The stay at Art Kourion was perfect! The apartment is fabulous: it's beautiful and so well equipped that it really leaves nothing to be desired - and you can see the sea from the beautiful balcony. The bed is very comfortable, the apartment bright, modern and furnished with beautiful art. And Eleni really is a fabulous host: she was always quick to help us with any issue and gave us great tips for the area to explore. She even left homemade pies and wine on our doorstep as a little surprise! She is an absolutely helpful and warm-hearted person - we are already looking forward to our next visit with her! Thank you Eleni for giving us such a lovely stay.

Lovely new apartment well furnished, lots of modern technology. The owner is very responsive and has always been in touch. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around. The only sad thing is the appearance of the building, which is now under reconstruction and at first it looks frightening. But for us this wasn’t a problem since the apartment is ideal.

Just to start with, very responsive and proactive host. apartment was exactly like advanced. Very nice and clean. Great place for a stay, walking distance to either you want to go for a drink /shisha or some shopping. Highly recommend.

I stayed here alone for about one month. The apartment is perfect for a couple or one person. It has a spacious and comfortable bedroom, a cosy living room with a sofa, a kitchen where you can make food, an okay bathroom, and a balcony with a lovely sea view. Pluses: Only a five-minute walk to the beach. Private, locked parking space. Minuses: When I arrived, the floor could have been cleaner, and there was still a can of milk in the fridge. Recommendations for owner: Improve the cleaning, get a vacuum cleaner for the apartment, get more kitchen appliances, and install chairs and a dining table on the balcony. Overall, it is well worth the money, and the owners are very helpful, but there is some improvement potential.

Жилье нашли очень быстро. Инструкции были безупречны. Правда с парковкой не было так, как было написано. Пульта от шлагбаума не было. Оставили машину на соседней парковке у дома рядом. Квартира соответствует картинкам. Единственный минус, что ободок для унитаза по размеру был маловат по диаметру самого унитаза. А так больше плюсов чем минусов. The accommodation was found very quickly. The instructions were flawless. However, the parking situation was not as described. There was no remote for the barrier. We left the car in a neighboring parking lot next to the house. The apartment matches the pictures. The only downside was that the toilet rim was slightly smaller in diameter than the toilet itself. Overall, there are more positives than negatives.

Очень хорошая квартира, техника вся работает замечательно. Духовка, стиральная машина, кондиционеры. Все чисто, прекрасное расположение.

A very nice and well equipped 3-bed house with a pool. Excellent location, quiet and with a nice view! Really enjoyed the outdoor barbecue-bar area. Would definitely recommend and would come back! Responsive host and easy communication eased our stay.

Un coin de paradis! Le logement, la terrasse et la vie sont beaucoup plus beaux que sur les photos. Grand confort aussi. Il y a un jardin fruitier extraordinaire devant la maison et des poules, oies et dindons. C’est situé dans une campagne très tranquille, près de jolies plages et restaurants de poisson. Un peu loin du circuit touristique et c’est tant mieux à mon avis! L’hôte était aussi très gentille et généreuse. Nous aurions dû reserver pour plus longtemps!

My Wife and I stayed for 8 nights and really enjoyed the house. It was very clean, all of the appliances look new and work great. The courtyard is a lovely place to have coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening. George is a wonderful host, very helpful and quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend this property as it’s in a quiet residential area but very close to numerous bars and restaurants and a 1 minute walk to the beach.

Снимали жилье неделю компанией 5 взрослых и один ребенок (3 года) и остались очень довольны! Beatrice довольно быстро отвечает и пошла на встречу в заселение пораньше. Расположение хорошее - 5 мин до моря и 5 мин до автобусной остановке. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания в плоть до мелочей в том числе и для детей (игрушки, велосипед, самокат, ракетки и т.д) Вообщем и целом всё просто замечательно и однозначно рекомендую к проживанию.

La maison est située sur les hauteurs de la baie de Pissouri - à 5 min à pied vous pouvez aller voir un beau point de vue de la côte de Chypre. C’est un endroit calme idéal pour se reposer. La localisation est très bien pour profiter du sud-ouest de l’île. Vous trouverez tout l’équipement nécessaire dans la maison, le lave vaisselle est un peu fatigué mais il fait le job. La piscine est agréable mais non chauffée, lorsque nous y étions l’eau était un peu trop froide à notre goût. Vrionis a toujours répondu présent à nos sollicitations et nous a fournit tous les renseignements nécessaires au séjour. Nous recommandons la maison.

❤️Great location - everything is walking distance,which was important for us, Sea is literally 1min away, apartments have their own privacy and fully equiped.We rented this 2floor duplex for 4people ( couples) holidays and had a blast as it had exactly what we needed for nightlifestyle - near by cool clubs/fancy dinning as well as comfy eateries.Could enjoy the terrass with our own music and drinks till early morning - no neighbours is a plus.The host was really nice and showed us around gem places to visit. This place is really unique🔥🔥🔥

We spent 10 days at this beautifully little hideaway on Pissouri Bay. Such a sweet apartment - just open the gate and you are so near to the beach. Irina was a helpful and friendly host who looked after us well and equally gave us all the space we needed to be peaceful 'downstairs'. We would love to come back as soon as we can!! Yioulia’s apartment is perfect for a summer family holiday. It has everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay — plenty of towels, a spacious living area with cozy sofas, and a lovely balcony with a sea view. If you’re traveling with kids, the location is ideal — you can watch your family play on the beach right from the balcony. There are also two kids’ playgrounds just a 4-minute walk away, along with a beach café and two nearby beaches with sunbeds. The sand on the beach in front of the apartment is soft and fine — perfect for little feet. One of the best features of the apartment is how naturally cool it stays. We visited in late May, and although it was already quite hot outside, the apartment kept a pleasant breeze and fresh air flowing thanks to its cross-ventilation. Highly recommend this place for a relax

Great location, a short walk up the hill. Close to the beach, bus stop to the center and to other cities. Very peaceful and quiet, nice balcony with sea view. Very responsive and helpful host. Kitchen, washing machine- everything you need 👍

Na verdade minha estadia foi cancelada pois o apartamento foi detetizado, mas não vou por notas ruins por isso, não conheci o apartamento não tenho o que dizer
