Holiday rentals with beach access in Agios Dimitrios

I stayed for two days over the weekend and I enjoy it a lot. it was very clean and comfortable. Eleni is very friendly and helpful. I will be happy to stay there again in the future.

Place is great. Not too far from the downtown area. Maybe 15-25 minutes by cab if depending on traffic. The beach is walking distance away and there some some restaurants and shops in the area too. Everything was perfect and the host was very accommodating to our check in and check out times.

Our stay with Kostas was very pleasant. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Kostas greeted us warmly. The apartment has a comfortable bed and a fold-out sofa. The beach is nearby. The holiday is comfortable. Quiet. It is nice to have breakfast on the balcony. I highly recommend this host.

Blissful stay to explore Athens. With the tram and metro nearby, it was very easy to commute between all parts of the city. The apartment is tastefully decorated (I love the Vintage style). Since it is the back of the building, you will not be bothered by the tram that passes in the street. It was very quiet. Definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed my stay here, I have been to Athens several times and was wanting to be a little ways away from the city center. The house was a quick walk from the beach, grocery store, coffee and pharmacy were all close. House was very comfortable and clean.

An even bigger thank you to Donya for also driving us to the airport under exceptional circumstances when a taxi strike was announced. The apartment was exactly as advertised and extremely clean and tidy. Very well decorated inside and had all amenities listed. Fantastic stay, great location close to the beach and would definitely use the property again. Thank you so much.

We got confused locating the lock box: it was in the picture, but the description said 'on the side of the building'. Cannot really blame the host. Anyway, the call was answered and the issue resolved. The apartment is small, - as described, - clean and well supplied. The location is great for the area. The restaurant 'Eden' across the street has a great sea view and the food is good. It will probably cost more in the summer

Anna was a very accommodating host and we enjoyed our stay in Porto Rafti. The view from the balcony is exactly what the pictures looked like and the home is exactly as described. The walk to the restaurants along the water is very easy and short and it was a great place to stay for a few days while visiting Porto Rafti. Anna provided a packet that had all the information you needed for a great stay. The only suggestion is that if you are staying for a few days and you don't have a car, you might want to stop at a grocery store on the way to pick up drinks/snacks as there is not a grocery store that is super close.

All excellent, the apartment very beautiful and the communication with the owner impeccable.

We had a really great stay! The host was super friendly and made our stay worthwhile. She even offered us a shuttle to the port. Other than that the Airbnb was clean and as described. The port is about 20 min walking distance with shops and restaurants. we only stayed for one night but will definitely come back!

Timos was an outstanding host. He provided the extra food and amenities that made us feel at home. I definitely recommend him and his home.

Overall we had a nice stay at Chris's. The accommodation is well-located and well appointed. The terrace and hot tub are a real plus. Chris was available and responsive to our requests. We'll be happy to go back!

We had an amazing stay enjoying the beautiful roof terrace, local market, restaurants and harbour beach. Panayotis and his family was very kind and helpful, we would love to come back.

Maria and Manolis place was wonderful. It is in an excellent location, 12 minutes from the airport. It is private , secluded and the actual property is an ecosystem dream , with many animals, plants and things to explore. Although we didn’t have time to do so ,I will upon my return. The apartment is filled with many convenience items and Manolis was very helpful with full explanations of everything on the property. They are both very friendly and excellent hosts! You must be appreciative and accepting of the nature that is on their property, including the wonderful chickens and roosters.😊

The place was clean and Panos was very responsive with clear instructions on how to access the place. It was perfect for our one night stay in Athens, and its even better in person than the photos. Air-conditioning and an elevator were a plus as well. You are in the middle of a city so bring earplugs and an eye mask if you like it dark at night (blackout curtains only go halfway on the windows), but overall this is a great Airbnb for Athens.

A perfectly located apartment just a few minutes from a nice beach. Also close to 2 big supermarkets, restaurant, bakery and tram stop so very convenient! Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Hui was very helpful with everything and responded quickly. We even got to drop our bags at the apartment since we arrived early. Recommended!

Dionysis' place amazed us! Everything was impeccable, beautiful and magical. Full of little notes and little touches to us that were more than appreciated. If you are looking for a quiet place to rest, but close to everything and the center, this apartment is perfect in between. Thanks again for everything!

Great place to stay to combine a visit of the sights of Athens with pleasant beach and promenade walks. Despite it being densely populated with heavy traffic, the apartment was quiet, spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The walks along the waterfront (promenade and beach) were enjoyable! Alexandria did a wonderful job greeting us and explaining everything about the property! Thank you Tony, Syefanie and Alexandria!

The apartment was great it felt like home and you had it all. There is right next door for coffee and breakfast as well as anything else you need to cook. the place is close to all shops, restaurants,club 10 minutes walk. generally highly recommend
