The apartment was immaculate with one en-suite bathroom (just a loo and sink) and one full bathroom with shower. The beds were comfy and the kitchen equipped with a nespresso machine. We did not eat in the apartment but it was well equipped. When we checked out Dimitri offered us a space 5 minutes away walking to store our bags. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it. Dimitri could not have been more friendly and helpful. Thank you so much Dimitri

I booked Kevin's place for my mom's 71st birthday, and it was perfect. As my mom put it, "this place is so clean and smells amazing!" It was spacious, modern, and had a sweet surprise—balconies off both bedrooms, plus a larger outdoor space that was lovely. There were also AC units in every room, which made our stay super comfortable. If you're traveling with kids, just a heads-up: the balcony railings are a bit low, though we noticed this seems to be common across balconies in Athens. The location was great—pharmacies on every corner, plenty of food options, and the best bakery right across the street with a real local vibe. Kevin was responsive, helpful, and even surprised us with two bottles of wine in the fridge. I would definitely recommend this place... though I secretly hope it doesn’t get *too* popular so it's still available next time I visit! 😉
