We choose Patricia’s place as it was situated close to our family and because of the great pics on AirBnB. Also the metro station (Dafni) was less than 10 minutes walk. ( If you are traveling from the airport on the Metro, follow signs for Blue line 3 and change at Syntagma to the red line, the cost of the ticket for the airport was 9 Euros and took 40 mins. From the station to the apartment you can pass through the local square with a few restaurants and a big supermarket, many local families meet. The apartment was modern and well equipped, with those little added extras It really felt like a private boutique hotel. Patricia meet us on check in and made sure we had everything we needed and kept in touch via message throughout our stay. Patrica is an experienced host and that really came through. We will definitely be returning and have already recommended the apartment to other family members, we can't wait to return !

Το διαμέρισμα της Αριάννας ήταν απολύτως υπέροχο,και τέλειο σε όλες τις λεπτομέρειες,σε μια ήσυχη και ασφαλή περιοχή,και σε καλή απόσταση απο το κέντρο. Είναι σίγουρα ένα από τα καλύτερα διαμερίσματα που έμεινα και το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

I had to spend two nights at Themis place and it was an amazing stay. The location is phenomenal quiet safe and very polite neighbors, the apartment it self was stunning clean with everything you might need, needles to say the patio is in my opinion the best place of the appartment jacuzzi is fantastic to relax and decompress. The host was excellent I had to contact him a couple of times for advice and he was always quick to respond and more than willing to help. All and all this appartment is a must book if you are considering to stay in Athens. Highly recommended.

The view from this place was remarkable! The place itself was pristine, and felt very comfortable! I highly recommend!! 😁🙏

The accommodation was clean and exactly as described. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. What really stood out was the host’s kindness—Sakis generously offered to let us stay past the usual check-out time since the apartment wasn’t booked the next day. That kind of flexibility and hospitality is truly appreciated and worth highlighting.

Superbe appartement avec une belle vue sur l'Acropole. Il est spacieux et fonctionnel. Pratique, propre, et proche des transports, entre 6 min et 12 min à pied maximum du bus et du métro. Il y a des moustiquaires aux fenêtres et tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir bien. Les lits sont très confortables, on dort bien. L'hôte est facilement joignable, réactif et sympathique. Je recommande!

Everything was good, clean and tidy.

a really lovely, comfortable apartment. the building is quiet and the terrace was absolutely immaculate. my other half spent so much time enjoying the terrace with it's view. and we managed to get in the whirlpool after our Acropolis visit which was a perfect end to the day

We have just arrived back from our wonderful month long stay in Tina’s apartment. From arriving , we knew that we had chosen a perfect spot for us. It is in a quiet neighbourhood but with great cafes and bakeries nearby, as well as good local restaurants, Elies being our favourite. Transport links to Piraeus, coastal towns and beaches and Athens centre were close by and easy to navigate. Tina and her mother were very kind and we loved the strawberry jam we received during our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tina’s apartment and will most definitely come back to stay again in the future. Communication with Tina throughout was excellent. A perfect stay!!

We chose the area to be near friends and lucked out with this gorgeous, clean and comfortable property. Not to mention cool AirCon and wonderfully working Wi-Fi. Dimitris was so so kind. He went as far as collecting us from the metro station when we arrived which was more than we were expecting. Definitely recommend.

Konaklamamızdan oldukça keyif aldık. Konumu çok iyiydi. Sadece internet kötüydü, ama bu ev ile mi ilgili yoksa Atina’da yaygın bir problem mi emin değilim.

Incredible place to stay! The home has so much space and is filled with luxury items and accents to utilize and enjoy during your stay. But the real show stopper is the view from the balcony — a clear view of the acropolis! Me and my family stayed here for one night before we flew out early and are sad we didn’t know about it when we stayed for a week last week. It’s so walkable, so spacious, and has all the amenities you could ever want and need. the only two things that kept my review from being all 5s is that the lock boxes to get the keys were challenging to open (minor but still an inconvenience) and the couch had quite a few stains on them so we laid towels down (easy to fix). would highly recommend staying here and next time i’m in athens, ill definitely be here again!

The apartment was beautifully decorated. Alfiario met us at the apartment and explained how everything worked and gave lots of helpful restaurant recommendations . She even arranged the airport transfers which made everything seemless. Thank you soo much!!

Το σπίτι ήταν πανέμορφο, άνετο και πεντακάθαρο,ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, ίσως και καλύτερο! Η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική και ήσυχη, ιδανική για ξεκούραση. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενικός, φιλόξενος και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας και σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Our stay was great! The host was quick to respond to any messages and the location was perfect for walking to different restaurants. The view was incredible as well.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

I can only hope that on my next trip to Athens, this airbnb is available. It was by far the best airbnb I booked on my trip to Greece. I didn’t necessarily expect things like towel heaters and security doors for the glass sliding doors. There are two levels and two patios actually, which I didn’t even realize. It was nice to have so much included. I also didn’t realize there were two bathrooms, and the couch pulls out as well. My only note is that it was very windy while we were there, but I think as a rule of thumb, the jacuzzi needs to be covered in order to heat up properly in April. I am not familiar with operating outdoor jacuzzis, so this was not obvious to me. Otherwise, everything was so nice. Our local friends who came over took pictures of our view. It’s a great, comfortable, easy, homey spot! Five stars!

Loved this place! Gorgeous and convenient space, great host suggestions, and perfect location. They even gave us fresh towels after two days. Loved it!
