Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Agioi Theodoroi

We spent the loveliest time at Xanthi’s house. It had everything what we needed and more. We felt like it was our own holiday house. Clean, quiet, lovely located, with beautiful beaches, great restaurants and supermarkets. We appreciated that Xanthi really thought about our 1,5 years old. He had toys, his own turtle towel, we felt really welcomed. I hope that we will come back to Agistri with our son next year. Lots of love from little Kazio ❤️

I had a truly wonderful stay at Nicoletta’s Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, bakeries and the neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming. The host was extremely responsive and thoughtful, even providing local tips, restaurants , and things to do. Every little detail was clearly considered to ensure a great experience. I especially appreciated the balcony view. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Simply mind-blowing. This is what we were looking for for the past weeks and we just stumbled upon by accident. I am very glad we did. Quiet, small but actually spacious and a whole private beach for yourself! What else do you need? We cooked every day for ourselves, watched the stars and satellites at night, woke up with the best view you can get. It is far away from big city lights so you can even see different planets if you pay attention. We also had a small earthquake on our first night but house was very sturdy. All amenities you need are there for the kitchen from toaster to coffee machine, electric barbecue to electric squeezer for your lemonades. You can rent a bike in the city from Spiros’ shop for a very decent price and visit neighboring towns. Akrata train station is less than 10 mins by car and around 15 mins by bike. Everything you need, you will find it there. Thank you Georgia for everything, we will definitely be back.

Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben. Da sie im Souterrain liegt ist sie recht dunkel, so dass man auch tagsüber eher mal das Licht anmacht. Aber auch das war wie beschrieben. Für uns war es perfekt, weil es sehr nah am Strand war, was wir genossen haben. Ausserdem liegt sie in einer Sackgasse und ist sehr ruhig. Wir waren Mitte/Ende Mai hier für 2 Übernachtungen, um uns unter anderem das antike Korinth anzuschauen. Dafür war es perfekt! Außerdem kann man auch auf der Terrasse sitzen, um im „Hellen“ zu sein. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass die Souterrain-Lage im Hochsommer auch ein grosser Vorteil ist, da sie dann vermutlich schön kühl ist. Es gab ausserdem Obst und Selbstgebackenes zur Begrüßung und im Kühlschrank Wasser, Margarine und Marmelade sowie Zwieback-artiges Brot und Kaffepulver, Tee etc.! Alles in allem: für einen kurzen Aufenthalt perfekt. Wir würden es wieder machen!

Nous avons tout aimé, l’hébergement était chaleureux. On nous a recommandé deux endroits à visiter dans les environs à ne pas manqué merci pour les recommandations. Il y avait des attentions pour le déjeuné et l’appartement était propre et sentait très bon!

Nos encantó el apartamento. Muy bonito, limpio y confortable. La anfitriona muy atenta!. Super recomendable!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille chez Dina! Elle nous a accueillis elle-même à l'arrivée du ferry et nous a donné de bons conseils, sa maison est de très, très loin le meilleur spot de l'île pour regarder les couchers de soleil! Elle est située en hauteur tout en restant accessible (5 minutes de montée depuis le port), face à l'ouest, la vue est spectaculaire! La maison est ancienne mais propre et correctement équipée. Si je devais retourner à Hydra je ne me vois pas séjourner dans un autre lieu!

We had a wonderful vacation with Artemis and Stefanos. The house was great, very clean and everything you could wish for was on site. The pool was amazing, the garden was very well maintained and the panoramic view was magnificent... it was a paradisiacal place. You can make wonderful excursions from here (e.g. Poros, Idra, Spetses, Korinth, the volcano on Methana, Nafplios, the theater of Epidauros, mountain villages like Stemnitsa and Demitsani and much more) but there are also wonderful beaches and restaurants on site. The best is saved for last: Artemis and Stefanos were the best hosts you can imagine. They provided us with lots of ideas for excursions, they were always attentive and fulfilled requests immediately but were never supervising or checking up on us. They were like invisible fairies. We got freshly squeezed orange juice every morning, great homemade jams (some of which we were allowed to take home with us) you felt like you were on vacation with your grandparents.

Great place to stay! Looked just like the photos, plenty of space for 2 people, great location, very informative instructions for check in/check out. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Athens!

My daughter and I had a stop over trip in Athens and this accommodation is in the best location for exploring the city on foot. The Acropolis was virtually in our backyard and super easy to get to from the house, even exploring the Plaka was a 10-15 min walk away from us (an absolute must to see). Checking in was a breeze and the instructions left no room for confusion. The pictures listed were as accurate as can be and the bed was super comfortable, almost impossible to get out of in the morning. The host was super responsive and didn’t have to wait more than 30-40 mins for a response. The restaurants and cafes were so good we came back almost every night. If we visit again we know where we’ll stay!

Loved this place! Gorgeous and convenient space, great host suggestions, and perfect location. They even gave us fresh towels after two days. Loved it!

Super apartment in a fabulous location for the Acropolis and great cafe’s and restaurants. Good value for the affluent location. The apartment felt very secure, all communications with the host were excellent. The apartment is compact but very well equipped with a balcony too and a fabulous rooftop view of the Acropolis at night. We too had an issue with the shower leaking onto the bathroom floor leading to a very wet bathmat and floor, but this can easily be resolved by the host and did not spoil our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect place to stay for relaxing and exploring the area (Epidauros, Mycenae, Nafplio). The apartment is amazing. We loved the scenic panoramic view from the roof top terrace or from the sitting area. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything was spotless and clean. We enjoyed a welcome basket with e.g., a great white wine and coffee. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. We enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely a place to come back.

This is such an amazing apartment, exactly as described. Awesome views from the huge Balconies & right across the road from the small beach...there's also another bigger beach which is a 2 minute walk. Around 10minute walking to the bar's and restaurants. Its also great watching the cruise ships come and go from the balcony. Efi is the most lovely host, she is really efficient and answer's any queries you may have. This was our 2nd stay and we'll be back again at some point as we love it... it feels so cosy and homely & Efi is so welcoming.

Wir haben drei Tage in Nikis Unterkunft vor unserem Trip auf die Kykladen verbracht. Niki hat uns vorher mit allen notwendigen Infos versorgt und uns ein Taxi vom Flughafen besorgt, die Kommunikation war ausgesprochen nett! Der Blick auf die Akropolis von der Wohnung aus war umwerfend, die Terrasse war gemütlich, um abends noch ein bisschen draußen zu sitzen. Die Wohnung ist schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Man kann zu Fuß ins Zentrum und zur Akropolis laufen oder die nahe U-Bahn nehmen. Wir dürfen hoffentlich eines Tages wieder kommen! :) Vielen Dank für die großartige Gastfreundschaft! 💙🤍

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einem kleinen Hafen. Wir haben den Ausblick vom Balkon sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sehr schnell und einfach. Er hat uns sehr gute Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Athens! From the moment we arrived, our host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She struck the perfect balance of being available whenever we needed help, yet always respecting our privacy, something we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was stunning, tastefully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which we had the pleasure of enjoying throughout our stay. It felt like our own little oasis in the city. Another thoughtful touch was the welcome basket, such attention to detail! It was clear that a lot of care and consideration went into making our stay special. And a special thank you to our host for being so patient and kind when we (more than once!) forgot our keys. She never made us feel like a burden and always helped with a smile. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend it highly enough ❤️

John’s place was great! The views for the huge balcony/terrace were incredible. We were there for 2 nights and able to walk restaurants, cool little neighborhoods and the Acropolis. His place is located deep in the center of the city. Highly recommend taxi or public transit. Again, views were outstanding!!

The Loft is a fantastic base from which to explore Athens. It was the jacuzzi that drew me to it and it did not disappoint after long days of walking. Whilst slightly out.of the centre, it was still easy to walk and a metro station just around the corner. Andres was responsive to all my queries and requests and very accommodating to our need for a slightly later check out. Entry to the building and the apartment is via a smart app which worked well...just need to be careful that your phone doesn't run out of charge! Fantastic place and host...would 100% recommend. This day was simply wonderful—a hidden pearl in the heart of effort. With the most breathtaking view of the Acropolis, it felt like stepping into a scene from a beautiful Hollywood film. I’m already looking forward to returning. I can’t recommend this place enough—just wow.

This was such a great place to stay!! So clean, peaceful, and private! The views were breathtaking! WHAT a picturesque sunset going down in the mountains! The best! Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks to Nikos for being an absolutely amazing host!

The place was a great. It was nice to be on a neighborhood a little away from the crowds. It was peaceful on the terrace. There were two really good restaurants within a block and half. Along with some bakeries, coffee shops and mini markets. Made it very convenient! Place was very clean and comfortable.

This was our last stop on our honeymoon trip. The most perfect spot, the photos don’t do this place justice of the view of the Acropolis. All sight seeing attractions are so close! Incredibly well stocked apartment with such a thoughtful host. Not a bad word to stay about this place, we would stay here again in a heart beat!
